2、大學(xué)錄取結(jié)果為準(zhǔn);四、此出國留學(xué)申請截止日期為當(dāng)年11月30日;五、申請人免交項目注冊費，僅須繳納項目管理費4000元，代美國福特海斯州立大學(xué)收取申請費450元人民幣/人;1.當(dāng)年9月30日前申請項目管理費4000元/人，11月1日之前申請的項目管理費為5000元/人;2.因故不能赴美留學(xué)的管理費退費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下:a.9月1日-9月30日提出退費申請的，所交項目管理費全部退回;b.9月30日-10月31日提出退費申請的，所交項目管理費50%退回;c.11月1日后提出退費申請的，所交項目管理費不退;3.美國福特海斯州立大學(xué)申請費450元人民幣。此申請費由西北政法大學(xué)國際教育交流項目辦公室代收。此申請
