6、t at Speed Up 5Kn463 噪音測試Noise Measurement474 振動測試大綱 Vibration Test Procedure53一 概況General Description為方便試航期間各單位的協(xié)調(diào),確保該船能夠順利完成試航,特編制本試航計劃。該試航計劃以生產(chǎn)管理部相關(guān)試航文件為基礎(chǔ),以系泊與航行試驗(yàn)大綱及各試驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)冊為編寫依據(jù)。該試航計劃作為L0025試航時的綱領(lǐng)性文件和依據(jù)。The intention of making this sea trial plan is to make every department work in harmony durin

7、g the sea trial and finish the sea trial successfully. This plan is based on correlative document of production management department, according toMooring and sea trial test scheduleand correlative test procedure. This plan is used as programmatic document and basis during the sea trial of L0025. 當(dāng)船

8、舶基本完工,以及所有試航所需的系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)和調(diào)試完成后,進(jìn)行正式的海上試航。所有的設(shè)備包括錨、舵、救生、消防、污水、壓載和航行通信系統(tǒng)等都要滿足航行的需要。本次試航的計劃要提供給船東和船級社的駐廠辦公室。試航的試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目要按照本大綱執(zhí)行。船廠QC 部門應(yīng)作好試驗(yàn)記錄。試驗(yàn)完成后船廠整理出的試驗(yàn)報告將作為交船資料的完工文件。When the ship is substantially completed, official sea trials should be carried out with all systems tested and adjusted and ready for such

9、trials.All the equipments condition including anchor, rudder and life saving, fire fighting, bilge, ballast, navigational communication system etc. are to be compliance with the requirement of seaworthiness. The schedule of sea trial to be supplied to Owner and Societys site offices. And the tests i

10、n sea trial to be carried out according with this Procedure.During tests the record will be made by QC Department of the Yard. After trial finished, the tests reports to be prepared by Yard and submitted as items as the finished document of delivery of the vessel. 二 試航項(xiàng)目-總體性能Sea Trail Items-Performa

11、nce1 測速試驗(yàn)Speed Trail測速試驗(yàn)是利用四次往返航行測定主機(jī)在四個分別為50%、75%、85%及100% SMCR的功率下的主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、軸功率以及相對應(yīng)的航速,試驗(yàn)速度用DGPS記錄。1.1 測試條件1.1.1 天氣狀況及海況測速試驗(yàn)的天氣條件要求風(fēng)力盡可能不大于蒲氏4級,并考慮船廠的建造進(jìn)度。要求水深大于8倍船舶平均吃水。1.1.2 船舶狀況測速試驗(yàn)在試航壓載吃水下進(jìn)行,允許小尾傾,主機(jī)功率分別設(shè)為約50%、75%、85%及100%SMCR。1.1.3 試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備測速試驗(yàn)之前,船舶的首吃水/平均吃水/尾吃水,海水比重和水溫,氣溫,風(fēng)向角要經(jīng)過船廠和船東代表的測量和記錄。測速航程包括

12、助航距離和測量距離,測速航向根據(jù)記錄風(fēng)向設(shè)定為逆風(fēng)和順風(fēng)。為了得到一個穩(wěn)定的測量速度,助航距離和測量距離分別不能小于2.0海里。1.2 測速試驗(yàn)測速試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)條件被確認(rèn)后進(jìn)行??偣策M(jìn)行四次往返測量,每個主機(jī)功率包括一次往返,主機(jī)四個功率點(diǎn)見表1 表1序號主機(jī)負(fù)荷輸出功率(KW)轉(zhuǎn)速(r/min)試航壓載吃水(首吃水約5.5米,尾吃水約7米)150%SMCR abt.5130 abt.87.3275%SMCR abt.7695 abt.100.4385%SMCR abt.8721 abt.104.44100%SMCR abt.10260 abt.110.2注:如果在主機(jī)已經(jīng)達(dá)到100%SMCR而

13、螺旋槳未達(dá)到110.2RPM,以主機(jī)功率達(dá)到100%SMCR為準(zhǔn)。在測速過程中,船舶航向偏離不超過2度,操舵舵角不大于5度。1.3測量在每個往返中,用DGPS測量船舶速度,用軸馬力測試工具測量軸馬力及其轉(zhuǎn)速。1.4 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果測速結(jié)果要進(jìn)行修正,根據(jù)由Taniguchi and Tamura發(fā)表的“ 關(guān)于船舶測速結(jié)果的風(fēng)阻修正的一種新方法”修正至沒有風(fēng)和潮流時的航速。壓載吃水下測出的速度和軸功率應(yīng)與船模試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較,以此作為檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計吃水下的速度和功率的基礎(chǔ)。其換算方法如下:Vfa=Vft(Vba/Vbt) Vfa實(shí)船計算所得設(shè)計吃水下的服務(wù)速度 Vft 船模試驗(yàn)所得設(shè)計吃水下的服務(wù)速度 Vba試

