8、月以學(xué)校在職人員 身份到x x參加英語培訓(xùn)，經(jīng)甲方，乙方，丙方三方協(xié)商達成如下協(xié)議：一，乙方應(yīng) 遵守培訓(xùn)單位的各項規(guī)章制度，不得無故缺課。凡無故缺課累計達到5天者，須承擔(dān) 此次培訓(xùn)的一切費用。二，乙方必須參加本次培訓(xùn)期間的統(tǒng)一考試，并取得培訓(xùn)合格 證書后，甲方承擔(dān)乙方的培訓(xùn)學(xué)費，丙方承擔(dān)交通費（300元），住宿費（每人每天80 元），伙食費（每人每天25元），乙方只承擔(dān)超過規(guī)定標準的伙食費；否則，所有費用 全部由乙方承擔(dān)，且三年內(nèi)學(xué)校不再派出參加此類培訓(xùn)。三，若甲方承擔(dān)了乙方培訓(xùn) 相關(guān)費用的，則乙方從培訓(xùn)結(jié)束之日起繼續(xù)在我區(qū)各校服務(wù)三年;若乙方違約，乙方 須返還由甲方和丙方支付的全部培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費，還應(yīng)向甲方支付違約金，違約金數(shù)額為： 本協(xié)議約定的全部培訓(xùn)費用一3x（3年-已服務(wù)年限）。四，丙方要根據(jù)學(xué)科及教師隊 伍建設(shè)的需要做好教師參加英語培訓(xùn)派出計劃，積極組織本單位符合條件的教師申 報。五，丙方要主動與相關(guān)職能部門溝通，做好工作安排。六，丙方協(xié)助
