13、運行1 年后付清。(4) In case of the site construction in Iran, Buyer will be responsible for visa, round-trip fares and travelingexpense, food and accommodation, and 30 US Dollar daily subsidies for each of Seller s construction personnel on Iran Site. All of the cost will be paid by T/T within 10 working d

14、ays after the construction completed and Buyer received related bills provided by Seller and accepted these bills.若需乙方前往伊朗項目現場施工，甲方負責乙方施工人員的簽證、往返車旅費、食宿，并補助乙方每人30 美金/天。以上費用于現場施工完畢后，乙方提交相關票據，甲方收到票據核實無誤10 個工作日內結算。8. 17、rmal delay penalty.如因乙方的原因使該項目的施工不能按照甲方的進度計劃完成，并經甲方糾偏無效且實際影響了甲方的整個工程進度， 或因該項目的驗收質量導致甲方整個工程的質量達不到業(yè)主質量標準， 除扣除正常的工期延期罰款外，經業(yè)主認定后乙方應賠償由此給甲方造成的損失。9. Contract price and adjustments合同價款及調整：(1)Contract price:The contract price is FFP (Firm Fixed Price), include tender documents, technical requirement, drawin

18、gs, siteinspection, risk premium, etc. The contract price will not be adjusted at settlement and during the whole project, if Buyer would not change the design and sign site visa. 19、d in Sub article 2.合同價款：合同價款采用固定合同總價的方式確定，招標文件、技術要求、圖紙、現場考察、風險費等等全部包干，甲方不提出設計變更，現場簽證，結算時合同價款不予調整。合同執(zhí)行過程中其它任何一方不得擅自更改，除下列第2 條中規(guī)定的調整因素需在結算時進行調整外，合同價款均不予調整。(2) The adjustment factor of contract price:Page 3 of 5合同價款的調整因素：a. 22、lations, related standard and codes, and contractsrequirement.材料和設備的檢驗：本工程一切材料設備在用于本工程之前，均應按照法律、法規(guī)和有關標準、規(guī)范的規(guī)定以及本合同的約定，在甲方的監(jiān)督、見證下，由乙方負責取樣并做試塊。(2) Program of Test:The program of test, including test time, place, method of sampling, and test frequency test items shall beprepared by Seller according to

23、laws and regulations, related standard and codes, and contract srequirement, submitted to Buyer for confirmations, and performed after accepted by Buyer.檢驗內容：材料設備的檢驗時間和地點、取樣辦法、檢驗頻次和內容由乙方根據法律、法規(guī)和有關標準、規(guī)范的規(guī)定以及本合同的約定提出，報甲方確認后施行。(3) Normal Check:Buyer will enter the construction site to supervise the con

Settlement of Disputes:爭議解決All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by fr
