1、輪胎生產(chǎn)工藝流程 The tyres Production ProcessProcess On“序:密煉工序 Mixing Process密煉工序就是把碳黑、天然/合成橡膠、油、添加劑、促進(jìn)劑等原材料混合到一 起,在密煉機(jī)里進(jìn)行加工,生產(chǎn)出 膠料”的過程。Mixing Process is to mix materials,such as Carbon Black, Natural/Synthetic Rubber, Oil, Additive, Accelerator etc. together, and processing in the Internal Mixer,then get r
2、ubber film.所有的原材料在進(jìn)入密煉機(jī)以前,必須進(jìn)行測試,被放行以后方可使用。密煉機(jī)每鍋料的重量大約為250公斤。All the materials should be test before send into Internal Mixer,after be permited then can be used. Every pot weight is about 250 kilograms in Internal Mixer, 輪胎里每一種膠部件所使用的膠料都是特定性能的。The glue stock used in every kind of Rubber part have sp
3、ecific performance .膠料的成分取決丁輪胎使用性能的要求。The rubber film composition depends on the tyre performance requirement.同時,膠料成分的變化還取決丁配套廠家以及市場的需求,這些需求主要來自丁牽引力、駕駛性能、路面情況以及輪胎自身的要求。At the same time, the rubber film composition change also depends on the related producer and marke s demand. This demand mainly com
4、es from the traction, driving performance, road surface condition and tire own requirements所有的膠料在進(jìn)入下一工序 一膠部件準(zhǔn)備工序之前,都要進(jìn)行測試,被放行以后 方可進(jìn)入下一工序。All the rubber film should be test before going into next process, after be permited then can be used in next process.Process Two工序二:膠部件準(zhǔn)備工序Preparing Rubber parts
5、process膠部件準(zhǔn)備工序包括6個主要工段section。在這個工序里,將準(zhǔn)備好組成輪胎的 所有半成品膠部件,其中有的膠部件是經(jīng)過初步組裝的。This process include six sections,in this process,will prepare well all the semi-finished rubber parts of tyre. Some rubber parts is being initial assembled.這6個工段分別為:The six sections is as following:Section One工段一:擠出 Extrusion膠料
6、喂進(jìn)擠出機(jī)頭,從而擠出不同的半成品膠部件:胎面、胎側(cè)/子口和三角膠條。Put the rubber film into the Extruding, thus get different semi-finished rubber components: the tread, the side wall and triangle strip.Section Two工段二:壓延 Rolling原材料簾線穿過壓延機(jī)并且簾線的兩面都掛上一層較薄的膠料,最后的成品稱為簾布”。Raw materials cord thread through the rolling machine and both si
7、des of cord thread can be put on a thin rubber material, and the finished product called "cord fbric".原材料簾線主要有尼龍和聚酯兩種Raw materials are nylon cord and polyester two kinds.Section Three工段三:胎圈成型Molding Wheel rim胎圈是由許多根鋼絲掛膠以后纏繞而成的。Wheel rim is twined by many steel wire,which be put on rubber m
8、aterial.用丁胎圈的這種膠料是有特殊性能的,當(dāng)硫化完以后,膠料和鋼絲能夠緊密的貼合到一起。Because of the rubber material have special properties, when vulcanization finished, rubber material and steel wire can close joint together.Section Four工段四:簾布裁斷 Cutting Flaps在這個工序里,簾布將被裁斷成適用的寬度并接好接頭。In this section, the cord fbric will be cut into the
9、 applicable width and connected joint.簾布的寬度和角度的變化主要取決丁輪胎的規(guī)格以及輪胎結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的要求。The width and the angel change of the cord fbric, mainly depends on the tire structure design requirementsSection Five 工段五:貼三角膠條 Sticking triangle strip在這個工序里,擠出機(jī)擠出的三角膠條將被手工貼合到胎圈上。In this section, the Extruder extrusion triangle
10、strip will be manual joint to the wheel rim三角膠條在輪胎的操作性能方面起著重要的作用。The triangle strip play an important role in the tyre operation performance.Section SiW段六:帶束層成型 M olding Beam layer這個工序是生產(chǎn)帶束層的。在錠子問里,許多根鋼絲通過穿線板出來,再和膠料 同時穿過口型板使鋼絲兩面掛膠。This process is belt layer production. In the spindle, many wires thr
11、ough threading board out, then through the mouth tpre board to make steel wire put on rubber on both sides掛膠后帶束層被裁斷成規(guī)定的角度和寬度。寬度和角度大小取決丁輪胎規(guī)格以及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的要求。The belt layer is cut into specified angle and width after be put on rubber. The width and the angular dimension depends on the tyre size and the struc
12、ture design requirement.所有的膠部件都將被運送到輪胎成型”工序,備輪胎成型使用。All the rubber parts will be sent to the "tyre forming" process, for the tyre forming use.Process Three工序三:輪胎成型工序 Tyre Forming process輪胎成型工序是把所有的半成品在成型機(jī)上組裝成生胎,這里的生胎是指沒經(jīng)過 硫化。生胎經(jīng)過檢查后,運送到硫化工序。Tyre Forming process is assemb all the semi-finis
13、hed products into tyre embryo in the molding machine.The tyre embryo is not be curing,then it' ll be sent to Vulcanizationprocess after test.Process Fou工序四: 硫化工序 Vulcanization process生胎被裝到硫化機(jī)上,在模具里經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)臅r間以及適宜的條件,從而硫化成成品輪胎,這個過程大概需要20-30分鐘。硫化完的輪胎即具備了成品輪胎的外觀 一圖案/字體以及胎面花紋?,F(xiàn)在,輪胎將被送到最終檢驗區(qū)域了。The tyre e
14、mbryo is put on vulcanizer, in the mould with appropriate time and conditions, then get finished products tires,this process will take about 20-30 mins. Then the tires havethe finish product ' s appearance, such as pattern,design and tread. Now, tyre will be sent to the final inspection area.Pro
15、cess Fiv“序五:最終檢驗工序 Final Inspection process在這個區(qū)域里,輪胎首先要經(jīng)過目視外觀檢查,然后是均勻性檢測,均勻性檢測是通過 均勻性實驗機(jī)”來完成的。In this section, first,the tire should pass the visual appearance check,then it is uniformity test,it is detected by "uniform experiment machine" to finish the test.均勻性實驗機(jī)主要測量徑向力,側(cè)向力,錐力以及波動情況的。均勻性
16、檢測完之 后要做動平衡測試,動平衡測試是在幼平衡實驗機(jī)”上完成的。Uniform experiment machine mainly measure radial force, lateral force, cone force and the fluctuations.After the uniformity test is to do the dynamic balance test, this test is finished on the "dynamic balance testing machine".最后輪胎要經(jīng)過X-光檢測,然后運送到成品庫以備發(fā)貨Final
17、ly, tires should pass the X-ray detection, then sent to the finished-parts storage for deliveryProcess Si燈序六:輪胎測試 Testing tyre在設(shè)計新的輪胎規(guī)格過程中,大量的輪胎測試就是必須的,這樣才能確保輪胎性 能達(dá)到政府以及配套廠的要求。In the design new tire size process, a large number of tyre test is needed, thus can make sure the tire performance to meet government and the related producer requirements當(dāng)輪胎被正式投入生產(chǎn)之后,我們?nèi)詫⒗^續(xù)做輪胎測試來監(jiān)控輪胎的質(zhì)量,這些測試與放行新胎時所做的測試是相同的。When the tire is put on production, we still con
