27、that the goods have been shipped for the transport and delivery. Under symbolic delivery, this is required by the seller for the settlement of payment. B/L has three significations. First, it is a receipt of the goods . Second, it is a contract. Th

Combined transport, or multi-modal transport, involves at least two modes of transport in the carriage of a consignment. This is different from through bill of lading, which is only used in the combined transport of marine and some other mode of transport.
