159、冊(cè)為指南,不斷進(jìn) 取,共創(chuàng)美好明天。最后,誠(chéng)摯地祝愿大家在豪盛企業(yè)事業(yè)成功。公 司 簡(jiǎn) 介總經(jīng)理:莊蘇濱豪盛公司座落于哈爾濱市香坊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)石化大廈寫(xiě)字樓二層,建筑面積 1000M2,由哈爾濱豪盛裝飾工程公司設(shè)計(jì)與裝修。 地址:哈爾濱市香坊區(qū)衡山路 18 號(hào)石化大廈二層 郵編:150036電話真用條件員工來(lái)源:公司所需員工,將面向社會(huì)公開(kāi)招選,包括大學(xué)畢業(yè)生、職校畢業(yè)生及在 職技術(shù)員等。所錄用的正式員工,均實(shí)行勞動(dòng)合同制。試用期:新員工將接受為期三個(gè)月的試用期,如需延長(zhǎng)試用期則以不超過(guò) 1 個(gè)月為 限。在試用期內(nèi)人事部將對(duì)新員工的工作進(jìn)
160、行審查,以確定是否符合工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 如不符合工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),則予以辭退。調(diào)職及降級(jí): 根據(jù)工作需要及員工表現(xiàn),員工可被調(diào)職、晉升或降級(jí)至其他職位或部門(mén),薪金及福利亦會(huì)相應(yīng)調(diào)整。 工資:?jiǎn)T工工資按勞動(dòng)合同規(guī)定發(fā)放于公司規(guī)定之日期以現(xiàn)金的形式發(fā)放。員工之每月工資包括基本工資、伙食補(bǔ)貼。基本工資按薪級(jí)而定。其中伙食補(bǔ)貼為 浮動(dòng)工資,放假期間取消。職級(jí): 公司依據(jù)員工所在不同部門(mén)、不同崗位承擔(dān)不同責(zé)任劃分以下級(jí)別: 董事長(zhǎng)級(jí)總經(jīng)理級(jí) 副總級(jí) 部門(mén)主管級(jí) 一般員工級(jí)工作時(shí)間:?jiǎn)T工每周工作時(shí)間四十小時(shí)(不包括用膳時(shí)間),每天工作時(shí)間為 8:0011:30;13:0017:00,員工午休時(shí)間為 11:3013:00
161、,午休時(shí)間 禁止玩撲克、麻將等賭博性?shī)蕵?lè),公司設(shè)有乒乓球、跳棋、軍棋、象棋、圍棋 等供員工午休自由娛樂(lè)。各員工必須嚴(yán)格遵守工作時(shí)間。加班: 如員工在規(guī)定時(shí)間以外加班,員工應(yīng)根據(jù)工作需要服從公司安排。公司以年終獎(jiǎng)金方式給予補(bǔ)償。 曠工:凡事先未辦請(qǐng)假手續(xù)而無(wú)故缺勤或請(qǐng)假未準(zhǔn)即私自休假者為曠工。曠工除 被違紀(jì)處罰及扣除當(dāng)日工資外。另按公司罰款處理,曠工三天或以上者,按除名處理。終止合約: 試用期內(nèi),任何一方都可提出終止合約,第一個(gè)月內(nèi),雙方均可隨時(shí)提出終止合約;第二個(gè)月內(nèi),雙方均可提前 4 天終止合約,如未提前 7 天通知對(duì)方 終止合約,則以 7 天工資代補(bǔ)償。試用期滿后,、任何一方需終止合約必須
162、提前 一個(gè)月以書(shū)面通知另一方。雙方亦有權(quán)以現(xiàn)金補(bǔ)償通知。在特殊情況下,例如: 員工犯有嚴(yán)重過(guò)失,公司可立即解除合約,而無(wú)需事先通知。亦不需作出賠償。 裁員:因經(jīng)營(yíng)政策、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治或其他不可抗逆條件影響下,公司有權(quán)裁 減員工,有關(guān)裁減數(shù)量及裁員補(bǔ)償,公司將根據(jù)國(guó)家政策執(zhí)行。員工福利法定假期: 所有員工可享有國(guó)家規(guī)定的以下法定假日,如因業(yè)務(wù)需要,在法定假日不能休假,將由公司安排以年終獎(jiǎng)金形式補(bǔ)償,1 、元旦2、勞動(dòng)節(jié)3、國(guó)慶節(jié)4 、春節(jié) 福利假:年前因無(wú)工程需要,可放帶薪假,年滿工作 5 年以上者,每年可休假二天, 休假需一次性提取,不能累積,逾期視為自動(dòng)放棄。事假: 如無(wú)充分理由,員工不得
163、請(qǐng)事假。凡有特殊原因而請(qǐng)事假者,應(yīng)提前報(bào)批請(qǐng)假申請(qǐng)表,經(jīng)部門(mén)經(jīng)理和行政副總、總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后,方可休假,否則按曠工 論,事假扣除當(dāng)日工資。病假:1、員工患病申請(qǐng)病假,必須附有診斷病歷,經(jīng)部門(mén)主管、行政副總、總經(jīng) 理批準(zhǔn)方為有效,急診病例,不能趕來(lái)公司,應(yīng)于公司上班時(shí)間前通知部門(mén)主 管,逐級(jí)通知,并在第二天回公司補(bǔ)辦休假手續(xù),病假期間在考勤時(shí)連續(xù)計(jì)算, 包括公休日和法定假日,病假按日工資 50%扣除。2、公司員工可享用帶薪病假一天,超出部分按無(wú)薪假處理,此假期僅限于 有病時(shí)享用,不可預(yù)提,過(guò)月自動(dòng)作廢。3、員工確實(shí)由于患慢性病或特別疾病不能上班,需要住院或長(zhǎng)期病休,經(jīng) 公司管理當(dāng)局批準(zhǔn),可按在本公司
