1、威爾信柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組維修保養(yǎng)故障代碼威爾信柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組 -伯瓊斯 1300 電噴柴油機(jī)21 指示燈及按鍵功能指示燈和按鍵控制面板如圖 1 所示,面板上有故障分析指示燈、故障代碼指示燈、 ECM 信號輸入鍵和 ECM 故障檢 測鍵。伯瓊斯 1300 電子發(fā)動機(jī)具有自檢驗(yàn)功能和指示燈指示燈分為橙色和紅色,用來確定發(fā)動機(jī)的故障)。橙色燈是表示發(fā)動機(jī)已存在故障,當(dāng)故障排除后,便會自動熄滅。但 ECM 會對故障進(jìn)行記錄和存儲。當(dāng)需要檢驗(yàn) ECM 的記憶內(nèi)的故障 或有沒有故障時(shí),按下自檢驗(yàn)功能按鈕就可以執(zhí)行自檢驗(yàn)功能。 伯瓊斯 1300 電子發(fā)動機(jī)具有自檢驗(yàn)功能和指示燈 指示燈分為橙色和紅色,用來確定發(fā)動機(jī)

2、的故障)。橙色燈是表示發(fā)動機(jī)已存在故障,當(dāng)故障排除后,便會自動熄滅。但 ECM 會對故障進(jìn)行記錄和存儲。當(dāng)需要檢驗(yàn) ECM 的記憶內(nèi)的故障或有沒有故障時(shí),按下自檢驗(yàn)功能按鈕就可以執(zhí)行自檢 驗(yàn)功能。在進(jìn)行檢測時(shí),如果有故障存在,紅色指示燈會閃現(xiàn)一次,然后轉(zhuǎn)到顯示故障代碼的橙色燈上,故障代碼由橙色燈 的閃現(xiàn)分三次完成,每次閃現(xiàn)之間有一定的間隔時(shí)間,在每次的閃現(xiàn)過程中,可記下橙色燈連續(xù)閃現(xiàn)的次數(shù),從三次閃現(xiàn) 的過程中可讀出橙色燈顯示的故障代碼。如果有多余的故障出現(xiàn),便按代碼上的數(shù)字來確定先后順序;如果沒有故障存在 時(shí),機(jī)器將會再經(jīng)過一次測試,紅色燈會閃動二次來檢測故障記錄;當(dāng)紅燈會閃動三次時(shí),表示檢
