19、計可設(shè)置主副兩套時段。電表是否進行主副兩套時段切換，受電表模式字3的b5位控制。每套時段最大8費率。每套時段可設(shè)置最大 10個年時區(qū)切換數(shù)，最大 8個日時段表，每天最大 14時段切換。每套時段可設(shè)置 90個公共假日，可設(shè)置周休日時段。百年日歷、時間，閏年自動切換。注意，如果時段表中某一時段的費率號大于費率數(shù)時（設(shè)置錯誤），此時段的電量計入費率1。電量顯示小數(shù)位數(shù)設(shè)為 2時：有功電量，最大累計電量為.99kW.h。對于無功電量，最大累計電量為.99kvar.h 。電量為負值可能發(fā)生在組合無功電量中，由于考慮到電量可能為負，數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計為帶符號，正數(shù)范圍0.00 .99,負數(shù)范圍：0.00 .99。

30、3控制，b3 =1 :連續(xù)，b3=0:不連續(xù)。2.3 跨月結(jié)算本表存儲了上1月到上13月的歷史數(shù)據(jù)（包含正反向有功、組合無功1和組合無功2、四象限無功的總電量以及分時電量，正反向有功、輸入輸出無功的最大需量及其出現(xiàn)時間，各元件有功、無功電量）跨月結(jié)算時，先把本月的電量、最大需量及其發(fā)生時間存入上月，再把本月的最大需量及其發(fā)生時間清零，計算需量的累加單元清零，需量重新開始計算。如果電表掉電跨過結(jié)算日、時，上電后電表將進行跨月結(jié)算，跨過幾個月，結(jié)算幾個月。但跨過 13個月后，電表不結(jié)算。2.4 測量功能本儀表測量總及 A、B、C各相的電壓、電流、視在功率、有功功率、無功功率、功率因數(shù)及電網(wǎng)頻 率，
