1、伊拉克魯邁拉項(xiàng)目750修井機(jī)BOP系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)大綱甲方:大慶油田公司井下作業(yè)分公司 乙方:河北華北石油榮盛機(jī)械制造有限公司防噴器組試驗(yàn)一、 試驗(yàn)?zāi)康膶?duì)大慶油田井下分公司所訂購(gòu)的防噴器組及配套設(shè)備進(jìn)行功能試驗(yàn)。另外,按照需方的要求進(jìn)行其它項(xiàng)目的試驗(yàn)。二、 聯(lián)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備防噴器組;鉆井四通;防噴器控制裝置;高壓耐火軟管;節(jié)流、壓井管匯;試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和要求1、閘板防噴器液壓開關(guān)動(dòng)作操作,應(yīng)無卡阻,到位準(zhǔn)確;2、閘板防噴器的四處密封試驗(yàn);(閘板前部與管子的密封、閘板頂部與殼體的密封、側(cè)門與殼體的密封、側(cè)門腔與活塞桿間的密封)3、FH28-35環(huán)形防噴器密封用3 1/2鉆桿,進(jìn)行35Mpa液壓密封試驗(yàn);4、2

2、FZ 28-35雙閘板防噴器上腔裝3 1/2閘板總成,進(jìn)行35Mpa液壓密封試驗(yàn);5、2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器下腔裝全封閘板;進(jìn)行35Mpa液壓密封試驗(yàn);三、試驗(yàn)前準(zhǔn)備工作1、聯(lián)接F 28-35 防噴器組,安裝順序從上向下依次為: FH35-35環(huán)形防噴器、2FZ 35-35 雙閘板防噴器、FS 35-35鉆井四通和試壓底座;2、把防噴器組用地矛固定;3、地面控置裝置通過高壓耐火軟管與F28-35防噴器組相連接;4、FS28-35鉆井四通與手動(dòng)閥門、液動(dòng)閥門、內(nèi)控管線、節(jié)流、壓井管匯連接;5、節(jié)流管匯低壓區(qū)的法蘭口用手動(dòng)閘板閥安裝好;6、把地面控置裝置油箱的液壓油加到額定容量;同時(shí)把液壓泵

3、電機(jī)的電源、氣動(dòng)泵的氣源連接好;8、試壓泵加滿清水并把高壓管線與試壓底法蘭進(jìn)液口進(jìn)行連接;9、防噴器及節(jié)流、壓井管匯內(nèi)加滿清水,10、把地面控置裝置的儲(chǔ)能器壓力升至21Mpa。 四、試驗(yàn)程序(一) FH28-35環(huán)形防噴器試驗(yàn)1、下入3 1/2"鉆桿;2、用液控壓力10.5Mpa,關(guān)閉FH28-35環(huán)形防噴器,記錄該壓力值;3、井壓從0升至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓15min,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間;4、密封情況:目測(cè)油路、油缸無滲漏,密封部位無滲漏為合格。5、泄井壓為零;6、打開FH28-35環(huán)形防噴器;(二) 2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器上腔半封閘板試驗(yàn)1、下入-3 1/2"鉆

4、桿;2、用液控壓力10.5Mpa,關(guān)閉2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器上腔的3 1/2"閘板,記錄該壓力值;3、打井壓至1.42.1Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,壓力降允許試驗(yàn)壓力值的5%,升井壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,壓力降允許試驗(yàn)壓力值的5%,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間;4、密封情況:目測(cè)各密封處無滲漏為合格;5、泄井壓為零;6、打開2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器上腔3 1/2"閘板;7、取出3 1/2"鉆桿。(三)2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器下腔全封閘板試驗(yàn)1、用液控壓力10.5Mpa,關(guān)閉2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器下腔全封閘板,記錄該壓力值;2、 打井壓至1.4

5、2.1,穩(wěn)壓10min,壓力降允許試驗(yàn)壓力值的5%,升井壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,壓力降允許試驗(yàn)壓力值的5%,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間;3、密封情況:目測(cè)各密封處無滲漏為合格;4、泄井壓為零;5、打開2FZ28-35雙閘板防噴器下腔全封閘板;五、試驗(yàn)完畢后1、泄掉各部壓力,排空防噴器內(nèi)清水及控制回路的液壓油,放空儲(chǔ)能器的壓力。2、將環(huán)形防噴器、雙閘板防噴器、鉆井四通上面的水用空氣吹掃干凈,注意保護(hù)密封槽。FKQ640-6G防噴器地面控制裝置調(diào)試一、 試驗(yàn)?zāi)康膶?duì)大慶油田井下作業(yè)分公司所訂購(gòu)的防噴器地面控制裝置及配套設(shè)備進(jìn)行功能試驗(yàn)。另外,按照需方的要求進(jìn)行其它項(xiàng)目的試驗(yàn)。二、 聯(lián)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備

