9、得異常熱鬧。 端午節(jié)最不可少的,自然是粽子,每年端午節(jié)外婆和大家都會(huì)包上幾百個(gè)大粽子呢!包粽子雖然有很多種,比如蘆葦葉、竹筍葉、菰葉、藕葉等。但我們的家鄉(xiāng)是蘆葦比較多,所以大多都用蘆葦葉包了。首先,外婆“率兵”去采蘆葦葉。采蘆葦葉時(shí),一大家子聽著外婆的勞動(dòng)號(hào)子:“加油!一個(gè)粽子三片葉子!上百個(gè)粽子幾千片,嘿喲,加油!”聽了“將軍”的鼓勁,“小兵”們更加賣力了!采完蘆葦葉,現(xiàn)在只要將它們暴曬就行了。但準(zhǔn)備材料可沒有這么簡(jiǎn)單喲,還得去集市上買來上好的紅豆、豬肉、花生、板粟、蜜棗與糯米,還要買紅線呢! 當(dāng)然,最好玩的時(shí)候還是包粽子的時(shí)候。包粽子時(shí),男人負(fù)責(zé)把肉切成不大不小的塊兒;女人負(fù)責(zé)洗紅豆、糯米

10、之類的;小孩負(fù)責(zé)把大盆洗干凈,再把大人加工好的東西裝在大盆里;而老人們則負(fù)責(zé)指揮。一切準(zhǔn)備好之后,就開始包粽子了。大人們干得格外賣力,而小孩們呢?卻在一旁玩著,總是在大人們不注意時(shí),偷一兩顆蜜棗往嘴里塞,表面上似乎一點(diǎn)兒事都沒做,可心里卻暗暗自喜因?yàn)槊蹢椞贸粤? 最后一步就是煮粽子,燒火的外公總是把火候把握的很好,味道很香、很濃,如果在第一時(shí)間內(nèi)吃粽子,你看到的肉粽子總是嫩地流油,看到的蜜棗粽子總是金黃柔嫩;看到的八寶粽子總是很可口,我們可愛吃了。 去年,要不是為了去鹽城替舅舅、舅媽照顧表哥,外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厭惡”舅舅、舅媽,他們家的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件不錯(cuò),為什么不找個(gè)保姆?把我的
