8、E (CMD1防令用于使指定地址的卡進入Inactive State 模式.3)卡識別過程.ALL_SEND_CID (CMD流令用于獲取卡的 CID信息,如果卡處于 Ready State, 它就會在 CMD線上傳送它的 CID信息,然后進入Identification State 模式.緊接著發(fā)送 CMD3 (SEND_RELATIVE_ADDR)令,用于設(shè)置卡新的地址.卡收到新的地址后進入Stand-by State模式.2.數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模式數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模式下卡的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變圖進入數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模式后,主機先不停的發(fā)送 SEND_CSD (CMD聊令獲取卡的CSD言息.SET_DSR (CMD4用于設(shè)置卡

9、的DSR存放器,包括數(shù)據(jù)總線寬度,總線上卡的數(shù)目,總線 頻率,當(dāng)設(shè)置成功后,卡的工作頻率也隨之改變.此步操作是可選的.CMD7命令用于使指定地址的卡進入傳輸模式,任何指定時刻只能有一個卡處于傳輸模式.傳輸模式下所有的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸都是點對點的,并且所有有地址的命令都需要有響應(yīng).所有讀命令都可以由 CMD1除令彳止,之后卡進入Transfer State.讀命令包括單塊讀 (CMD17),多塊讀(CMD18),發(fā)送寫保護(CMD30),發(fā)送scr(ACMD51)和讀模式一般命令 (CMD56).所有寫命令都可以由CMD12命令彳止.寫命令包括單塊讀(CMD24),多塊讀(CMD25),寫CID(CMD

10、26),寫CSD(CMD27)鎖和解鎖命令(CMD42開口寫模式一般命令(CMD56).當(dāng)寫命令傳輸完成后,卡進入Programming State( 傳輸成功)或Transfer State( 傳輸 失敗).如果一個卡寫操作被停止,但其前面數(shù)據(jù)的 CRCF口塊長度正確,數(shù)據(jù)還是會被寫入.卡要提供寫緩沖,如果寫緩沖已滿并且卡處于Programming State, DAT0保持低BUSY.寫CID,CSD,寫保護,擦除命令沒有緩沖,當(dāng)這些命令沒完時,不應(yīng)發(fā)送其他的數(shù)據(jù) 傳輸命令.參數(shù)設(shè)置命令在卡被編程時是不允許發(fā)送的,這些命令包括設(shè)置塊長度 (CMD16),擦除塊起始(CMD32泡擦除塊結(jié)束(

11、CMD33).當(dāng)卡正編程時讀命令是禁止的.用CMD硬另一個卡進入Transfer State不會終止當(dāng)前卡白編程和擦除,當(dāng)前卡會進入Disconnect State并且釋放 DAT線.Disconnect State模式的卡可通過 CMD7B新被選中,此時卡進入 Programming State并且使能busy信號.CMD0或CMD1會終止卡的編程操作,造成數(shù)據(jù)混亂,此操作應(yīng)禁止.1)總線寬度選擇命令A(yù)CMD階令用于選擇總線寬度,此命令只有在 Transfer State 有效.應(yīng)在CMD渝令后 使用.2)塊讀命令塊是數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)淖钚挝?,在CSD (READ_BL_LEN定義,SD卡為固定

12、的512B.每個塊傳輸?shù)暮竺娑几粋€ CRC校驗.CMD17(READ_SINGLE_BLOCK)于傳輸單個塊, 傳輸完之后,卡進入Transfer State. CMD18(READ_MULTIPLE_BLOCK)于多個塊的傳輸,直到收到一個CMD1階令.3)塊寫命令與塊讀命令類似,每個塊傳輸?shù)暮竺娑几粋€CRC驗.卡寫數(shù)據(jù)時會進行 CRC驗.多塊寫比重復(fù)的單塊寫更能提升效率.如果CSM的WRITE_BLK_MISALIGNN：設(shè)置,并且發(fā)送的數(shù)據(jù)不是塊對齊的 ,卡會設(shè)置狀 態(tài)存放器中的 ADDRESS_ERROR并且進入Receive-data-State 狀態(tài)等待彳止命令.此時 寫操

13、作也會停止,并且卡會設(shè)置其的 WP_VIOLATIONfc.如果寫緩沖滿的話,卡會停止接受 WRITE_BLOC喻令.此時主機應(yīng)發(fā)送 SEND_STATUS (CMD13)命令,卡返回數(shù)據(jù)的READY_FOR_DATA標(biāo)志卡是否準備好接受新的數(shù)據(jù).在多塊寫操作中通過事先發(fā)送ACMD2蹌令可提升寫速度.ACMD23用于定義接下來要寫數(shù)據(jù)的塊的數(shù)目.每次多塊寫操作后,這個值又被設(shè)為默認的1.ACMD2會使卡返回寫成功的塊數(shù)目.4)擦除命令擦除命令的順序是 ：ERASE_WR_BLK_START(CMD32),ERASE_WR_BLK_END(CMD33)and ERASE (CMD38).如果(C

14、MD3喊(CMD32, 33)接收到出錯信息,卡會設(shè)置狀態(tài)存放器中的 ERASE_SEQ_ERROR位并且重新等待新的命令時序.如果接收到時序錯誤命令,卡會設(shè)置其ERASE_RESET并且重新等待新的命令時序 .5)寫保護治理三種機制：- .寫保護物理開關(guān)- .卡內(nèi)部寫保護通 過設(shè)置 CSD 中 的 WP_GRP_ENABLE 和 WP_GRP_SIZE位,SET_WRITE_PROT口 CLR_WRITE_PROT令用來設(shè)置和去除保護機制.- .密碼保護.三.時鐘限制如果主機要發(fā)送1K的數(shù)據(jù),但是主機緩沖區(qū)只有 512B,那么主機可以在發(fā)送完前512B后,可以先停止時鐘,然后把后512B填充

15、入緩沖區(qū),再啟動時鐘,這樣卡并不會檢測要兩 次發(fā)送之間的間隔,認為其是一次完整的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送過程.四CRC校驗1 .CRC7CRC7用于所有的命令,除R3以外的響應(yīng),以及CID和CSM存器.2 .CRC16CRC16用于數(shù)據(jù)塊的校驗五.錯誤類型.1 .
