1、GZD-420110振動(dòng)喂料機(jī)使用說(shuō)明1. 機(jī)器的用途本機(jī)是利用振動(dòng)原理進(jìn)行給料的設(shè)備，適用于選礦，建材，硅酸鹽和化學(xué)工業(yè)，以下道工序遞給（帶篩分）粒度不大于580mm的礦石和巖石。2. 機(jī)器型號(hào)及說(shuō)明主要技術(shù)參數(shù)機(jī)器料槽尺寸（長(zhǎng)寬）42001100mm最大給料尺寸580mm偏心軸轉(zhuǎn)速810 r/min給料能力120240t/h電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào)、功率、轉(zhuǎn)速Y160-4/15KW1400r/min重量4600KG3. 工作原理與結(jié)構(gòu)特征GZD-420110型振動(dòng)喂料機(jī)主要由振動(dòng)機(jī)架、彈簧、振動(dòng)器、電機(jī)振動(dòng)架及電機(jī)組成。激振器是由二個(gè)特定位置的偏心軸以齒輪相嚙合組成，裝置時(shí)必須使兩齒輪按標(biāo)記相嚙合，通過(guò)

2、電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，使兩偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而產(chǎn)生巨大合成的直線激振力，使機(jī)體在之承彈簧上作強(qiáng)制振動(dòng)，物料則以此振動(dòng)為動(dòng)力，在料槽上作滑動(dòng)及拋擲運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而使物料前移而達(dá)到給料目的。當(dāng)物料通過(guò)槽體上的篩條時(shí)，較小的料可同篩條間隙而落下，可不經(jīng)過(guò)下道的破碎工序，起了篩分的效果。4. 機(jī)器的安裝調(diào)試與運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)本機(jī)由制造廠裝配合成臺(tái)供應(yīng)，并經(jīng)過(guò)空車實(shí)驗(yàn)。用戶收貨后，應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)和排除在運(yùn)輸中可能帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題。機(jī)器的安裝，調(diào)試和試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)注意： 由于本機(jī)振動(dòng)較大，故建議將機(jī)器安裝在混泥土基礎(chǔ)上，基礎(chǔ)高度、深度和面積應(yīng)按土質(zhì)條件，單獨(dú)計(jì)算。建議基礎(chǔ)重量大致為機(jī)器重量的1.5倍。機(jī)器安裝尺寸可參閱基礎(chǔ)圖。喂料機(jī)基礎(chǔ)高度及

3、出料形式根據(jù)地形條件采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或混凝土臺(tái)增減高度以使用下道工序的要求。（用戶自定） 本機(jī)的排料溜槽均屬機(jī)器的附屬固定裝置，與喂料機(jī)體的豎直方向間隙應(yīng)保持90mm，水平方向的間隙應(yīng)保持30mm。安裝電機(jī)及支架，應(yīng)使電機(jī)槽輪與激振器槽輪中心線與水平線均成45度，電機(jī)支撐板與電機(jī)支架底板成15-20度，并注意符合圖中所振動(dòng)器的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。激振器中注入潤(rùn)滑油，機(jī)器安裝調(diào)整妥后，進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。空載試車應(yīng)達(dá)到：（1）連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2小時(shí)；（2）所有緊固件牢固，無(wú)松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象；（3）所有摩擦部位無(wú)損傷，掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無(wú)不正常的響聲，震動(dòng)穩(wěn)定。負(fù)載試車除達(dá)到空載試車要求外，還應(yīng)滿足如下要求：（1）在為喂料機(jī)送料時(shí)，不能使

4、物料強(qiáng)烈沖擊機(jī)器槽體，不許偏載加料和堆滿加料，以免損壞機(jī)體，支撐彈簧及影響機(jī)器穩(wěn)定振動(dòng)。（2）給料最大粒度應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。5. 機(jī)器的操作和規(guī)定啟動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作：1 閱讀值班記錄，處理上一班的遺留問(wèn)題；2 檢查并排除機(jī)體與溜槽，彈簧及支承座之間有無(wú)物料等影 響機(jī)體運(yùn)動(dòng)的雜物；3 仔細(xì)檢查所有緊固件是否安全緊固；4 檢查激振器內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑油是否高于油標(biāo)高度；5 檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶是否良好：如發(fā)現(xiàn)破損時(shí)應(yīng)更換；有油污時(shí)，用抹布將其擦干凈；6 檢查防護(hù)裝置良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全現(xiàn)象時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)排除。啟動(dòng)：1 經(jīng)檢查，機(jī)器與傳動(dòng)部分情況正常，始可啟動(dòng)；2 本機(jī)僅允許在無(wú)載荷情況下啟動(dòng)；3 啟動(dòng)后，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正?，F(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)立

