1、1.1 海堤施工方案 Revetment Construction Proposal1.1.1 主要施工內(nèi)容 Main Construction Works海堤施工主要包括西側(cè)海堤,長約 285m;東側(cè)海堤,長約129.4m;南側(cè) 海堤,長約519m。其斷面結(jié)構(gòu)形式均為300KG以內(nèi)開山石作為堤心料,內(nèi)側(cè) 采取二片石、倒濾層、土工布的護坡形式,外側(cè)采取碎石墊層、護面塊石的 護 坡形式。根據(jù)海堤結(jié)構(gòu)形式,結(jié)合其底高程的變化,西側(cè)、東側(cè)堤心石施工 考 慮全部陸上拋填;南側(cè)堤心石施工考慮陸上和水上拋石相結(jié)合施工的方法。海堤施工計劃14個月完成,平均每月 施工強度約18500方。There are t

All of these revetments are constructed with quarry stone core less than 300kg serving as revetment core materials, and the inner slope protection isconstructedwith In

3、termediate stone, mixed filter layer and geo-textile, while the outer slope protection is constructed with stone cushion layer and armor stone. In consideration of therevetment structure and bottom elevation ranges,the backfilling of quarry stonecoreof the west& eastrevetmentis to be performed in th

4、e manner of onshore construction, while the backfilling of quarry stone core to the south revetment is to be executed via the combination of onshore construction and offshore construction. The revetment is proposed to be completed in 14 monthswith monthly construction strength of 18,500m3.1.1.2 施工順序

6、on Trench Excavation 海堤的基礎(chǔ)表層為淤泥質(zhì)粘土,需要進行基槽開挖。陸上部分采用反鏟開挖,自卸車運至拋泥區(qū)。水上部分考慮與疏浚工程相結(jié)合,采用抓斗式挖泥船進行基槽開挖,1000方 泥 駁運輸至附近業(yè)主指定的海域進行卸駁。The foundation surface of revetment to be excavatedis silty clay. 7、al area by dumpers; offshoreexcavationis to be carried out by grab dredger, 1000m3 hopper barge will be used to transport excavatedmaterials to designatedsea disposalarea.B 堤 心石填筑Filling Quarry Stone Core堤心石填筑考慮陸上拋石和水上拋石相結(jié)合施工的方法。陸上拋石是石料直接運輸至拋填地點進行拋填,水上拋石是石料運輸至臨時碼頭后裝駁,方駁運到施工現(xiàn)場,方駁上反鏟進行拋石。東側(cè)、西側(cè)海堤采取陸上推進

8、施工從堤根開始,堤心石填筑直接填筑,海堤施工時每隔50m 處設(shè)置會車平臺。南側(cè)海堤堤心石拋填分兩步施工。第一步粗拋,方駁上反鏟拋填,考慮長臂反鏟上方駁理坡;第二步由陸上推進,自卸車填筑,推土機碾壓,反鏟或長臂反鏟修坡(結(jié)合反鏟作業(yè)半徑,海堤底高程為0m 以上 施工段考慮普通反鏟修坡,0m 以下施工段考慮長臂反鏟修坡,并潛水組配合修坡)。Back-filling of quarrystonecore is to be completed via rip-rap onshore& offshore. For the rip-rap onshore, stone materials are dump

9、ed aftebr eing transported to the site. For the rip-rap offshore, stone materials are shifted to the temporary jetty firstly, then transported to the site by flat barge, and lastly dumped to the site by backhoe on the barge. During the construction of east & west revetment, commence the construction

10、 from the revetmenttoe andfrom the onshore,back-fill corestoneandarrangea vehicle meeting platform every other 50m. The construction of south revetment is to be completed in two steps. In the first step, dump stone roughly by backhoe + flat barge; in thesecondstep, perform construction from onshore,

11、filling with dumper, compacting with bulldozer, trimming the slope with backhoe or long-arm backhoe. Taking intoaccountof the backhoe operation radius, for the construction of trimming slope, use normal backhoe for the revetment with bottom elevation above 0m, and use long arm backhoefor the revetme

12、ntwith bottom elevation under0m with the help of diver team.Fig 4.9 Dumping Stone with Backhoe + Flat BargeFig 4.10 Picture of Filling Quarry Stone CoreC.內(nèi)側(cè)護坡施工 InnerSlope Protection考慮內(nèi)側(cè)護坡需在廠區(qū)回填前完成,因此每段海堤堤心施工完成之后,需 要先完成內(nèi)側(cè)的護坡作業(yè),計劃采用水陸相結(jié)合的施工工藝,自卸車運輸石 料 至海堤堤頂,反鏟進行拋填并理坡,反鏟作業(yè)范圍外的區(qū)域,考慮采用 50T履 帶吊上方駁,水上吊拋網(wǎng)兜

15、ifting and Dumping of StoneD. 土工布鋪設(shè) Laying of Geotextile土工布運至現(xiàn)場就位,聽從指揮由陸上往水下攤鋪,施工盡量選在低潮時 進行,水下施工時派潛水員水下配合。土工布要求緊貼混合倒濾層,并留有 一 定的余量,以平衡土工布收縮和倒濾層基面凹凸不平產(chǎn)生的誤差。土工布鋪設(shè)完畢后,應(yīng)及時進行其上部袋裝碎石壓坡施工,以防被水流和波浪沖開,同 時 避免受太陽紫外線照射,使其老化變脆,強度降低,影響土工布鋪設(shè)質(zhì)量。After geo-textile being mobilized to the designatedsite,lay thegeo-texti

16、lefrom onshore to offshore. The placement of geo-textile shall be performed during low tide as much as possible and theunderwater laying shall be done with the help of divers. The geotextiles shall be laid closely to the mixed filter layer with certain space, so as to minimize the deviation causedby

17、 the shrinkage of geo-textile and the uneven surface of mixed filter layer. Upon the completion of placing geo-textile, bagged crush stone on the geo-textile shall be laid timely, in case that the geo-textile is washed away by water flow and waves. Meanwhile, the already-laid geo-textile shall be pr

18、otected from the suns ultraviolet rays, since that the exposure under sunshine may cause the geotextile aging, brittle and strengthreducing, and further affect thegeo-textiles quality.E 海 堤護腳施工Toe Protection of Revetment海堤護腳施工待內(nèi)側(cè)護坡施工完成后開始,反鏟裝網(wǎng)兜,25T 汽車吊吊網(wǎng)兜裝車,自卸車運輸至海堤堤頂,50T 履 帶吊進行吊拋。After the inner sl

19、ope protection is completed, commencethe construction of revetment toe protection via the mannerfrom onshore.Putstonesinto steelwire bagsby backhoe, lift them with 25T truck crane and transport to site by dumper and then dump them by 50T crawler crane.F 外 側(cè)護坡施工Outer SlopeProtection外側(cè)護坡施工考慮在護腳塊石完成后開始,采用反鏟直接拋填和履帶吊吊拋相結(jié)合的工藝進行。反鏟作業(yè)部分,3m3裝載機裝塊石,自卸車運輸至施工場
