1、BEC 商務(wù)英語寫作指南:商務(wù)郵件怎么寫?1 顯示客氣的大殺器:情態(tài)動(dòng)詞和修飾詞比如,有時(shí)候要給老板匯報(bào)一個(gè)不太好的消息,如果你郵件寫成 F面這樣,可能老板看了心情會(huì)立刻 down掉。There will be a delay in the completion of the project.那么,怎樣能夠緩和語氣,讓老板消化壞消息做好心理建設(shè)呢 ?下面這 個(gè)句子能夠給你點(diǎn)參考:There might be a slight delay in the completion of the project.這里就是用了一些小技巧,比如情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 might be ,修飾詞 slight 讓 整個(gè)句子
2、變得柔和起來,負(fù)面感情低了很多。以前就有老外說過,在寫商務(wù)郵件時(shí),用好修飾詞是多么關(guān)鍵:If we use qualifiers to decrease the quality of a word, they make great softeners '. 9、 were going to sign the deal today.It was understood that you were going to sign the deal today. 據(jù)說,你今天要去簽合約。You agreed to lower your fees.It was agreed that you were going to lower your fees. 之前咱們談妥,貴方說會(huì)降低費(fèi)用。5 學(xué)會(huì)用“軟化詞”,做心理建設(shè) 在商務(wù)寫作中,如果能用一些“軟化詞” (softener) ,用這樣 種語言工具能夠讓整體內(nèi)容語調(diào)變得更得柔和。一般來說,傳達(dá)不好的消息的時(shí)候,能夠
