1、    86份酸棗種質資源篩選和遺傳多樣性分析    李世鵬 陳葉 郭明欣 田珊 劉紅霞 趙旭升 摘要 目的綜合酸棗種質資源主要農藝性狀評價和遺傳多樣性分析結果，篩選優(yōu)良酸棗種質資源。方法對86份酸棗種質資源的15個農藝性狀進行表型鑒定，并利用9個issr標記進行遺傳多樣性分析。結果通過對15個農藝性狀綜合評價，從86份酸棗種質資源中篩選出5份優(yōu)良種質資源。9對issr引物共擴增出20條多態(tài)性條帶，多態(tài)性信息量（polymorphism information content，pic）為0.600.81，平均值為0.70。在遺傳系數(shù)0.57的水平上86份
