2、3x(2019)03?0173?04abstract: the rheological parameters are obtained by means of linear regression of torque values in the rheological measurement and control system. since the slope and intercept obtained by linear regression has poor tolerance for external disturbances, the correlation coefficient

3、elimination method is proposed. this method can restrain the external interference according to the correlation coefficient of linear regression. the weighted least square method is used for linear regression. the result of field test is used to evaluate the effect of data processing. the result sho

4、ws that the correlation coefficient elimination method can improve the correlation coefficients of linear regression obviously, and the rheological parameters obtained by weighted least square method are more stable than those of ordinary least square method.keywords: correlation coefficient elimina

5、tion method; weighted least square method; rheometer; measurement and control system; linear regression; coarse error elimination method4  結(jié)  語本文首先采用拉依達準(zhǔn)則對采集到的原始扭矩值mi,k進行粗大誤差處理,抑制震動產(chǎn)生的影響;然后利用均值法抑制電磁干擾白噪音,獲得mi;再采用相關(guān)系數(shù)剔除法對剪切應(yīng)力i和剪切速率i進行異常點剔除,抑制由于混凝土不均勻?qū)е碌挠绊?最后根據(jù)絕對殘差倒數(shù)作為權(quán)重系數(shù)wi進行加權(quán)最小二乘法線性回歸,得到屈
