1、學(xué)校開展第二批黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動匯報材料 一、“四舉措”抓好教育實(shí)踐活動學(xué)習(xí)工作 為扎實(shí)做好黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動學(xué)習(xí)教育工作,xx學(xué)校立足本校實(shí)際,認(rèn)真制定學(xué)習(xí)教育方案和計劃,四舉措抓好學(xué)習(xí)教育工作。 保證時間。集中組織學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行簽到制度,不遲到早退,原則上不請假,確保黨員干部全員參加,已經(jīng)開展了x次集中學(xué)習(xí),效果良好。全部黨員個人自學(xué)時間每天x小時以上,并用專用筆記本認(rèn)真做了詳實(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)記錄,還鼓勵全體黨員干部依托網(wǎng)絡(luò)開展自覺學(xué)習(xí)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶頭學(xué)。校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員先學(xué)一步、學(xué)深一層,為黨員干部當(dāng)表率、作示范,并將學(xué)習(xí)筆記供黨員教師參閱。同時,在深層學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上x名干部分別與x名以上教師進(jìn)行了

2、推心置腹的談話,廣泛聽取諫言,對照反“四風(fēng)”,收集歸納意見和建議xx條,在教師大會上公布,做出承諾,能夠改的馬上改正,一時間不能夠改的作出說明。 加強(qiáng)交流。該校黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組將集中學(xué)習(xí)人員分成x個小組,在集中學(xué)習(xí)會后展開分組討論,緊緊圍繞“群眾路線怎么走、群眾聲音怎么聽、xx發(fā)展瓶頸怎么突破”這個主題,既談自己學(xué)習(xí)所得、所獲、所思、所感,又講自己工作作風(fēng)、生活作風(fēng)方面存在的問題,也開誠布公向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事提出“四風(fēng)”方面的意見建議,共同提高思想認(rèn)識,提振共產(chǎn)黨人的精、氣、神,在群眾中樹立起共產(chǎn)黨人的光輝形象。 考試驗(yàn)學(xué)。該校黨支部還把教育實(shí)踐活動學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容作為黨員考核的必修學(xué)分,集

3、中學(xué)習(xí)完成后,將對支部所有黨員干部進(jìn)行群眾路線理論測試和群眾路線知識競賽,將成績予以公示,對學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀者給予表彰,以保障學(xué)習(xí)教育活動取得良好的效果,為下一環(huán)節(jié)工作奠定堅實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 二、堅持“六個強(qiáng)化” 提高課堂效率 一是強(qiáng)化自學(xué)。給足學(xué)生自學(xué)時間和空間,讓學(xué)生自己看書,讀懂教材,完成預(yù)設(shè)練習(xí),教師進(jìn)行個別輔導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生通過自主學(xué)習(xí)解決能夠解決的問題。 二是強(qiáng)化互動。學(xué)生以學(xué)習(xí)小組為單位進(jìn)行生生互動,交流看法,相互問答,互通有無,優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)。師生平等互動,共同合作解決問題。 三是強(qiáng)化探究。課堂中學(xué)生主動提出問題、探究問題、匯報交流、展示提升、解決問題。探究時教師盡量放手,學(xué)生充分發(fā)表意見,教師實(shí)時

4、“畫龍點(diǎn)睛”。 四是強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練。實(shí)行課內(nèi)訓(xùn)練、課后練習(xí)、單元檢測和實(shí)驗(yàn)操作等多元結(jié)合,訓(xùn)練題目“少、精、活”,重基礎(chǔ),重能力,針對不同層次學(xué)生布置習(xí)題,減輕學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)。 五是強(qiáng)化評價。學(xué)生進(jìn)行課堂展示后,教師及時有效地評價,以激勵為主,做好每記錄,便于期末客觀、公正和全面評價學(xué)生。 六是強(qiáng)化模式。將新的理念納入課堂教學(xué)之中,教學(xué)內(nèi)容多以“激趣質(zhì)疑、合作探究、點(diǎn)撥評價、檢測效果”的教學(xué)方式呈現(xiàn),努力營造一種有利于開展創(chuàng)新教學(xué)的課堂氛圍。學(xué)校為所有辦公室配備了網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端,為所有教室配備了多媒體投影系統(tǒng)。教師積極利用現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)手段,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生通過合作學(xué)習(xí)、互相交流、相互評價等形式,在愉悅