6、防噴器控制裝置;防噴器組;鉆井四通;高壓耐火軟管。三、 試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和要求1、遠(yuǎn)程臺(tái)三位四通液轉(zhuǎn)閥開、中、關(guān)動(dòng)作操作,應(yīng)無卡阻,到位準(zhǔn)確;2、儲(chǔ)能器組充壓時(shí)間試驗(yàn);3、電動(dòng)泵、氣動(dòng)泵自動(dòng)啟停試驗(yàn);4、溢流閥超壓保護(hù)試驗(yàn):5、司鉆臺(tái)與遠(yuǎn)程臺(tái)開關(guān)動(dòng)作一致性試驗(yàn);6、關(guān)閉時(shí)間試驗(yàn);四、試驗(yàn)前準(zhǔn)備工作1、遠(yuǎn)程控制臺(tái)儲(chǔ)能器充氣壓力7±0.7MPa,氣源壓力0.650.8 MPa,電源電壓380±19V。2、將遠(yuǎn)程控制臺(tái)、司鉆臺(tái)、防噴器組、液壓管線安裝好。五、調(diào)試程序1、儲(chǔ)能器組充壓時(shí)間試驗(yàn):遠(yuǎn)程控制臺(tái)泄壓到7 MPa,各三位四通液轉(zhuǎn)閥處于“中位”的情況下,啟動(dòng)泵組給儲(chǔ)能器組充壓,記錄從充

7、壓開始至壓力升高到21 MPa的時(shí)間,充壓時(shí)間應(yīng)小于15 min。2、電動(dòng)泵、氣動(dòng)泵自動(dòng)啟停試驗(yàn):主令開關(guān)在“自動(dòng)”位置,在油壓降至接近19MPa時(shí)自動(dòng)接通電路,油壓升至21MPa時(shí)自動(dòng)切斷電路。關(guān)閉氣泵旁通閥,接氣源0.53 MPa0.8 MPa,使氣泵在17.9MPa時(shí)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng),油壓升至21MPa時(shí)自動(dòng)停止,自動(dòng)啟停三次,啟??煽?、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常。3、溢流閥超壓保護(hù)試驗(yàn):在主令開關(guān)放在手動(dòng)位置、切斷液氣開關(guān)的情況下,啟動(dòng)泵組逐漸升壓,觀察益流閥開始產(chǎn)生溢流的壓力,并且觀察隨著系統(tǒng)壓力降低,導(dǎo)致溢流閥關(guān)閉的壓力。其調(diào)定壓力不大于23.1MPa,其關(guān)閉壓力不得低于18.9MPa。4、司鉆臺(tái)與遠(yuǎn)程臺(tái)開

8、關(guān)動(dòng)作一致性試驗(yàn):操作司鉆控制臺(tái)上各操作閥,觀察遠(yuǎn)程控制臺(tái)上相應(yīng)的三位四通轉(zhuǎn)閥的開關(guān)動(dòng)作是否一致。5、關(guān)閉時(shí)間試驗(yàn):在調(diào)壓閥出口壓力為10.5 MPa條件下,操作司鉆控制臺(tái)上的各操作閥,記錄關(guān)閉閘板防噴器、環(huán)形防噴器、液動(dòng)閥的時(shí)間。地面防噴器控制裝置應(yīng)能在30s內(nèi)關(guān)閉任一個(gè)閘板防噴器。標(biāo)稱通徑小于476mm的環(huán)形防噴器,關(guān)閉時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過30s。標(biāo)稱通徑等于或大于476mm的環(huán)形防噴器,關(guān)閉時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過45s。關(guān)閉或打開液動(dòng)閥的時(shí)間,應(yīng)小于防噴器組任一閘板防噴器的實(shí)際關(guān)閉時(shí)間。節(jié)流管匯和壓井管匯連調(diào)試驗(yàn)一、試驗(yàn)?zāi)康膶?duì)YG35、JGY35壓井、節(jié)流管匯進(jìn)行聯(lián)組,并進(jìn)行功能試驗(yàn)。二、試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和要求Y

