Overalldesignspecificationforwildanimalfarms
1Scope
Thisstandardspecifiesthesiteselection,farmarealayout,husbandry,supportingfacilitiesandequipment,organizationsstructuresandpersonnel,anddocumentrequirementsofwildanimalfarms.
Thisstandardisapplicabletotheoveralldesignofnewly-builtwildanimalfarms,anditcanalsobeusedasareferenceforrebuiltandexpandedwildanimalfarms.

Therareandendangeredterrestrialwildanimalsandterrestrialwildanimalsthatarebeneficialorhaveimportanteconomicorscientificresearchvalue,aswellasanimalsthatnon-domesticatedanddomesticatedbyhumanbuthavenotchangedtheirbasicbiologicalcharacteristicsandbiologicalhabitsinfarmingenvironments.
3.2Wildliferanches
Aproductionandoperationorganizationthattargetsasinglespeciesorasingletaxonofwildanimalsandprovidesoriginofspecies,productsorservicesrelatedtowildanimalsthroughfarming&breedingandoperation&utilizationthereof.

Anenclosedhusbandrymanagementareathatismadeofcageandhouseorshedandyardforfarmingwildanimals.
3.5Animalhouse
Thecollectivetermforcagesandhouses,placeswherewildanimalslive.Thecagesareenclosedintoppartandgenerallyformedbyweavingbambooskins,woodenstrips,metalwiresorweldingsteelbars.Thecagesareclassifiedintotwoforms,indoorsandoutdoors.Housesaregenerallyofawoodenboxstructureorabuilthouseorbarn.
3.6Enclosure
Thecollectivetermforshedsandyards,placeswherewildanimalslive.Theshedsareopen-toppartandgenerallyrefertotheareaencircledbyenclosingwalls,moat,meshmaterialsorfence;yardsgenerallyrefertothebuilthouseorbarnandareclassifiedintotwoforms,indoorsandoutdoors.Thefree-rangefield(area)isaspecialkindofshedsandyards.
3.7Spaceenclosurefacilities
Theenclosures,includingenclosingwalls,fence,meshmaterialsandmoat,etc.,usedasbarrierandshieldonallsidesoffarm(park)areas,animalhusbandryareas,animalexercisefields(areas),cagesandhouses,shedsandyards,etc.
3.8Enclosingwall
Theseamlessspaceenclosurefacilitymadeofbuiltwalls,glass,metalplates,woodboards,etc.Itisgenerallyclassifiedintobrick-concrete-structuredenclosingwall,stone-concrete-structuredenclosingwall,colored-steel-platepartitionwall,block-structuredenclosingwall,concretewallboardenclosingwall,glassenclosingwallandsoon.
3.9Fence
Theconstraintfacilitywithwidegap,alsocalledrailingsandguardrails,whichismadeofironrods,woodenstrips,PVC,ropes,etc.Itisgenerallyclassifiedintoironfences,stonefences,PVCfences,woodenfences,cementfences,plasticsteelfences,stainlesssteelfences,ropefences,etc.
3.10Meshmaterials
Themesh-likespaceenclosurefacilitymadeofmetalmeshmaterialssuchaschainlinkmesh,weldedwiremesh,crimpedwiremesh,andpunchingholemesh,etc.
3.11Moat
Theconstraintenclosurefacilitymadeofbuiltmoats.ThemoatisgenerallyL-shaped.Themoatwallonthesideoftheanimaliscalledinnerwall,andthemoatwallontheothersideiscalledtheouterwall.Theouterwallwithverticalsides,theinnerwallwithagraduallyslopedramp.
3.12Environmentalenrichment
Thevariousmeasuresandmethodstoimproveanimalwelfare,i.e.toprovidemoreopportunitiesforanimalstoshownaturalbehaviors,toincreasetheirexercise,to
stimulatetheirspiritsandtostrengthentheiradaptabilityandcontrolcapacitiestotheenvironmentbyconstructingandimprovingtheenvironmentofcagesandhouses,shedsandyardsforfarminganimals.
