1、工業(yè)工程專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)方案UndergraduateEducationProgramofIndustrialEngineering一、修業(yè)年限及授予學(xué)位名稱四年;工學(xué)/管理學(xué)學(xué)士I、LengthofSchoolingandDegreeFourYears;BachelorofEngineering/Management.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生掌握扎實(shí)的工程技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),掌握現(xiàn)代管理與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論和方法。培養(yǎng)能熟練應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程知識(shí),在制造領(lǐng)域、管理科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)部門和管理部門從事技術(shù)管理以及生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、評(píng)價(jià)和創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)既懂技術(shù)又擅長管理的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才。n>Edu

12、握基本儀器儀表的使用。管理信息系統(tǒng)課程設(shè)計(jì):綜合運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的理論知識(shí),設(shè)計(jì)小型數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)。金工實(shí)習(xí):了解熱、冷加工及裝配的過程,初步掌握機(jī)械設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本的工藝操作技能。生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí):包括機(jī)制實(shí)習(xí)和IE實(shí)習(xí)兩部分,了解工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的加工工藝過程、定位夾緊過程,了解典型設(shè)備的工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu),了解生產(chǎn)組織情況、企業(yè)管理情況以及設(shè)施布置情況,能熟練地進(jìn)行車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)診斷,進(jìn)行程序分析、動(dòng)作分析和作業(yè)測(cè)定,提出提高生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的一系列措施和策略。機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)課程設(shè)計(jì):完成機(jī)械部件、機(jī)構(gòu)分析與綜合設(shè)計(jì),培養(yǎng)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算、繪圖、查閱技術(shù)資料、手冊(cè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的能力與技能。機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計(jì):掌握工藝規(guī)

13、程及夾具設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論、方法和步驟,完成典型零件的工藝設(shè)計(jì)、夾具設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)施規(guī)劃與物流系統(tǒng)課程設(shè)計(jì):通過對(duì)某一產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)加工過程為例,進(jìn)行物流分析、非物流分析和綜合相關(guān)分析,對(duì)生產(chǎn)工廠進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),完成工廠總平面布置設(shè)計(jì)并各方案進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。綜合課程設(shè)計(jì):綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和專業(yè)知識(shí),選定一個(gè)典型零件的加工制造工藝過程,完成生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì),編排生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與作業(yè)計(jì)劃,進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理與控制,進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)與成本核算等,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與選擇。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì):以實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)分析、改進(jìn)企業(yè)流程再造、管理信息系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目管理、戰(zhàn)略管理、人力資源管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、質(zhì)量管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、管理技術(shù)研
