24、（ 1）電纜溝地基驗(yàn)槽合格后，完成底板混凝土澆筑，采用定制模板，安裝固定支撐，設(shè)置角鋼剪刀撐支護(hù)，保證模板體系的穩(wěn)定性。（ 2）采用18mm 長(zhǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定制模板，輔以600mm 長(zhǎng)的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板配合使用，模板設(shè)置水平和垂直加強(qiáng)筋板，同時(shí)設(shè)置固定剪刀撐、電纜支架的螺旋栓孔，便于穿心螺桿有效固定外壁模板。（ 3）先安裝溝壁內(nèi)側(cè)模板，模板接縫采用螺栓連接，固定角鋼式剪刀撐和水平撐，并按照設(shè)計(jì)要求放坡。（ 4）穿入對(duì)拉螺桿，確定溝壁厚度，采用經(jīng)緯儀調(diào)整固定溝壁外側(cè)模板（固定用于焊接接地扁鐵的預(yù)埋件）（ 5）混凝土澆筑過(guò)程中，按照設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)置沉降縫，沉降縫采用可伸縮材料填充。無(wú)壓頂時(shí)，混凝土直接澆至溝壁頂面

33、6-5-1 。5.2 操作要點(diǎn)5.2.1 施工準(zhǔn)備5.2.1.1 方案策劃及編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)( 1 ) 方案策劃：施工前，應(yīng)根據(jù)施工圖對(duì)全站電纜溝進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一總體策劃，如合理設(shè)置排水坡度，保證電纜溝排水通暢；合理設(shè)置過(guò)濾水槽，保證場(chǎng)地排水通暢；合理拼裝模板、合理設(shè)置過(guò)梁，消除異型蓋板、減少非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板等。(2)編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)：組織編制施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，并按規(guī)定程序進(jìn)行審批。5.2.1.2 圖紙會(huì)檢及技術(shù)交底( 1 )施工圖紙會(huì)檢：開(kāi)工前，必須進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)交底及施工圖紙會(huì)檢，并應(yīng)有書(shū)面的施工 圖紙會(huì)檢紀(jì)要。(2)技術(shù)交底：開(kāi)工前，必須進(jìn)行施工技術(shù)交底。技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容充實(shí)，具有針對(duì)性和指導(dǎo)性。全體施工人員

34、應(yīng)參加交底會(huì)，掌握交底內(nèi)容，簽字后形成書(shū)面交底記錄。5.2.1.3 材料、工器具及設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備(1)鋼筋進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，應(yīng)按 GB1499鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋等的規(guī)定，抽取試件做 力學(xué)性能檢驗(yàn)，其質(zhì)量必須符合有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。(2)水泥進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)其品種、級(jí)別、包裝或散裝倉(cāng)號(hào)、出廠日期等進(jìn)行檢查，并應(yīng)對(duì)其強(qiáng)度、安定性及其他必要的性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)，其質(zhì)量必須符合GB175硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥等的規(guī)定。當(dāng)在使用中對(duì)水泥質(zhì)量有疑問(wèn)或水泥出場(chǎng)超過(guò)3 個(gè)月 (快硬硅酸鹽水泥超過(guò)1 個(gè)月)時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)，并按復(fù)驗(yàn)結(jié)果使用。(3)混凝土中摻用外加劑的質(zhì)量及應(yīng)用技術(shù)，應(yīng)符合GB8076混凝土外加劑、GB50119

43、主，人工開(kāi)挖為輔”的方式進(jìn)行開(kāi)挖。（ 2）根據(jù)施工圖紙，先進(jìn)行平面定位，然后采用挖掘機(jī)進(jìn)行土方開(kāi)挖，溝槽開(kāi)挖時(shí)應(yīng)為后續(xù)工作保留足夠的施工工作面。（ 3）機(jī)械開(kāi)挖土方時(shí)，基底土方宜保留100mm 厚左右，采用人工開(kāi)挖和修坡，盡量避免機(jī)械攪動(dòng)原土層。電纜溝應(yīng)根據(jù)不同土質(zhì)及電纜溝深度進(jìn)行放坡。（ 4）溝槽土方開(kāi)挖后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清除基底浮土和多余土方。在回填區(qū)，電纜溝基槽土方壓實(shí)系數(shù)應(yīng)達(dá)到施工圖紙的要求。（ 5）土方開(kāi)挖時(shí)應(yīng)盡量避開(kāi)雨季。如開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中遇到雨天，應(yīng)及時(shí)采取臨時(shí)排水措施，嚴(yán)禁雨水長(zhǎng)時(shí)間浸泡溝槽地基，防治溝壁坍塌。（ 6）在土方開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不良地質(zhì)情況，應(yīng)及時(shí)通知監(jiān)理和設(shè)計(jì)單位，并按設(shè)計(jì)單
