1、宿舍管理制度(暫行)Dormitory Rules and Regulations( provisional version)一、目的:為加強(qiáng)員工宿舍管理, 使員工宿舍保持整潔的環(huán)境和良好的公共秩序, 以利員工獲得充分的休 息,更好地投入工作,特制定本管理辦法。Purpose: The objective of the present rules and regulations is to bring clarity to issues related to the operation, management and supervision of dormitories and to prov
2、ide for the needs of employees staying in dormitories by ensuring comfortable, safe and orderly boarding.二、范圍:凡在公司住宿之職員工。Application scope: All employees in Jinzhou Foundry.三、職責(zé):Responsibilities3.1 綜合部:負(fù)責(zé)按本制度的具體實(shí)施監(jiān)督及評定工作。Administration dept: In charge of the implementation and supervision of these r
3、ules and regulations.3.2 宿舍管理員:負(fù)責(zé)公司所有員工入住安排、登記表更新及紀(jì)律、衛(wèi)生、用電安全、設(shè)施維護(hù)等 日常管理。(由綜合部指定人員)Dormitory keeper: Be responsible for the daily dormitory management, including check-in arrangement for all the staff, electricity security, equipment maintenance etc,.(Dormitory keeper is appointed by the administrati
4、on dept.)3.3 宿舍長:負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助宿舍管理員管理宿舍的紀(jì)律、衛(wèi)生、用電安全、設(shè)施維護(hù)等日常管理。 (每 宿舍指定一人)Dormitory leader: Help the dormitory keeper with the daily dormitory management.(For every apartment, there is one dormitory leader designated by the dormitory keeper.)四、程序:Procedures:4.1 宿舍長的產(chǎn)生及職責(zé):The responsibilities of the dormitory l
5、eader:4.1.1 每個(gè)宿舍員工推舉一名,或綜合部指定一名,在綜合部備案。For every apartment, there is one dormitory leader elected by the staff of the apartment or designated by the dormitory keeper.4.1.2 負(fù)責(zé)安排衛(wèi)生值日表并傳達(dá)公司新的宿舍管理規(guī)定與相關(guān)的通知,并確認(rèn)執(zhí)行情況。Make sure regulations and arrangements about dormitories is delivered to every roommate and

Supervise roommates to do the cleaning work.4.1.3 當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有違反宿舍日常管理規(guī)范的行為及時(shí)制止,情節(jié)嚴(yán)重時(shí),必須報(bào)告宿舍管理員及綜合 部處理。Maintain the good order and safety of the dormitory. Report any violations of disciplines to the administration department.4.1.4 當(dāng)宿舍的水、電等發(fā)生故障時(shí),負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)通知宿舍管理員。Report any damage of dormit
7、ory properties to the administration department.五、宿舍安排及規(guī)范:Dormitory arrangements and regulations:5.1 宿舍人員安排:Employee check-in arrangement:5.1.1 本公司在職員工于附近區(qū)域無適當(dāng)住所或交通不便者,可以到綜合填報(bào)宿舍申請登記表 , 書面申請到公司宿舍區(qū)住宿。綜合部將視床位空余情況、員工實(shí)際困難和該員工日常工作表 現(xiàn)情況,酌情考慮并作出安排。Employees can apply for living in dormitories if their home
8、is far away orif it 's notconvenient for them to go home everyday. Firstly, the employee should fill in a Dormitory Application Form, give it to the administration department, and then the administration department will arrange beds for them according to dormitory vacancy, actual difficulties an
9、d performance evaluation of the employee.5.1.2 新員工如需要入住宿舍應(yīng)先填寫宿舍入住申請表 ,待公司審批后交宿舍管理員后通知新員 工入住。After the application is approved by the company and is given to the dormitory keeper, the employee will be informed to live in the dormitory.5.1.3 宿舍管理員應(yīng)對宿舍所有入住人員的房號及床鋪進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一編號。按照同一部門統(tǒng)一安排的原 則安排人員住宿。Dormitory k