5、即停車，待查明和排除不正常情況后，方可再啟動(dòng)。使用:1. 本機(jī)穩(wěn)定振動(dòng)后，方可帶料運(yùn)行；2. 加料應(yīng)符合負(fù)載試車要求；3. 停機(jī)應(yīng)按工藝順向進(jìn)行，禁止帶料停機(jī)時(shí)停機(jī)后繼續(xù)給料。6. 機(jī)器的維護(hù)與安全技術(shù)經(jīng)常的維護(hù)和檢修延長(zhǎng)機(jī)器使用壽命，確保正常工作的重要手段，用戶應(yīng)予以重視，對(duì)于潤(rùn)滑，應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：1 本機(jī)采用溪油潤(rùn)滑，潤(rùn)滑油應(yīng)根據(jù)使用地點(diǎn)，氣候條件決定，一般采用20#齒輪油；2 應(yīng)保證激振器中的稀油面高于油標(biāo)高度（通過(guò)管接頭彎管注），每3-6個(gè)月更換一次，換油時(shí)應(yīng)用潔凈的汽油或煤油清洗油箱，軸承滾道及齒輪表面。安全技術(shù)：1 本機(jī)操作人員，必須安全技術(shù)教育；2 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁機(jī)邊立人、用手觸摸

Vibration exciter composed of two eccentric shafts on the certain part with the jogged gear wheels. In the installation, you must make sure these gear wheels joggled acco

9、rding to the sign. The power drives these accentric shafts circumrotating,which produce the huge linear exciting force to make the machine to vibrate strongly on the supporting spring. The material can use power move on the funnel.This can force the material move ahead so as to attain the aim of fee

10、ding.When the material go through the screen on the funnel, the small particle can fall through the screens clearance directly .V. Installation, and debugging This machine is assembled by the making factory,and also tested by them already before delivery. After receiving the machine, users need to e

11、xam it carefully so as to find and get rid of the errors through the transportation in time. The installation, debugging and trying-operation must be paid more attentions as follows:1. Due to the strong vibration, the machine should be installed on the concrete base. The height, the depth and the ar

12、ea should be caculated solely based on the different soil condition. It is advisable to make the basis weight 1.5 times of the total weight of the machine. As for the Installation measurement, please refer to the drawing. For feeder machine, the basic height and discharging form can adopt steel or c

13、oncrete construction. The height can be adjusted by customer to meet the next working procedures requirement.2. The discharging chute of this machine all belong to subsidiary fixture, which should be kept 90mm from the interval in vertical direction: 30mm in horizontal direction.3. The Installation

14、for electric motor and frame should make the geneva wheel of motor and vibration exciter meet at an angle of 45 degrees between center line and horizontal line. The electrical motor surpporting board and baseplate take on 15-20 oC. Meantime, please be sure to be in line with the rotational direction

15、 of the vibration device in the picture.4. Cleaning the antirust oil on the shaking device, immitting the lubricant oil at the same time, when the fixing and testing activities finished, then run the machine for a trial. 5. The unloaded working machine should achieve some requests as follows:4 Opera

16、ting for 2 hours in succession.5 All fasteners should be firm and there is on phenomenon of becoming flexible.6 All frictional position dont present the condition of scotching, chipping and grinding. There is no abnormal noise. Steady state vibration.7 As feeding materials, make sure that the materi

17、als can not impact machine, and not allowed to feed deflection or in pile so as to protect the machine, the surpporting spring and make the machine working steadily.(1) The max feed size should according to the rules.VI. Operation Rules Of The MachineThe preparation work before running(1) Check the

18、note on duty and deal with the problem on last shift.(2) Check out and get rid of sundries that can stop working between main body and chute, spring and bracket. (3) Check carefully to be sure that all the fasteners are firm.(4) Check out whether the surface of lubricating oil is higher than the hei

19、ght of mark. (5)Check out whether the conveyor belt is good. If it is dishclothed, should replace it timely. If there is smeary, then please rub it cleanly by a rag.(6)Check out whether the protective device is in good condition, if any unsafe phenomenas appear, one should get rid of them in time.Sa

20、rting(1) Start after make sure the machine and its transmission part are normal(2) This machine should be started unloaded.(3) Stopped immediately when some abnormal state took on.