9、G35、JGY35壓井、節(jié)流管匯試驗(yàn)液動(dòng)節(jié)流閥動(dòng)作操作,應(yīng)無卡阻,到位準(zhǔn)確;1、節(jié)流管匯控制箱試驗(yàn);2、 壓井管匯和節(jié)流管匯的密封試驗(yàn)。三、試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備工作1、按YG35、JGY35壓井、節(jié)流管匯示意圖,分別將壓井、節(jié)流管匯安裝到防噴器鉆井四通兩側(cè),將節(jié)流管匯外出口端用平行閘板閥關(guān)閉(沒有閥的可用盲板法蘭封死)。2、節(jié)流、壓井管匯內(nèi)加滿水。四、試驗(yàn)程序1、節(jié)流管匯出口端3只閥門關(guān)閉,其余閥門全部開啟;壓井管匯閥門關(guān)閉,井壓至,穩(wěn)壓10min,升壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間及密封情況。2、節(jié)流管匯出口四通后1只閥門和節(jié)流閥前2只閥門關(guān)閉,其余閥門全部開啟;壓井管匯閥門

10、關(guān)閉,井壓至,穩(wěn)壓10min,升壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間及密封情況。3、節(jié)流管匯節(jié)流閥后2只閥門和五通出口前1只閥門關(guān)閉,其余閥門全部開啟;壓井管匯閥門關(guān)閉,井壓至,穩(wěn)壓10min,升壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間及密封情況。4、節(jié)流管匯五通出口前三只閥門關(guān)閉,其余閥門全部開啟;壓井管匯單流閥前閥門開啟,其余閥門全部關(guān)閉,井壓至,穩(wěn)壓10min,升壓至35Mpa,穩(wěn)壓10min,記錄各段壓力值、穩(wěn)壓時(shí)間及密封情況。5、鉆井四通旁的液動(dòng)平板閥與防噴器控制系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)試驗(yàn):在液缸操作壓力不超過10.5Mpa的情況下,保證閥門的正常開啟與關(guān)閉。全

And, do other items test according to Part As requirements.二、Equipments for testBOP stack, drilling spool, BOP control unit, high-pressure fire hoses; choke and kill manifoldTest item and its requirements1、The hydraulic open and close operation of ram BOP should be smooth an

13、d accurate.2、Four position seal test of ram BOP(seal between the front of ram assembly and pipe, seal between the top of ram assembly and the body, seal between the bonnet and the body, seal between the bonnet cavity and piston rod)3、Hydraulic seal test of 11”-5000psi Annular BOP uses 3 1/2” drill p

14、ipe with pressure of 5000psi. 4、3 1/2” ram assembly is installed into the top cavity of 11”-5000psi Double Ram BOP. Do hydraulic seal test with pressure of 5000psi.5、Blind ram assembly is installed into the bottom cavity of 11”-5000psi Double Ram BOP. Do hydraulic seal test with pressure of 5000psi.

15、三、Preparation before test1、Install 11”-5000psi BOP stack. The order (from top to bottom) is 11”-5000psi annular BOP, 11”-5000psi double ram BOP, 11”-5000 spool and test base.2、Fix the BOP stack with spear.3、Connect the BOP control unit with 11”-5000psi BOP stack by high-pressure fire hoses.4、Connect

16、 11”-5000psi spool with manual valve, hydraulic valve, inner control pipe, choke and kill manifold.5、Flange of kill manifold should be installed by manual gate valve.6、Add hydraulic oil in the oil box of BOP control unit to the rated volume. Connect the power of the hydraulic pump motor, gas source

17、of the air pneumatic pump.8、Fulfill water into the testing pump. Connect the high pressure pipe with inlet of testing bottom flange. 9、Fulfill water into BOP, choke and kill manifold.10、Increase pressure of BOP control unit pressure accumulator to 3000psi.四、Test procedureTest of 11”-5000psi Annular

18、BOP1、Install 3 1/2" drill pipe.2、Close 11”-5000psi annular BOP with 10.5MPa hydraulic pressure. And record the pressure data. 3、Increase the well pressure from 0 to 5000psi and maintain for 15min. Record the pressure and time of each period.4、Seal condition: Observe no leakage from oil pipe and

19、 oil cylinder. There is no leakage on sealing parts.5、Drain the well pressure to 0.6、Open 11”-5000psi annular BOP.Half seal pipe ram assembly test in top cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP1、Install 3 1/2" drill pipe.2、Close 3 1/2” ram assembly in top cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP with

20、10.5MPa hydraulic pressure. And record the pressure data. 3、Increase the well pressure to 200 300psi and maintain for 10min. Pressure drop is allows 5% of test pressure data. Increase the well pressure to 5000psi and maintain for 10min. Pressure drop is allows 5% of test pressure data. Record the pr

21、essure and time of each period.4、Seal condition: Observe no leakage on seal positions.5、Drain the well pressure to 0.6、Open 3 1/2” ram assembly in the top cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP.7、Take off 3 1/2" drill pipe.(三)Blind ram assembly test in top cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP1、Cl

