1、空調(diào)機(jī)組控制箱操作說明Operating Instructions for Control Cabinet of Air Conditioning Unit根據(jù)貴方所提要求，控制柜設(shè)制冷機(jī)手動(dòng)啟停按鈕；1#空調(diào)、電加熱、風(fēng)閥手動(dòng)啟停按鈕；2#空調(diào)、電加熱、風(fēng)閥手動(dòng)啟停按鈕；1#空調(diào)機(jī)組手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)；制冷停止/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)；制制熱停止/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)；通風(fēng)停止/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)；自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)、停止按鈕。In accordance with requirements proposed by your party, the control cabinet is equipped as follows:

3、ing/ stop /automatic switch; ventilation /stop /automatic switch; automatic ON/ OFF button. 機(jī)組所具備的功能：1、空調(diào)機(jī)組設(shè)手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，手動(dòng)時(shí)由控制柜面板啟停按鈕啟動(dòng)相應(yīng)的設(shè)備。2、 面板設(shè)有制冷、制熱、 通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，控制箱處于制冷狀態(tài)時(shí)開啟水泵、制冷機(jī)、空調(diào)機(jī)組；當(dāng)處于制熱狀態(tài)時(shí)開啟電加熱、空調(diào)機(jī)組；當(dāng)處于通風(fēng)狀態(tài)時(shí)開啟空調(diào)機(jī)組。面板上設(shè)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)、停止按鈕，在制冷、制熱、通風(fēng)任一狀態(tài)下自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)、停止按鈕有效，空調(diào)機(jī)組處于手動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)，自動(dòng)按鈕無效；3、消防信號(hào)、防火閥信號(hào)關(guān)閉機(jī)組。4、 1#/

4、2#空調(diào)機(jī)組只要有一臺(tái)處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)，制冷、制熱、通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)有效，1#/2#空調(diào)機(jī)組都處于手動(dòng)時(shí)制冷、制熱、通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)無效。5、 制熱狀態(tài)時(shí)根據(jù)回風(fēng)溫度控制電加熱啟停，電加熱與風(fēng)機(jī)連鎖，風(fēng)機(jī)不啟動(dòng)， 電加熱不啟動(dòng)；風(fēng)機(jī)電加熱段設(shè)高溫報(bào)警傳感器，當(dāng)電加熱段內(nèi)溫度超過75°（參數(shù)可調(diào)）時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷電加熱。6、制冷狀態(tài)時(shí)，先啟動(dòng)空調(diào)機(jī)組，再啟動(dòng)水泵，最后啟動(dòng)制冷機(jī)組；本控制只提供制冷機(jī)啟停干接點(diǎn)信號(hào)。制冷狀態(tài)因空調(diào)機(jī)組無電動(dòng)水閥，故無法實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度制動(dòng)控制；7、通風(fēng)狀態(tài)啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)。Functions of the unit:1. The air conditioning unit is eq

5、uipped with the manual/ automatic switch. The corresponding equipment is started with the ON/ OFF button on the panel of the control cabinet for manual operation.2. The panel is equipped with a switch for refrigeration, heating and ventilation. The control cabinet is used to start the water pump, re

6、frigerator and air conditioning unit in refrigeration state; start electric heating and air conditioning unit in heating state; start the air conditioning unit in ventilation state. There are automatic start and stop button on the panel which are effective in any one of the states including refriger

7、ation, heating and ventilation. The automatic button is invalid when the air conditioning unit in the manual state;3. Signal of fire fighting and fire damper can shut down the unit.4. The switch for refrigeration, heating and ventilation is valid when either set of 1#/ 2# air conditioning units is i

8、n automatic state; When all 1#/ 2#air conditioning units are in manual state, the switch for refrigeration, heating and ventilation is invalid.5. In heating state, ON/OFF of the electric heating is controlled by the temperature of the return air with the electric heating and air blower interlocked,

9、air blower and electric heating not started; High-temperature alarm sensor is set for the electric heating section of the air blower. When the temperature in the electric heating section exceeds 75° (the parameters are adjustable), the electric heating is disconnected automatically.6. In refrig

10、eration state, the air conditioning unit is started first, then the water pump and the refrigerator unit at last; The control only provides the dry contact signal for ON/OFF of the refrigerator. In refrigeration state, the temperature brake control cant be realized for there is no electric water val

