26、 of the accident issued by the Competent (Tovcnimcnt Authorities where the accident (Kcurs as evidence dicrcoE 任何一方對(duì)由于下列原閔而導(dǎo)致不能或暫時(shí)不能履行全祁或部分合同義務(wù)的，不負(fù)責(zé)任： 水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、早災(zāi)、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)或任何在簽約時(shí)不能預(yù)料、無(wú)法控制且不能避免和克服的 事件。但受不可抗力影響的一方，應(yīng)盡快將所發(fā)生的事件通知對(duì)方，并應(yīng)在事件發(fā)生后2 周內(nèi)將有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的不可抗力事件的證明寄交對(duì)方。Under such circumstances the Seller, however,
