Teaching steps: I 、 Warm up A. Lead in Learn “telly 、switch on ” T: Look at the screen, what can you see? S: TV. Televisi

3、on. T: We can call it telly. 老師帶讀 telly ,板書 telly ,拼讀。 T: OK, let s turn on the TV. Who can help me?請一名學(xué)生上來打開 CAI 上的電視。 T:Turn on the TV. We can say: ”switch on the telly”. 帶讀 switch on ,板書并拼讀 switch on & switch on the telly. ) 【 telly 及 switch on 這兩個詞匯是平時(shí)較少用到的, 學(xué)生通常會用其近義詞 TV 及turn on。教師在設(shè)計(jì)這一學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)時(shí),讓

4、學(xué)生進(jìn)入真實(shí)的“開電視”生活情 境,通過相近詞義的對比達(dá)到了解, 既給了學(xué)生直觀的感受, 又使難點(diǎn)迎韌而解。 】 B. Make objectives clear Free talk: T: What do you like watching on TV? 6、: Reading comprehension A. Show task 1. CAI 出示圖一及“ Who is he? What s Kevin Dee? ”2個問題,讓學(xué)生帶著 問題閱讀第一段。 2. CAI 出示圖二及“ Whats he doing? What does he say? ”2個問題,讓學(xué) 生帶著問題閱讀第二段。 B. Self-learning 1. T: Who is he? Please listen and read part one. S: He is Kevin Dee. T: What s Kevin Dee? S: He is a star on TV.

7、 ( 教師板書 He is a star on TV ,學(xué)生齊讀此句。 ) T: OK! Let s read part one together. T: A big, big smile. (教師板書 A big, big smile. ) Why is he with a big, big smile? 【這篇閱讀采取帶著問題,逐段逐段聽、讀的方式,讓學(xué)生深刻、透徹的理解詩 歌每一段的內(nèi)容,從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀的習(xí)慣和能力?!?2. T: Let s look at the picture 2. Whats he doing? T: Look at this sentence: He stops and looks at you. Whats the meaning of this sentenee?(播放 CAI,理解 stop and look at you.) 拓展理解: Open the door and go o

9、ut. Stand up and say. T: In this poem, there are two sentenees like this. Can you find? 學(xué)生再次閱讀詩歌,找到句子,并讀出來。 【學(xué)生不會想到在英語中可以用 and 將兩個動詞連在一起使用, 這樣句子的表達(dá) 既簡潔又清晰。 在此,教師精心設(shè)計(jì) CAI 課件,把抽象的知識變?yōu)樯鷦有蜗蟮氖?物,使學(xué)生很容易理解stop (停)和look at you (看)這兩個動詞以及句子的 意思,并且留下深刻的印象。 接著讓學(xué)生自己找詩歌中出現(xiàn)的另外兩句類似的句 子,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀和理解能力?!?C. There are two likes, whats the meaning? You can discuss in your group. 學(xué)生在小組內(nèi)討論后回答: The First one is love. The second on

13、e means as same as. 【文章出現(xiàn)了多義詞 like ,而且是在一句話中同時(shí)出現(xiàn),在教學(xué)過程中教師首 先讓學(xué)生討論,使學(xué)生在真正的語境中通過理解這句話的的含義來認(rèn)識 like 的 不同意思,降低了理解難度。】 齊讀第四段,師提示 cause 就是 because ,男女分別朗讀。 4Let s have a rest.