3.13Excrementnon-hazardoustreatment
Processofkillingpathogenicbacteria,parasitesandweedseeds,etc.,inlivestockandpoultryexcrementbyhightemperature,biologicalfermentationoranaerobictechnology,etc.
3.14Biosafetydisposal
Disposalofdiseasedordeadanimalcarcassesanddiseasedordeadanimalproductsorappendagesbyincineration,rendering,burialorotherphysical,chemical,biologicalmethods,soastocompletelyeliminatethepathogenstheycarry,eliminatediseasefactors,andprotectthehealthandsafetyofhumansandanimals.
3.15Bodymassindex(BMI)
Thevalueobtainedbydividingthebodyweightinkilogramsbythesquareoftheirheightinmeters,anditiscommonlyusedtomeasurethedegreeofbodyfat.
4SiteSelection
4.1Anareashouldbesitedintheexcellentecologicalenvironmentavoidingthepollutionofthreeindustrialwasteswater,agriculture,urbandomesticgarbageandnoise.Itisadvisabletoselectaforestedoragriculturalarea,insteadofatownorresidentialarea.
4.2Thesiteshallmeetthefollowingconditions:
a)Atleast500mawayfromsourceofdomesticdrinkingwater,animalslaughteringandprocessingplaces,liveanimalandanimalproductmarket;
b)Atleast500mawayfromurbanresidentialareas,highlypopulatedareasusedforactivitiesofculture,educationandscientificresearch,andothers;aswellasmajortransportationarteriessuchashighwaysandrailways;
c)Atleast1000mawayfromotherlivestockandpoultryfarms;
d)Atleast200mawayfromotherplacesforveterinarydiagnosisandtreatment;
e)Atleast500mawayfromotheranimalfarms(husbandryarea);
f)Atleast3000mawayfromotheranimalquarantinesites,non-hazardoustreatmentsites,andbiosafetydisposalsites.
4.3Siteselectionshallavoidthefollowingareasorsections:
a)Residentialarea;
b)Basicfarmlandorbasicfarmlandpreservationarea;
c)Ecologicalpublic-welfareforests,includingwaterconservationforest,soilandwaterconservationforest,windbreakandsandfixationforestandriverbankprotectionforest,etc.;
d)Coreareasandbufferareasofnaturereserves,watersourceconservationareas,culturalrelicprotectionareas,etc.;
e)Areasthatarethreatenedbyfloodsormountaintorrents,andareaspronetonatural

disasterssuchasdebrisflowsandlandslides,etc.;
f)Areashavingseriousnaturalenvironmentalpollution;
g)Otherprohibitedhusbandryareasspecifiedbylawsandregulations.
4.4Thesiteselectedshallhavesufficientwatersupply,andwaterqualityshallmeettherequirementsofGB5749.
4.5Thesiteselectedshallhavestablefeedsource,thefeedhygieneshallmeettherequirementsofGB13078,andthefeedqualityshallmeettherelevantproductqualitystandards.
4.6ThesiteselectedshouldberequiredtotheenvironmentalqualityassessmentinaccordancewiththestandardsofGB/T19525.2.
5FarmAreaLayout
5.1Floorplan
5.1.1Reasonableareadivisionsshallbemadetoarrangethelocationofeachbuildingbasedontherequirementsofproductionandmanagementandcombinedwithterrainandmainwinddirection.Forwildanimalfarmsthatprovideoriginofspeciesorservices,atleast4functionalspaceareasshouldbedividedincludinganimalaccommodationfacility,husbandrypractice,managementandisolation.Forwildanimalfarmsthatprovidewildanimalproducts,productprocessingareasshallbeadditionallysetup.
5.1.2Thehusbandryareashallbemainlyequippedwithfarmingcagesandhouses,orshedsandyards.Thehusbandryareashallbeseparatedfromotherfunctionalareaswithenclosingwalls.