164、的工作年限給予 36 個(gè)月的醫(yī)療期,醫(yī)療期 前三個(gè)月享有一定的比例工資,后三個(gè)月做無(wú)薪處理。工作年限待遇享受工資待遇15 年(含 5 年)月工資的 55%510 年(含 10 年)月工資的 65%1015 年(含 15 年)月工資的 80%15 年以上月工資的 100% 醫(yī)療期滿后仍不能上班工作的員工,公司可與其解除合同。婚假: 凡在公司工作滿一年以上員工可持結(jié)婚證書(shū)申請(qǐng)有薪婚假三天,若符合晚婚年齡,男 25 歲,女 23 歲,享有按國(guó)家規(guī)定的婚假(包括法定假和公休日) 婚假須在結(jié)婚證填發(fā)三個(gè)月內(nèi)使用,逾期無(wú)效。婚假需提前 30 天申請(qǐng),并向行 政主管出示結(jié)婚證明副本。產(chǎn)假: 工作滿一年半的女
165、正式員工可申請(qǐng)產(chǎn)假,產(chǎn)假期限為一個(gè)月,延期可按事假論。產(chǎn)假需三十天前申請(qǐng)。 慰問(wèn)假:?jiǎn)T工的直系親屬(包括父母、配偶、子女)去世,公司將給予三天慰問(wèn)假, 雇員之祖父母或兄弟姐妹去世可享用一天慰問(wèn)假,員工需填寫(xiě)假期申請(qǐng)表,并 附上有關(guān)證明。護(hù)理假: 男員工在妻子分娩后十日內(nèi)享有三天有薪護(hù)理假日。申請(qǐng)?jiān)摷倨趹?yīng)附上有關(guān)出生證明。養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn):公司正式員工,試用期三個(gè)月后,公司為其購(gòu)買(mǎi)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)。員工退休 后,可按國(guó)家規(guī)定享受有關(guān)規(guī)定享有有關(guān)退休福利。節(jié)日福利: 公司每年在端午節(jié)、中秋節(jié)、春節(jié)向員工發(fā)放節(jié)日福利品。文體活動(dòng): 公司將為員工組織各種文體活動(dòng),以促進(jìn)員工的身體健康和活躍文化生活,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚
166、力。 獎(jiǎng)勵(lì):凡表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀對(duì)公司作出貢獻(xiàn)的員工,公司將會(huì)視其具體情況給予物質(zhì)或精 神方面的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。年終獎(jiǎng)金: 依據(jù)公司當(dāng)前的經(jīng)營(yíng)和盈利狀況,管理層將會(huì)考慮為員工發(fā)放年終獎(jiǎng)金,員工的工作表現(xiàn)和出勤情況將作為獎(jiǎng)金計(jì)算的參考,員工于獎(jiǎng)金發(fā)放日,仍受 聘于本公司,方能獲發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金。公司守則聘用關(guān)系:上下級(jí)之間,員工之間應(yīng)以禮相待,互相合作,員工應(yīng)切實(shí)執(zhí)行直屬上級(jí) 指派的任務(wù),遇疑難和不滿,應(yīng)從速向上級(jí)請(qǐng)示,以示妥善處理。員工出勤:1、員工應(yīng)必須準(zhǔn)時(shí)上班,在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)未經(jīng)部門(mén)經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn),不得無(wú)故早退 或擅離職守。2、職工在休假期間不能隨意返回公司。 儀表儀容:男士:1、頭發(fā):保證整齊、干凈。染發(fā)只能黑色。2、胡子:
167、不可留胡子,保持面部干凈。3、指甲:及時(shí)清潔和修剪指甲,不可帶有污垢,不能留長(zhǎng)指甲。 女士:1、頭發(fā):保持頭發(fā)整齊、清潔,不可染發(fā)(黑色除外)2、化妝:自然簡(jiǎn)單不可濃妝艷抹,過(guò)分鮮艷。3、指甲:及時(shí)清潔和修剪指甲,不可帶有污垢,不能留長(zhǎng)指甲。 個(gè)人資料:1、員工應(yīng)如實(shí)將個(gè)人資料填寫(xiě)入職位申請(qǐng)表內(nèi),如住址遷移,婚姻狀況,家庭成員等資料有變,應(yīng)及時(shí)告知行政部予以更正。如因資料不詳,有可能引 至日后應(yīng)有之權(quán)利損失,責(zé)任由員工個(gè)人自負(fù)。2、員工個(gè)人資料屬于機(jī)密,除行政部專職人員外,其它人員不得隨意查閱 或問(wèn)訊。申請(qǐng)證明: 凡需公司出具的人事證明,員工必須作出書(shū)面申請(qǐng),經(jīng)部門(mén)主管同意后,送交行政部。 工作評(píng)估:工作評(píng)估用于考核員工表現(xiàn),作為培訓(xùn)、晉升、薪金調(diào)整和選拔培養(yǎng)的依 據(jù),每年舉行一次,均由主管級(jí)以上人員采用鑒定或面談方式進(jìn)行。吸煙: 除指定區(qū)域和經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)辦公室外,任何人均不得隨處吸煙。私人電話: 工作時(shí)間內(nèi)除緊急事外,員工不得打或接聽(tīng)私人電話,否則會(huì)影響員工的個(gè)人表現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重者要受到紀(jì)律處分。 離職手續(xù):1、凡離職員工必須在當(dāng)日內(nèi)到行政部辦理離職手續(xù),未能上交所欠物品者, 公司有權(quán)拒絕發(fā)薪及轉(zhuǎn)出人事