10、eeper will number the room and bed of each employee according to their specific department.5.2 水電費(fèi)用扣除標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 公司為員工提供住宿條件,但每月的電費(fèi)和水費(fèi)等由各宿舍舍員根據(jù)入住時(shí)間平攤所有費(fèi)用。 The company provides dormitories to employees, but all employees in the apartment will have to share the charges of water and electricity.5.3 宿舍日常管理規(guī)范及獎(jiǎng)懲
11、:Daily management of the dormitories:5.3.1 凡入住宿舍內(nèi)的所有員工必須服從宿舍管理員的管理和安排。All the employees living in the dormitories must follow the arrangement of the dormitory keeper.5.3.2 晚上 11 點(diǎn)后,嚴(yán)禁男女互訪。嚴(yán)禁男女混居一室(夫妻需提供民政部門的結(jié)婚證明) ,違者 給予辭退處理;Don't enter dormitories of opposite sex employees after 11 O'clock a

Male and female employees are not allowed to live in one room.(Husband and wife need to provide marriage certificate), otherwise the employees will be dismissed5.3.3 宿舍未經(jīng)允許不得留宿非本公司員工,如有發(fā)現(xiàn),第一次扣罰100 元,第二次扣罰 200 元,并取消入住資格。Employees are not allowed to bring non-employees to stay in dormitories
13、at night without permission, otherwise for the first time, the employee will be fined by 100RMB and for the second time, the employee will be fined by 200RMB and will be cancelled the qualification of living in the dormitories.5.3.4晚上 11:30 以后,嚴(yán)禁在宿舍內(nèi)大聲喧嘩、開電視、放音響,影響他人的正常作息。Keep quiet in the dormitori

Don't make noise and play music loudly and knock onthe doors heavily after 11:30 at night.5.3.5 個(gè)人床褥、衣服、鞋、桶及個(gè)人日常清潔用品須整理好,保持宿舍整齊衛(wèi)生。宿舍衛(wèi)生要定 期檢查,對衛(wèi)生不達(dá)標(biāo)的員工予以警告或處罰。Every one is responsible for the cleaning of the apartment. Make the beds and arrange everything neatly. There will be regular dormito
15、ry check and if the apartment doesn't meetstthaendclaeradn, itnhgeemployees in the apartment will be warned or fined.5.3.6 入住員工應(yīng)愛護(hù)宿舍內(nèi)的一切公共設(shè)施,損壞照價(jià)賠償,不得從陽臺(tái)、窗戶往外亂扔雜物、 倒水、垃圾應(yīng)集中倒在宿舍過道指定的垃圾桶內(nèi)。不得在墻壁、櫥柜上隨意張貼字畫或釘物 品,違者處以1050元罰款,否則同寢室人員同罰。Employees should keep dormitory properties properly and any damage
16、will be paid. Don 't throw rubbish and water out of the window. Place trash in designated containers. Don 'tput up pictures and drawing or nails on the wall, otherwise will be fined by 10 to 50 RMB.5.3.7 所有員工宿舍均不允許私自拉電線、裝接電器、不能超負(fù)荷用電、不能使用煤氣爐。要保持 高度防火意識預(yù)防火災(zāi)事故嚴(yán)禁在宿舍內(nèi)使用明火(如:燒煤氣罐、燒酒精爐等) 。嚴(yán)禁使用 電爐,電
17、熱杯、熱得快、電熨斗、偽劣電源插板等電器及非安全器具,如若發(fā)現(xiàn),如若發(fā)現(xiàn), 給予責(zé)任人 200元/次的處罰,否則同寢室人員同罰。Employees are not allowed to connect cables and electrical appliance unauthorized. Keep alert of fire. Don 't use gas stove and alcohol stove in dormitories. Electric stove, electric cup, electric iron, low quality socket and other
18、dangerous appliances are also forbidden. Employee who breaks this rule will be fined by 200RMB.5.3.8員工貴重物品應(yīng)妥善保管,遺失由本人負(fù)責(zé)。Please keep your valuable items properly. It is on your own responsibility if these things get lost.5.3.9 節(jié)約水電,上班前需檢查水、電是否關(guān)好,門窗是否鎖好。Save water and electricity. Before going to work
19、, please check whether the water and electricity are turned off and whether the doors and windows are properly locked.5.3.10凡在宿舍酗酒或鬧事,根據(jù)情節(jié)嚴(yán)重給予 200-500元處罰,直至辭退處理。The employee getting drunk or causing troubles in dormitories, will be fined by 200-500rmb or get dismissed according to the circumstances.