5.1.3Thekeeperareashallbemainlyequippedwithfeedstorage,processingandpreparation,etc.,facilities,allofwhichshallbearrangednearthehusbandryarea.
5.1.4Themanagementareashallbemainlyequippedwithofficeandlivingroomsforstaff,watersupply,powersupplyandheatsupplyfacilities,materialwarehouse,carportandguardroom.
5.1.5Theisolationareamaybearrangedaccordingtothefollowingrequirements:
a)Veterinaryroomshallhaveanareaofnotlessthan20m2,andshallnotbecross-usedtogetherwithroomsforfarming,management,production,storageandotherpurposes;
b)Theisolationcagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbeseparatedfromotherfarmingcagesandhouses(shedsandyards)inthehusbandryareawithaenclosingwall;
c)Thethefacilityfornon-hazardoustreatmentofexcrementshallbekeptatleast100mawayfromhusbandryarea;
d)Biosecuritydisposalfacilityshallbekeptatleast500mawayfromhusbandryarea.
5.1.6Theproductprocessingareashallbemainlyequippedwithproductstoragerooms,productprocessingrooms,finishedproductwarehouses,coldstorage,etc.
5.1.7Onthepremisethatbuildingsareensuredtohaveareasonableorientationandmeettherequirementsofdaylightingandventilation,contourarrangementofbuildinglongaxisalongthefarmareashallbemadeasmuchaspossiblebasedontheoriginalterrainandtopographyoffarmarea.

5.2Verticaldesign
5.2.1Thegroundelevationofthecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbe0.2m~0.4mhigherthangroundelevationoutsidethecagesandhouses(shedsandyards),andbeinaccordancewiththeroadelevationofthefarmarea.Thegroundelevationofthebuildingshallbehigherthanthegroundelevationoutsidethebuilding,andtheroadelevationinthefarmareashallbedesignedslightlyhigherthantheroadelevationoutsidethefarmarea.
5.2.2Thedrainagesystemonthefarmshallusegravitydrainagesystemanddesignedaccordingtotheprincipleofrainandsewagediversion.Sewagefromthefarmareashallbedischargedthroughconcealedpipesandsubjectedtocentralizedtreatment.ThetreatedsewageshallmeettherequirementsofGB18596.Therainwaterinthefarmareashallbedrainedbyopenchannelsorcoveredchannels.Thebottomwidthofopenchannelsorcover-platechannelsshouldnotbelessthan0.3m.Thesideslopeshallbepavedwithbricksorconcreteblock,and1:0.75~1:1sideslopemaybeadopted.
6Husbandry
6.1Cagesandhouses(shedsandyards)
6.1.1Thecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)forfarmedwildanimalsshallbedesignedtomeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Toavoidcaptiveanimalescapeandinjury;
b)Topreventanimalbodypartsreachingout;
c)Provideforsafety,comfortoftheanimals,sufficientventilation,welllighting,properdrainageinworksarea;
d)Tohaveanarea5timeslargerthantheanimalrestingarea.
6.1.2Whennecessary,thecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbedesignedandinstalledwiththefollowingfacilities:
a)Facilitiesforheatingandcooling;
b)Sun&rainshelterorshed;
c)Providingsubstrateforsleeporfarrowingorprovidedryandappropriatelitter;
d)Feedinganddrinkingutensilsareprovidedaccordingtothenumberandtypesofthespecies;
e)Cubprotectivebarrier(applicabletoshedsandyardsofherbivoredamduringlactation);
f)Outdoorarea;
g)Disinfectionfacilities;
h)Videomonitoringfacilities.
6.1.3Thecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbemadeofmaterialsappropriatetothespecies,intelligence,individualsize,runningspeed,jumpingandclimbingability,aggressivelevelanddestructionability,anddomesticationdegree,etc.,ofanimalsincaptivity.Toxicorharmfulpaintshallnotbeusedtopaintthecagesandhouses(shedsandyards).Thereshallbenocracks,holesorprotrusionsthatmayinjureanimals.