14、航所得的壓載吃水下的速度 Vbt.船模試驗(yàn)所得壓載吃水下的速度修正結(jié)果要提供給船東簽署。The speed trial to be carried out to determine corresponding values of speed, RPM and BHP by four double runs, namely at 50%, 75%, 85% and 100% of SMCR of the main engine. The trial speed shall be measured by DGPS.1.1 Test condition1.1.1 Weather and sea co

15、nditionThe speed trial to be carried out in weather condition with wind not over 4 Beaufort scale as far as practicable and possible for the Yards building schedule. The depth of water is no less than eight (8) times of the ships mean draft.1.1.2 Ship conditionThe speed trial to be carried out on th

16、e trial ballast draft, a small deflection of trim may be acceptable, and the main engine power set in four points about 50%, 75%, 85% and 100% of SMCR respectively. 1.1.3 Test preparationPrior to speed trial, the vessels drafts at fore/amidships/aft, the specific gravity and temperature of sea water

17、, air temperature, wind direction to be measured and recorded by Yard together with Owners Supervisor in test area. The course of speed trial to be with auxiliary navigating and measuring distances, and the course direction is headwind/downwind according the recorded wind direction. In order to achi

18、eve a steady speed in speed measuring, the voyage distance of auxiliary navigating and measuring are not less than 2.0 nm.1.2 Speed trialThe speed trial to begin after the trial condition confirmed. Total four double runs to be carried out, one double run (To and fro) for one main engine power. Tota

21、asured by shaft measuring equipment.1.4 ResultsThe measured results of trial speed shall be corrected to the value under the condition with no wind and no current accordance with the literature On a New Method of Correction for Wind Resistance Relating to the Analysis of Speed Trial Results by Tanig

22、uchi and Tamura. The speed and BHP of the ballast condition shall be comparing to the ship model result, this will be the base of certifying the speed and BHP of the design draft condition. The transform method shall be act as follow: Vfa=Vft(Vba/Vbt) VfaThe calculated design draft service speed for

23、 the full scale ship Vft.The design draft service speed obtained from the model test VbaThe ballast speed obtained from the sea trial Vbt.The ballast speed obtained from the model testThe corrected results to be submitted to Owner for signing.2 操縱性試驗(yàn) Maneuvering Test操縱性試驗(yàn)在試航壓載吃水下進(jìn)行(可接受小尾傾)。試驗(yàn)要求在風(fēng)力不超

24、過蒲氏5級,水深大于4倍船舶平均吃水,記錄好風(fēng)向和風(fēng)速。2.1緊急倒車試驗(yàn)主機(jī)在約85%SMCR下前進(jìn)時,當(dāng)航速及航向穩(wěn)定后,下令停車,倒車時應(yīng)按照螺旋槳廠家建議操作。由GPS測定從下令停車至計程儀顯示速度為0時的滑行距離、滑行時間和航向角偏差值。2.2慣性試驗(yàn)本試驗(yàn)在全速前進(jìn)(約85%SMCR)和半速前進(jìn)時進(jìn)行,當(dāng)航速及航向穩(wěn)定后,下令停車。由GPS測定從下令停車至計程儀顯示速度為5kn時的滑行距離、滑行時間和航向角偏差值。2.3 回轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)1)本試驗(yàn)在全速前進(jìn)(約85%SMCR)和半速前進(jìn)時進(jìn)行,當(dāng)航速及航向穩(wěn)定后,利用小舵角操作保持船舶直線航行。2)當(dāng)船舶航向及航速穩(wěn)定約3分鐘后,開啟DG

25、PS,發(fā)令“左(右)舵35o”,直到船舶航向角變化值達(dá)到540o。該次試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。3)利用DGPS繪制回轉(zhuǎn)圈圖,回轉(zhuǎn)圈圖應(yīng)包含在試航報告中。4)左右各做一次。The maneuvering test to be carried out under trial ballast draft (small stern trim may be acceptable).The test to be carried out at smooth tidal current and with wind force not more than Beaufort 5 and the depth is more th

26、an 4 times average draft of the vessel .Record the wind direction and speed.2.1 Crash stop astern testThe vessel runs at full ahead speed (abt. 85%SMCR), when the ship speed and course stable, give an order to crash stop. The crash stop operation will follow the recommendation of propulsion Maker.St

27、opping distance, stopping time and changing of course angle are to be measured by DGPS from the time of stop order given to the vessel stopping (speed 0 is shown on the log). 2.2 Stopping test The test to be performed at full ahead speed (abt. 85%SMCR) and half speed, when the ship speed and course

