24、（ 1）電纜溝地基驗槽合格后，完成底板混凝土澆筑，采用定制模板，安裝固定支撐，設(shè)置角鋼剪刀撐支護，保證模板體系的穩(wěn)定性。（ 2）采用18mm 長的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定制模板，輔以600mm 長的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板配合使用，模板設(shè)置水平和垂直加強筋板，同時設(shè)置固定剪刀撐、電纜支架的螺旋栓孔，便于穿心螺桿有效固定外壁模板。（ 3）先安裝溝壁內(nèi)側(cè)模板，模板接縫采用螺栓連接，固定角鋼式剪刀撐和水平撐，并按照設(shè)計要求放坡。（ 4）穿入對拉螺桿，確定溝壁厚度，采用經(jīng)緯儀調(diào)整固定溝壁外側(cè)模板（固定用于焊接接地扁鐵的預(yù)埋件）（ 5）混凝土澆筑過程中，按照設(shè)計要求設(shè)置沉降縫，沉降縫采用可伸縮材料填充。無壓頂時，混凝土直接澆至溝壁頂面

33、6-5-1 。5.2 操作要點5.2.1 施工準(zhǔn)備5.2.1.1 方案策劃及編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書( 1 ) 方案策劃：施工前，應(yīng)根據(jù)施工圖對全站電纜溝進行統(tǒng)一總體策劃，如合理設(shè)置排水坡度，保證電纜溝排水通暢；合理設(shè)置過濾水槽，保證場地排水通暢；合理拼裝模板、合理設(shè)置過梁，消除異型蓋板、減少非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板等。(2)編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書：組織編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，并按規(guī)定程序進行審批。5.2.1.2 圖紙會檢及技術(shù)交底( 1 )施工圖紙會檢：開工前，必須進行設(shè)計交底及施工圖紙會檢，并應(yīng)有書面的施工 圖紙會檢紀(jì)要。(2)技術(shù)交底：開工前，必須進行施工技術(shù)交底。技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容充實，具有針對性和指導(dǎo)性。全體施工人員

34、應(yīng)參加交底會，掌握交底內(nèi)容，簽字后形成書面交底記錄。5.2.1.3 材料、工器具及設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備(1)鋼筋進場時，應(yīng)按 GB1499鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋等的規(guī)定，抽取試件做 力學(xué)性能檢驗，其質(zhì)量必須符合有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。(2)水泥進場時，應(yīng)對其品種、級別、包裝或散裝倉號、出廠日期等進行檢查，并應(yīng)對其強度、安定性及其他必要的性能指標(biāo)進行復(fù)驗，其質(zhì)量必須符合GB175硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥等的規(guī)定。當(dāng)在使用中對水泥質(zhì)量有疑問或水泥出場超過3 個月 (快硬硅酸鹽水泥超過1 個月)時，應(yīng)進行復(fù)驗，并按復(fù)驗結(jié)果使用。(3)混凝土中摻用外加劑的質(zhì)量及應(yīng)用技術(shù)，應(yīng)符合GB8076混凝土外加劑、GB50119

43、主，人工開挖為輔”的方式進行開挖。（ 2）根據(jù)施工圖紙，先進行平面定位，然后采用挖掘機進行土方開挖，溝槽開挖時應(yīng)為后續(xù)工作保留足夠的施工工作面。（ 3）機械開挖土方時，基底土方宜保留100mm 厚左右，采用人工開挖和修坡，盡量避免機械攪動原土層。電纜溝應(yīng)根據(jù)不同土質(zhì)及電纜溝深度進行放坡。（ 4）溝槽土方開挖后，應(yīng)及時清除基底浮土和多余土方。在回填區(qū)，電纜溝基槽土方壓實系數(shù)應(yīng)達到施工圖紙的要求。（ 5）土方開挖時應(yīng)盡量避開雨季。如開挖過程中遇到雨天，應(yīng)及時采取臨時排水措施，嚴(yán)禁雨水長時間浸泡溝槽地基，防治溝壁坍塌。（ 6）在土方開挖過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不良地質(zhì)情況，應(yīng)及時通知監(jiān)理和設(shè)計單位，并按設(shè)計單

44、位提出的方案及時進行地基處理。5.2.3 地基驗槽（ 1）基槽土方開挖后，應(yīng)及時聯(lián)系監(jiān)理單位和設(shè)計單位進行地基驗槽，并做好相應(yīng)的地基驗槽記錄。（ 2） 驗槽過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)基槽持力層不滿足設(shè)計要求時，應(yīng)按設(shè)計單位提出的方案進行地基處理。經(jīng)驗收合格后方可進入下道工序的施工。5.2.4 墊層混凝土澆筑及養(yǎng)護（ 1 ）首先測量定位放線，確定電纜溝底墊層模板邊線及坡度線，然后澆筑C10 混凝土墊層，墊層應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求進行放坡。（ 2）混凝土墊層模板可采用土模（或磚模等），如采用木模板，混凝土終凝后應(yīng)及時拆除。模板拆除時，混凝土強度應(yīng)保證墊層表面及棱角不受損傷為原則。（ 3） 墊層混凝土應(yīng)按設(shè)計和規(guī)范的要求

54、蔽工程質(zhì)量檢查驗收（ 1）底板鋼筋工程完工后，應(yīng)及時通知監(jiān)理單位進行隱蔽工程質(zhì)量檢查驗收，驗收合格后方可進入下道工序。（ 2）隱蔽驗收內(nèi)容包括：1 ）縱向受力鋼筋的品種、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、位置等。2）鋼筋的連接方式、接頭位置、接頭數(shù)量、接頭面積百分率等。3）箍筋、橫向鋼筋的品種、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、間距等。4）預(yù)埋件的規(guī)格、數(shù)量、位置等。5.2.7 底板混凝土澆筑及養(yǎng)護（ 1 ）底板混凝土澆筑。1） ）隱蔽工程質(zhì)量檢查驗收合格后，即可進行電纜溝底板混凝土澆制。2） 混凝土應(yīng)按JGJ 55普通混凝土配合比設(shè)計規(guī)程的有關(guān)規(guī)定進行配合比設(shè)計，其混凝土坍落度應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)要求。3） 首次使用的混凝土配合比應(yīng)進行開盤鑒定

55、，其工作性質(zhì)應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計配合比的要求。開始生產(chǎn)時應(yīng)至少留置一組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護試件，作為驗證配合比的依據(jù)。4） 混凝土拌制前，應(yīng)測定砂、石含水率并根據(jù)測試結(jié)果調(diào)整材料用量，提出施工配合比。當(dāng)遇雨或含水率有顯著變化時，應(yīng)增加含水率檢測次數(shù)，并及時調(diào)整水和骨料的用量。5） 混凝土運輸、澆筑及間歇的全部時間，不應(yīng)超過混凝土的初凝時間。同一施工段的混凝土應(yīng)連續(xù)澆筑，并應(yīng)在底層混凝土初凝之前將上一層混凝土澆筑完畢。6）混凝土澆制過程中，應(yīng)在監(jiān)理監(jiān)督下見證取樣，按規(guī)范要求制作混凝土試塊。7）混凝土可以采用振動棒和平板振動器進行震動，混凝土終凝后原漿收光壓實。8）當(dāng)不同底部標(biāo)高的電纜溝相接時，溝底部可做成砍坡式，確保