20、5.3.1 1凡在宿舍內(nèi)使用或存放管制兇器、酒精、煤油易燃易爆、有毒有害物品等危害公司財(cái)產(chǎn)及跟 人安全的一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),根據(jù)情節(jié)嚴(yán)重給予 200-500元處罰,直至辭退處理。The employee, using or keeping weapons, alcohol, kerosene and other inflammable and ex plosive or poisonous and harmful items which will do harm to the security of the company prop erties and other employees, once di
21、scovered, will be fined by 200-500rmb or get dismissed accor ding to the circumstances.5.3.12 宿舍區(qū)不能成為犯罪窩點(diǎn),嚴(yán)禁盜竊、打架斗毆、賭博、吸毒、色情等不良活動(dòng),一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn) 后給予辭退并罰款 500元,嚴(yán)重者將送公安機(jī)關(guān)處理。Dormitories are not crime shelters. 22、ed, the employee shall get dismissed and be fined by 500rmb or be sent to the police station if the circumstances really are serious.5.4 宿舍衛(wèi)生:Dormitories environment:5.4.1 定期檢查安全隱患,防患于未然,并定期進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生大掃除,保障宿舍的清潔衛(wèi)生、杜絕安全隱患。Employees should have regular security check of their dormitories in case there are p
23、otenti al safety hazard.5.4.2 綜合管理部組織相關(guān)人員對宿舍進(jìn)行定期和不定期檢查,根據(jù)宿舍檢查評分表的評分對 表現(xiàn)好的宿舍將上報(bào)于綜合部備案,給予通報(bào)表揚(yáng),對表現(xiàn)不好的宿舍給予通報(bào)批評并張貼 照片。The administration department is responsible for carrying out regular and irregular dormitor y check. According to the Dormitory Check Scale, employees who keep apartments clean and tid y
24、 will get rewards and employees who fail to keep clean apartments will be criticized and their pictures will be posted on the notice board.5.5 員工離職與鑰匙管理:Employee leaving and the management of keys:5.5.1 員工離職或退宿時(shí)應(yīng)將使用過的床位,物品,抽屜等清理干凈。When an employee is about to leave the company, he or she is responsi
25、ble for cleaning up his or her bed, drawers and wardrobe.5.5.2 員工離職時(shí)應(yīng)將鑰匙交回宿舍管理員。凡鑰匙遺失或不交的扣罰50 元。When an employee is about to leave the company, he or she must hand back the apartment key. If the key is lost or if the employee refuses to hand it back, he will be fined for 50RMB.5.5.3 有鑰匙丟失者必須上報(bào)宿舍管理員,
26、由其重新安裝門鎖,所配費(fèi)用由丟失者全額承擔(dān)。Employee should report the dormitory keeper if he or she lost the key to the apartment. The dormitory keeper will change the lock and the employee is responsible for the cost.5.5.4 離職員工應(yīng)在離職當(dāng)天辦好相關(guān)手續(xù)后搬離宿舍。The employee should move personal items out the day he completes all the ch
27、ecking-out procedure.六、消防安全和事故應(yīng)急處理方法Fire alert:6.1 綜合部要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行消防安全檢查,所有員工都應(yīng)熟悉滅火器的使用方法。所有消防設(shè)施、器 材為消防應(yīng)急時(shí)用, 任何人不得在非緊急情況下使用。 一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi), 應(yīng)積極采取安全措施, 并通過消防安全通道緊急疏散。The administration should have regular security inspection and the entire employee must be familiar with the use of fire extinguishers and other emergency equipments. Fire extinguishers and other emergency equipments should only be
