Theyre over there.GRAMMAR(語法)動詞的種類(Kind of Verbs)動詞是表示動作或狀態(tài)的詞,按其詞義和在句子中的作用可分為下列四類:1、行為動詞,又稱實義動詞(The Notional Verb)表示動作或狀態(tài),能獨立做謂語。如: Im reading the newspaper now. She has some books. They often come back early. 行為動詞又可分為及物動詞(The Transitive Verb, 縮寫為vt.)和不及物動詞(The Intransitive Verb, 縮寫為vi.)。及物動詞后面帶賓語。2、連系動詞(The Link Verb, 縮寫為link v.)不能獨立做謂語,必須與表語一起構(gòu)成謂語。最常用的連系動詞是be(是),另外還有l(wèi)ook(顯得,看起來),turn(變成),get(變得),become(變得,成為)等。如: His father is a teacher. They all look fine.3、助動詞(The Auxiliary Verb, 縮寫為 v. aux.)本身沒有詞義,不能獨立做謂語,只能和主要動詞一起構(gòu)成謂語動詞,表示否定、疑問、時態(tài)或其它語法關(guān)系。常用的助動詞有be, do, have等。如: He doesnt speak Russian.(表示否定) They are doing their homework now.(表示進行時態(tài))Do you often go swimming in summer?(表示疑問)4、情態(tài)動詞(The Modal Verb)本身有一定的意義,但不能獨立做謂語,只能和主要動詞一起構(gòu)成謂語動詞,表示說話人的語氣和情態(tài)。情態(tài)動詞沒有人稱和數(shù)的變化。常用的情態(tài)動詞有can, may, must, need 等。如: I can speak a little English? On every piece of paper was a picture of a horse. “It took me more than a year to learn to draw a beautiful horse in five minutes,”the artist said.GRAMMAR(語法)一般過去時 (The Past Indefinite Tense)1、 一般過去時表示在過去某個時間發(fā)生的動作或存在的狀態(tài),也表示過去經(jīng)常或反復(fù)發(fā)生的動作。常與yesterday, yesterday afternoon, last year, in 1965, a moment ago 等表示過去的時間狀語連用。如:I got up at five yesterday, but I didnt get up so early this morning.Did he watch TV last night?I was in Grade One last year.2、動詞過去式的構(gòu)成和讀音。 規(guī)則動詞 A、過去式的構(gòu)成: 1)一般的詞,加-ed: ask - asked help - helped 2)結(jié)尾是“”的詞,加-d: dance - danced love - loved 3)末尾只有一個輔音字母的重讀閉音節(jié)詞(注:重讀閉音節(jié)中元音字母不是發(fā)它本身的字母音,而是發(fā)短元音),先雙寫這個輔音字母,再加-ed: stop - stopped 4)結(jié)尾是“輔音字母+y”的詞,改“y”為“i”,再加-ed: carry - carried study - studiedB、過去式的讀音 規(guī)則動詞的過去式,其詞尾 ed 或 d 的讀音,依照下列規(guī)律: 1)在濁輔音后面讀為d。 used called 在元音后面也讀為d。 played answered 2)在清輔音后面讀為t。 worked helped 3)在t,d音后面讀為id。 wanted needed不規(guī)則動詞am (is)- was are - were bring - broughtcome -came do - did get - gotgo - went have - had keep - keptmake - made run - ran say - saidsee - saw take - took tell - toldLESSON 6DRILLS(句型練習(xí))What did Mike do this morning? Are you ready? We were at home last night. 賓語是動作行為的對象,由名詞、代詞或相當(dāng)于名詞的詞或短語等表示,和及物動詞一起構(gòu)成謂語,說明主語做什么。如: He needs help.Tom has a story-book.Did you see him yesterday? 有些及物動詞可以有兩個賓語,一個指人,一個指物,前者叫間接賓語,后者叫直接賓語,合成雙賓語。如: Our teacher told us an interesting story.He gave me some ink. 有些及物動詞的賓語后邊還需要有一個補足語,意思才完整。賓語和它的補足語構(gòu)成復(fù)合賓語(The Complex Object)。如: Let me stay here. John asked me to help him.3、定語(The Attribute)和狀語(The Adverbial) 定語是修飾名詞或代詞的??梢宰鞫ㄕZ的處形容詞外,還有名詞、代詞、數(shù)詞、介詞短語或相當(dāng)于形容詞的詞或短語等。如: This is a green jeep. Winter is the coldest season of the year. 形容詞作定語時通常放在被修飾的詞之前,而介詞短語等則放在被修飾的詞之后。 狀語是修飾動詞、形容詞或副詞的,有的修飾全句??梢宰鰻钫Z的主要是副詞和介詞短語或相當(dāng)于副詞的詞或短語等。如: They often draw in the park. You are quite right.