22、ose blind ram assembly in bottom cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP with 10.5MPa hydraulic pressure. And record the pressure data.2、 Increase the well pressure to 200 300psi and maintain for 10min. Pressure drop is allows 5% of test pressure data. Increase the well pressure to 5000psi and maintain

23、 for 10min. Pressure drop is allows 5% of test pressure data. Record the pressure and time of each period.3、Seal condition: Observe no leakage on seal positions.4、Drain the well pressure to 0.5、Open blind ram assembly in the bottom cavity of 11”-5000psi double ram BOP.五、After test1、Drain each part p

24、ressure. Drain off water in the BOP and hydraulic oil in control circuit. Relieve all pressure of the accumulator. 2、Clean the water on the annular BOP, double ram BOP and spool by air. Also contain other test according the request of buyer.五、 Test equipmentBOP Control system;BOP stacks;Drilling spool;High-pressure refractory hose六、 Test item and Requirementa) The switch of 3-position 4-way valve should be flexible a

26、nd reliable;b) Test of Time for oil pressure rising to 21MPa for Accumulator group;c) Start and Stop Test of Oil Pump and Air Pump;d) Overpressure protect test of Relief valve:e) Test of control systems on-off action same with Drillings panels operation;f) Close time test;七、 Prepare job for testa) A

27、ccumulator charge pressure is 7±0.7MPa,Air pressure is 0.650.8 MPa, voltage is 380±19V。b) Fix BOP control system,Drills panel,BOP stacks and hydraulic line八、 Program of testa) Test of Time for oil pressure rising to 21MPa for Accumulator group:Pressure relief of the system, make sure that

28、nitrogen pressure is 7MPa±0.7MPa, close the relief valve, 3-position 4-way valve is at “middle” position, and make oil pressure rising from 7MPa to 21MPa. Start electric pump and air pump, time for pressure rising of the accumulators is less than 15 minutes.b) Start and Stop Test of Oil Pump an

29、d Air Pump:When the command switch is at the ”automatic” position, adjust system pressure control, starts automatically when oil pressure is 190+0.5MPa and stops automatically when oil pressure is rising to 210-0.5MPa. Turn off the bypass-valve of air pump, connect air source (0.53-0.8)MPa. The air

30、pump shall start automatically prior to the pressure decreasing below 17.90+0.5MPa and shall stop automatically when oil pressure is rising to 210-1MPa, Stops and starts automatically thrice.c) Overpressure protect test of Relief valve:When the command switch is at the ”manual” position and shut off

31、 the air for Hydro-pneumatic pressure switch, start pump unit, when pressure raise, observe the pressure of Relief valve overflow, and when pressure decrease, observe the pressure of Relief valve shut. The overflow pressure no more than 23.1MPa, and the shut pressure no less than 18.9MPa。d) Test of

32、control systems on-off action same with Drillings panels operation:Operate all valve of Drillings panel; observe the corresponding 3-position 4-way valve of BOP control system whether or not same with the operation.e) Close time test:when the Air/manual operate regulating valves out port pressure at

33、 10.5MPa, operate all valve of Drillings panel, note the time of shut ram preventer, annular blowout preventer, hydraulic valve separately.The BOP control system should close every preventer in 30s.When the Annular blowout preventer drift diameter less than 476mm, the time of closing should no more

34、than 30s. When the Annular blowout preventer drift diameter less than 476mm the time of closing should no more than 45s.The time of close or open hydraulic valve should less than the actual time of closing each ram preventer.Connection test of Choke Manifold & Kill Manifold1. Purpose of testConn

35、ect the YG35, JGY35 Choke & Kill manifold, and conduct the function test.2. Description and requirements of the testConduct the operation test of the hydraulic choke valve of YG35, JGY35 Choke & Kill manifold, there should be no encumbrance, and shall be in place;2.1 Test of control panel of

36、 the Choke manifold;2.2 Sealing test of Choke manifold & Kill manifold.3. Preparation for the test3.1 According to the schematic drawing of YG35, JGY35 Choke & Kill Manifold, respectively install the kill, choke manifolds on two sides of the drilling spool of BOP, and shut off the exit of th

37、e choke manifold using the slab gate valve (if there is no valve, blind it off with a blind flange).3.2 Fill the Choke & kill manifold with water.4. Test procedure4.1 Close 3 pieces of valve on the exit of the choke manifold, open the rest valves; close the valves of the kill manifold, increase

38、the pressure to 1.4-2.1Mpa, hold the pressure for 10min, increase the pressure to 35Mpa, hold the pressure for 10min, and record each pressure value, holding time and sealing condition.4.2 Close 1 piece of valve behind the exit cross of the choke manifold and the 2 pieces of valve in front of the choke