6.1.4Unlessotherwiseespeciallyrequiredforfarminganimals,thegroundofcagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbesubjectedtohardeningtreatment,bedurableinuse,wear-proof,waterpermeability,noteasytogeneratedustandmud,andbecapableofminimizingthedustretentionandmudformationintherainyseasonanddrainawayrainwaterandsewage.
6.1.5Thedoorandopeningmethodofthecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbecompatiblewiththebiologicalcharacteristics,aggressivelevel,hazardanddestructionabilityofthefarminganimals,andthesurfacesonbothsidesofthedoorshallbeclean,firmandsmooth.
6.1.6Thecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbeequippedwithnecessaryenvironmentalfacilitiesaccordingtothenaturalbehaviorsofthefarminganimals.
6.2Enclosurefacilities
6.2.1Theenclosurefacilitiesshallbemadeoffirm,durableandnon-poisonousmaterials.Theyshallnotbepaintedwithtoxicorharmfulpaint.Thereshallbenocracks,holesorprotrusionsthatmayinjureanimals.
6.2.2Thesurfaceofenclosingwallshallbeclean,firmandsmoothsoastopreventanimalsfromclimbingandescaping.
6.2.3Theupperopeningwidthofthemoatshallbedesignedtoensurethatanimalscannotstepoverorjumpoutofthemoatunderanycircumstances.Thesurfaceofouterwallshallbeclean,firmandsmoothsoastopreventanimalsfromclimbingandescaping;thesurfaceofinnerwallshallbesubjectedtoanti-skidtreatmentsoastoensurethatanimalscanclimboutofthemoatfreelyafterfallingintoit.
6.2.4Thespacebetweeneachbaroffenceshallensurethattheanimalcannotextendtheirheadandlimbsout.Inthecaseofawidespacebetweeneachbar,coverageandstrengtheningthereofshallbemadebyuseofchainlinkmesh,crimpedwiremesh,orpunchingholemesh,thesizeofwhichshallensurethatanimalcannotextendtheirheadandlimbsout.Electricfencesshallbeinstalledontheupperpartofthefenceinwhichlions,tigers,bearsandothercaptivedangerousanimals.
6.2.5Weldedwiremeshshouldnotbeusedasabarrierandshieldoffarmareas,free-rangingfield(area)andmovementfields.
6.3Auxiliaryhusbandry
6.3.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallbeequippedwithrelativelyindependentfeedstorage,processingandpreparationroomandindependentanimalhospitalorveterinaryroom.Farmsthatareengagedinproductionandprocessingofwildanimalproductsshallalsobeequippedwithrelativelyindependentproductprocessingandstorageroom.
6.3.2Thewildanimalfarmsshallprovidethestaffwithacomfortableworkandrestarea,sanitaryfacilitiesanddrinkingwaterfacilities,andbeequippedwithchangingclotheslocker(cabinet)suitableforthenumberofstaff.
6.3.3Feedstorage,processingandpreparationrooms,animalhospitalsorveterinaryroomsandotherfacilitiesshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Groundmaterialisfirm,durable,wear-resistant,washable,andnoteasytoproducedustandmud;
b)Wallsandceilingsaresmoothandfreefromcracksandparticlesfallingoff;
c)Junctionbetweenwallandgroundiscurvedorothermeasuresaretakentoreducedustaccumulationandfacilitatecleaning;
d)Doorsandwindowsarelargeenough,bright,andfacilitateventilation;
e)Goodpowersupplyandlightingfacilitiesareavailable;
f)Fire-proof,theft-proof,rat-proofandmosquito-prooffacilitiesareavailable.7SupportingFacilitiesandEquipment
7.1Watersupplyanddrainage
7.1.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallhaveacompletewatersupplyanddrainagesystemthatrealizesenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationandmeetstheneedsoffarmingwildanimals.Whennecessary,watersupplyanddrainagefacilitiesshallalsobeinstalledinthecagesandhouses(shedsandyards).
7.1.2ThedesignandinstallationofwatersupplyanddrainagefacilitiesshallmeettherequirementsofGB50015.
