19、issolution of the contract1. 乙方在租賃期滿前如需退租或續(xù)租， 應(yīng)提前兩個(gè)月通知甲方， 由 雙方另行協(xié)商退租或續(xù)租事宜。在同等條件下乙方享有優(yōu)先續(xù)租權(quán)。， partywithin two months before the contract expires b will notify party a if it intends to extend the leasehold.in this situation ， two parties will discuss matters over the extension.2. 租賃期滿后，乙方應(yīng)在當(dāng)天將廠房交還甲方；任何