11、ve for the air conditioning unit;7. In ventilation state, the air blower is started.控制柜具體操作規(guī)程：1、將1#、 2#空調(diào)機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至手動(dòng)狀態(tài)；制冷、制熱、通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至停止?fàn)顟B(tài)，此時(shí)機(jī)組處于手動(dòng)狀態(tài)，在此狀態(tài)下按控制柜面板上相應(yīng)的啟動(dòng)按鈕， 其對(duì)應(yīng)的控制系統(tǒng)開始工作，按下停止按鈕后其對(duì)應(yīng)的控制系統(tǒng)停止工作。2、將1#或 2#空調(diào)機(jī)組任一臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)；將制冷轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)，制熱、通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)在停止位置；此時(shí)為制冷自動(dòng)狀態(tài)。在此狀態(tài)下按自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕，機(jī)組按制冷狀態(tài)自動(dòng)執(zhí)行順序啟動(dòng)程序，具

12、體順序如下：當(dāng)1#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟1#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)-開啟循環(huán)水泵-開啟制冷機(jī)組。當(dāng)2#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟2#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)-開啟循環(huán)水泵 -開啟制冷機(jī)組。3、將1#或 2#空調(diào)機(jī)組任一臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)；將制熱轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)，制冷、通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)在停止位置；此時(shí)為制熱自動(dòng)狀態(tài)。在此狀態(tài)下按自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕，機(jī)組按制熱狀態(tài)自動(dòng)執(zhí)行順序啟動(dòng)程序，具體順序如下：當(dāng)1#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟1#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)-開啟1#空調(diào)機(jī)組電加熱。當(dāng)2#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟2#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)-開啟2#空調(diào)機(jī)組電加熱。 電加熱根據(jù)回風(fēng)溫度與回風(fēng)溫度設(shè)定值自動(dòng)啟停；空調(diào)機(jī)組設(shè)有

13、高溫報(bào)警傳感器， 當(dāng)高溫報(bào)警傳感器所測(cè)得的空調(diào)機(jī)箱溫度超過高溫報(bào)警設(shè)定值時(shí)，自動(dòng)切斷空調(diào)機(jī)組電加熱，溫度降低后自動(dòng)恢復(fù)。4、將1#或2#空調(diào)機(jī)組任一臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)；將通風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至自動(dòng)狀態(tài)，制冷、制熱轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)在停止位置；此時(shí)為通風(fēng)自動(dòng)狀態(tài)。在此狀態(tài)下按自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕，機(jī)組按通風(fēng)狀態(tài)自動(dòng)執(zhí)行順序啟動(dòng)程序，具體順序如下：當(dāng)1#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟1#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)。當(dāng)2#空調(diào)機(jī)組處于自動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)：開啟2#空調(diào)機(jī)組送風(fēng)機(jī)。5、根據(jù)貴方要求，空調(diào)機(jī)組風(fēng)閥設(shè)為手動(dòng)啟停，當(dāng)需要開啟風(fēng)閥時(shí)，按相應(yīng)啟動(dòng)按鈕，風(fēng)閥即可開啟；同理關(guān)閉時(shí)按相應(yīng)停止按鈕。Detail operating instruc

In this state, after pressing the automatic start button, the unit will carry out the sequential start program as per refrigeration state automatically detailed as follows: When 1# air conditioning unit is in automatic state: start the new air damper of 1# air condi

When 2# air conditioning unit is in automatic state: start new air damper of 2# air conditioning unit -start air feeder of 2# air conditioning unit -start circulating water pump-start ref

Turn the switch of either 1# or 2# air conditioning unit to automatic state; Turn the heating switch to automatic state, the switch of refrigeration and ventilation to stop position; it is automatic heating state now. In this state, after pressing the automatic start button, the un

When 2# air conditioning unit is in automatic state: start the new air damper of 2# air conditioning unit -start the air feeder of 2#air conditioning unit -start electric heating of 2# air conditioning unit. ON/OFF of the electric heating is realized according to the temperature of the return

21、 air and the set value of it; High-temperature alarm sensor is set to the air conditioning unit. When the case temperature of the air conditioner measured by the high-temperature alarm sensor exceeds the set value for high-temperature alarm, the electric heating of the air conditioning unit will be

22、disconnected automatically and recovered automatically after the temperature is reduced.4. Turn the switch of either 1# or 2# air conditioning units to automatic state; Turn the switch of ventilation to automatic state, the switch of refrigeration and heating to stop position; it is automatic ventil

In this state, after pressing the automatic start button, the unit will carry out the sequential start program as per ventilation state automatically detailed as follows: when 1# air conditioning unit is in automatic state: start the new air damper of 1# air conditioning unit -start