28、stable, give an order to stop. The stop operation will follow the recommendation of propulsion Maker.Stopping distance, stopping time and changing of course angle to be measured by DGPS from M/E stopping to the vessel speed falls to 5 knots (shown on the log).2.3 Turning circle test 1) The test to b

29、e performed at full ahead speed (abt.85%SMCR) and half speed, when the ship speed and course stable, straight course to be holded by small rudder angle operating. 2) Start the DGPS recorder when the vessel runs at a constant speed about 3 minutes, and give an order to move the rudder hard over (35P

30、& S respectively) , after the vessel has already sailing over a degree about 540, one test is finished. 3) The sailing track of vessel to be recorded by DGPS, and the track drawing to be supplied in Trial Report.4) The test to be carried for both sides.Appendix 1: Speed trial record Table 測速記錄表Ship

Change Over Test船舶在出港口后及進(jìn)港前作本試驗(yàn),柴油/燃油的盲板法蘭要關(guān)閉,以免燃柴油混合。Carry out this test after leaving port and before entering port.Close the blind flange of D.O./F.O. so t

41、hat they cant be mixed.2.1 船舶駛出港口區(qū)域方可進(jìn)行本試驗(yàn),本試驗(yàn)?zāi)康氖谴_認(rèn)主機(jī)柴油/重油轉(zhuǎn)換的正常操作。當(dāng)船舶離開港口時,將主機(jī)由柴油運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)換為燃油運(yùn)行:This test cant be carried out until leaving port area.將燃油日用柜的燃油加熱到溫控閥設(shè)定的溫度90。The intention of this test is to verify the normal operation of M/E D.O./Heavy Oil changeover.Run the M/E with F.O. instead of D.O.

42、when the vessel leave port.主機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。The M/E runs normally.打開加熱管路上蒸汽閥對系統(tǒng)中的燃油進(jìn)行加熱,燃油粘度應(yīng)該保持在15cst和10cst之間。Heat the F.O. up by opening the steam valve of heating pipeline ,and keep the viscosity between 15cst and 10cst.打開燃油日用柜的出口閥,將轉(zhuǎn)換閥的位置轉(zhuǎn)換到燃油位置。Open the outlet valve of F.O. SERV. TK. ,and turn the change

43、over valve to F.O. .打開加熱管路上蒸汽閥對系統(tǒng)中的燃油進(jìn)行加熱,燃油粘度應(yīng)該保持在15cst和10cst之間。Heat the F.O. up by opening the steam valve of heating pipeline ,and keep the viscosity between 15cst and 10cst.當(dāng)燃油的粘度保持穩(wěn)定后,可以將主機(jī)負(fù)荷慢慢增加到正常工作負(fù)荷。Increase the M/E load to the normal working load gradually when the F.O. viscosity keeps ste

44、ady.2.2 在返回港口前,將燃油轉(zhuǎn)換為柴油:Change F.O. to D.O. before entering port:將主機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。The M/E runs normally.轉(zhuǎn)換閥的位置從燃油轉(zhuǎn)換到柴油位置。Turn the changeover valve from F.O. to D.O. .在轉(zhuǎn)換后,主機(jī)必須持續(xù)運(yùn)行1小時以上確保系統(tǒng)管路和主機(jī)完全在柴油運(yùn)行下工作。The M/E must keep running over 1h to make sure that the pipeline and M/E work with D.O. totally after cha

45、ngeover.2.3 輔機(jī)柴油/重油轉(zhuǎn)換試驗(yàn)Changeover test of A/E D.O./Heave Oil操縱燃油進(jìn)/出口手動轉(zhuǎn)換閥,確認(rèn)功能正常。操作方法參照主機(jī)柴油/重油轉(zhuǎn)換試驗(yàn)。在下列情況下,必須轉(zhuǎn)換成柴油:Operate the F.O. inlet/outlet manual changeover valve,and make sure the function is normal.The operation procedure refers to the changeover test of M/E D.O./Heavy Oil. D.O. must be used

46、in the following situation:(1) 長期停車前 Before stopping M/E for a long time.(2) 燃油系統(tǒng)停車檢修前 Before stopping M/E to check the F.O. system.3 耐航試驗(yàn)及燃油消耗量試驗(yàn)Endurance and Fuel Oil Consumption Test3.1 耐航行試驗(yàn)Endurance Test(1) 耐航試驗(yàn)在正常的主機(jī)輸出功率下進(jìn)行,該試驗(yàn)使用重燃油進(jìn)行4小時。試驗(yàn)中,進(jìn)行每步60分鐘的主機(jī)和輔機(jī)燃油消耗量記錄(燃油流量計讀數(shù))。每間隔15分鐘。(2) 根據(jù)船廠慣例,耐航

During the test, minutes fuel oil consumption record by reading the flow meter is to be carried out.(FOR M/E and A/E ).
