10、teria :1）電性能正常，外殼不可破裂Electrical function is ok, and the plastic should not be broken 。6.2 拉力測試 Tensile strength test測試儀器 Test equipment: 拉力計 Tension meter;測試要求 Test Requirement:1）使用5KG的拉力去拉數(shù)據(jù)線兩端Tension under 5KG strength on the two ends of the data cable ;2）保持 60 秒鐘 Retain 60 seconds。檢驗標準Criteria :1

11、）產(chǎn)品功能正常，線芯斷線率不超過20%,被覆外皮不破裂，變形，斷裂The function should be ok, and the damage happened on core wire should not be over 20%, cable skin should not be cracked ,deformed and broken down ；6.3表面印刷測試Printing Test測試要求 Test Requirement:1）參考xxx可靠性測試RCA測試標準，并記錄檢驗結果Refer to the xxx reliability test standard to do

12、 the test, and record the result;2） 字符酒精耐磨測試Character RCA用沾酒精的布，90%的酒精濃度，5N/cm' 的力來回擦200次2Abrade the character with cloth contained 90% consistency alcohol under 5N/ cm strength ;檢驗標準Criteria :測試后整個測試表面原始的顏色不可改變，圖案不可消失，油漆不露底。The color should not be changed on the surface, the picture should be c
