Practical use of a simple information system.實(shí)際應(yīng)用一個(gè)簡單的信息系統(tǒng)2. 2 Learn to enquire information wanted from the IS學(xué)習(xí)從信息系統(tǒng)得到信息2.3 Understand how to input data into the IS and generate output from the IS學(xué)習(xí)怎樣向信息系統(tǒng)里插入和輸出數(shù)據(jù)二、實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟及過程原始記錄(數(shù)據(jù)、圖表等)實(shí)驗(yàn)一的步驟 : ACTIVITY 1 - INSERT AN INCIDENT（插入一個(gè)意外）打開程序，然后選擇INSERT AN INCIDENT選項(xiàng)，并點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入。進(jìn)入插入系統(tǒng)之后，按照所給的案例進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的錄入。除了要將顯明的數(shù)據(jù)錄入外，我們可以選擇一些我們認(rèn)為重要的信息和數(shù)據(jù)錄入。當(dāng)信息全部錄入結(jié)束后，我們可以再次查看剛錄入的所有的數(shù)據(jù)，檢查是否錄入有誤。ACTIVITY 2 - REPORT GENERATION（報(bào)告生成）可以查看系統(tǒng)里面的報(bào)告，可以按年份和意外的類型來查看報(bào)告，通過報(bào)告我們可以很簡單的得到某個(gè)階段生某種病的人數(shù)。打開信息系統(tǒng)，選擇REPORT GENERATION選項(xiàng)，并點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入。進(jìn)入報(bào)告系統(tǒng)后，根據(jù)需要鍵入自己想要查詢的信息的條件，然后會得到想要的報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)。如圖所示：可以根據(jù)需要選擇是否打印此報(bào)告。如果需要打印就點(diǎn)擊yes。ACTIVITY 3 - DELETING AN INCIDENT（刪除一個(gè)事故）根據(jù)需要，我們可以在系統(tǒng)中刪除一個(gè)事故。在系統(tǒng)里刪除事故，首先需要知道事故的編號，如果不知道的話，我們需要到查詢系統(tǒng)里通過病人的名字來找到事故編號。如圖所示，選擇該選項(xiàng)進(jìn)入。進(jìn)入后需要填入病人的姓氏：接著填入名字：然后可以查詢到病人的各項(xiàng)信息，記住病人的事故編號，圖中為84.知道了事故編號就可以進(jìn)行刪除操作了，選擇Delete an Incident選項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入。鍵入事故編號：進(jìn)入后會跳出該病人的整個(gè)信息，如果確定刪除的話就選擇yes。ACTIVITY 4 - OVERVIEW OF THE SYSTEM A good way to obtain（獲得） an overview（概述） of a system is to look (or in this case construct（構(gòu)造）) a menu hierarchy diagram（層次圖）. Construct a menu hierarchy diagram for the Mirridong system. Provide a one-line summary of each component（組件）.為影子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)造一個(gè)菜單層次圖，為每個(gè)組件提供一句話的簡介。插入事故：點(diǎn)擊該選項(xiàng)可以插入一個(gè)事故。需要填寫事故的時(shí)間與病人名稱等等。主菜單退出系統(tǒng)：點(diǎn)擊可以退出系統(tǒng)。刪除事故：點(diǎn)擊該選項(xiàng)后通過事故編號可以刪除一個(gè)事故。修改事故：點(diǎn)擊該選項(xiàng)可以通過病人編號修改事故。報(bào)告生成：可以通過報(bào)告菜單擇自己想要查詢的信息。產(chǎn)生圖：選擇該選項(xiàng)可以產(chǎn)生圖。查詢事故：可以通過病人的名字查詢病人的詳細(xì)情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)二的實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟：ACTIVITY 1 -SOME ENQUIRIES（一些調(diào)查）See whether you can retrieve the following informationWhich sales representative（銷售代理） placed order 15?
