6、M30%5. 仿真結(jié)果三、 實(shí)驗(yàn)總結(jié)1. 計(jì)算機(jī)輔助編程與手動(dòng)編程的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助編程不需要計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),而是在計(jì)算機(jī)上直接面向零件的幾何圖形以光標(biāo)指點(diǎn)、菜單選擇的方式進(jìn)行編程,該方法具有簡(jiǎn)便、直觀、準(zhǔn)確、便于檢查的特點(diǎn)。手動(dòng)編程需要計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)坐標(biāo),較復(fù)雜,還要手動(dòng)輸入程序,如果加工的零件較復(fù)雜程序段較多時(shí),手動(dòng)編程就顯得不太實(shí)用,手動(dòng)編程的最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是考慮到了走到安全,這是計(jì)算機(jī)輔助編程所沒(méi)有。2. 數(shù)控機(jī)床操作步驟與加工異常排除方法用數(shù)據(jù)線(xiàn)連接電腦與數(shù)控車(chē)床,將編好的程序送到數(shù)控車(chē)床,再將工件用三爪卡盤(pán)夾緊,設(shè)定臨時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速,將加工中用到的刀具對(duì)好刀,并將坐標(biāo)輸入相應(yīng)的刀具號(hào)中,然后再
