2、規(guī)范化、制度化,根據(jù)教育部中小學(xué)教師繼續(xù)教育規(guī)定、中小學(xué)校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)規(guī)定和 周至縣教育局關(guān)于開展中小學(xué)教師校本研修工作的實(shí)施方案及周至縣中小學(xué)校本研修工作考核方案結(jié)合我校實(shí)際特制定本規(guī)劃。一、指導(dǎo)思想以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),以構(gòu)建“多功能、大服務(wù)”的教師繼續(xù)教育體系為導(dǎo)向,以提高教師實(shí)踐能力為根本,更新培訓(xùn)理念,完善培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)模式,豐富培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,使培訓(xùn)更具自主性、選擇性和實(shí)效性,促進(jìn)我校師資隊(duì)伍向“師德高尚,業(yè)務(wù)精諶,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,充滿活力”的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化方向發(fā)展。二、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)(一)總體目標(biāo)以“自主、多元、實(shí)效”為主題,積極開展以教師發(fā)展需求為著眼點(diǎn)的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn),主要指為教師提高職業(yè)道德、專
3、業(yè)知識(shí)與教學(xué)技能而組織和舉辦的非學(xué)歷培訓(xùn),包括校本培訓(xùn)、集中培訓(xùn)、遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)等,教師參加高一級(jí)學(xué)歷進(jìn)修也可納入專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)范圍。不斷完善教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,提高教師培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)的實(shí)效性,努力使教師成為教育思想先進(jìn),教育規(guī)律熟悉,教育技能扎實(shí),教科意識(shí)強(qiáng)烈,個(gè)體風(fēng)格顯現(xiàn),富有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新精神的專家型教師,著力打造一支講師德、愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)、肯鉆研、有品位的教師隊(duì)伍,為提高我校教育質(zhì)量提供強(qiáng)大精神動(dòng)力和智力支持。(二)階段目標(biāo)1.2011 學(xué)年:分析校情,建立教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,加強(qiáng)對(duì)培訓(xùn)工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。制訂教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)五年規(guī)劃與學(xué)年計(jì)劃。 初建以校本培訓(xùn)為基礎(chǔ)的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)制度。啟動(dòng)培訓(xùn)工作。安排好

12、est,and strive toachievend bettermeet5.2015 學(xué)年:制訂教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)學(xué)年計(jì)劃。安排各學(xué)科未參加外出集中培訓(xùn)教師參加集中培訓(xùn),順利實(shí)施完畢五年培訓(xùn)工作。做好工作總結(jié),評(píng)比先進(jìn)教師。三、培訓(xùn)任務(wù)1. 教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)每5 年為一個(gè)周期。在職教師周期內(nèi)參加專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)時(shí)間應(yīng)累計(jì)不少于360 學(xué)時(shí), 其中校本培訓(xùn)120 學(xué)時(shí)。 教師周期內(nèi)培訓(xùn)時(shí)間可以集中使用,也可分散使用,但每年參加培訓(xùn)時(shí)間一般不低于48 學(xué)時(shí),最高不超過(guò)144 學(xué)時(shí)(省中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展管理平臺(tái)設(shè)定)。周期內(nèi)至少參加一次不少于90 學(xué)時(shí)的脫產(chǎn)集中培訓(xùn)。2. 班主任周期內(nèi)應(yīng)參加不少于30
