(feesproduced intransfer formalities is prepaid by party b to party c ,and close an account after transfer formalities , retreat more fill less .)article 7 responsibility of breach1、 if party b breach, deposit is to a . the default party should pay all the
20、intermediary service charge to party c and the actual cost in the course of the transaction , this money should be previously deducted in the deposit when the disputes have not be disposed.2、 if party a breach, party b pay back double deposit . the default party should pay all the intermediary servi