7.2Heating,ventilationandairconditioning
7.2.1Theheatingsystemsandfacilitiesshallbedesignedandinstalledasthelocalclimateconditionsandthebiologicalcharacteristicsoffarminganimalsrequired.Theheatingfacilitiesshallbewell-equipped,environmentally-friendlyandenergy-saving,andmeetthedemandsforwarmthofthestaffandfarminganimals.
7.2.2ThedesignandinstallationofheatingsystemsandfacilitiesshallmeettherequirementsofGB50016.
7.2.3Incasethatthefarminganimalshavespecialrequirementsfortemperatureandhumidity,suchtemperatureandhumiditycontrolfacilitiesthatrealizeenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationshallbefullyequipped.
7.2.4Incasethatwildanimalsarekeptinthehouse,suchventilationfacilitiesthatrealizeenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationshallbefullyequipped.
7.2.5Theheatingandventilationfacilities,temperatureandhumidityadjustmentfacilitiesinanimalcagesandhousesshallbeinstalledinplacesoutofreachofanimals,oradditionalprotectivefacilitiesshallbesetuptopreventanimalsfromaccidentalinjuryanddamage.
7.3Powersupplyfacilities
7.3.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallhaveacompletesetofpowersupplysystemthatrealizesenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationandmeetstheneedsofproductionandlife.ThedesignandinstallationofpowersystemsandpowersupplyfacilitiesshallmeettherequirementsofGB50052.
7.3.2Thepowersupplyfacilitiesandelectricalequipmentshallbeabletoensurethesafetyofstaffsandfarminganimals.Theelectricalequipmentinthecagesandhouses(shedsandyards)shallbeinstalledintheplacesoutofreachofanimalsandbeproperlygrounded.
7.3.3Stand-bypowershallbeprovidedforareaswherethereareunstablepowersuppliesorfrequentpoweroutagesandinwildanimalfarmswhereelectricfencesareadopted.
7.4Firefightingequipmentandsecurityequipment
7.4.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallhavefirefightingequipmentorfireprotectioninstrument.ThedesignandinstallationoffirefightingequipmentshallmeettherequirementsofGB50016.Theselection,settingandconfigurationoffireprotectioninstrumentshallmeettherequirementsofGB50140.
7.4.2ThevideomonitoringsystemsthatmeettherequirementsofGB50348andGB50395shallbedesignedandinstalledinanimalhusbandryareasofwildanimalfarms.Whennecessary,videomonitoringsystemsshallalsobeinstalledinauxiliaryhusbandryareasandlivingmanagementareas.
7.5Hygieneanddiseasecontrolfacilities
7.5.1Adisinfectionpoolthatisthesamewideasthedoorandwithlengthof4.0mandadepthofmorethan0.3mshallbesetupattheentranceandexitoftheareaoffarm.
7.5.2Theclothingdisinfectionroomordisinfectionpoolshallbesetupattheentranceofthehusbandryarea,andthedisinfectionpoolordisinfectionmatshallbesetupattheentranceandexitofeachfarmingcaseandhouse(shedandyard).
7.6Environmentalprotectionfacilities
7.6.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallbeequippedwithsuchenvironmentalprotectionfacilitiesthatmeetrelevantenvironmentalprotectionrequirementsandpassenvironmentalimpactassessment,including:
a)Environmentalsanitationfacilities,includingwaste-bins,publictoilets,septictanks,etc.,thatareclearlymarked;
b)Afullsetofdomesticsewageandfarmingsewagetreatmentfacilitiesthatareofhigh-efficiencyandenergy-saving;
c)Animalexcrementnon-hazardoustreatmentfacilities;
d)Biosafetydisposalfacilitiesfordiseasedordeadanimalcarcasses,productsorappendages;
e)Non-hazardoustreatmentfacilitiesfordomesticwasteandmedicalwaste.
7.6.2Allkindsofnon-hazardoustreatmentfacilitiesandbiosafetydisposalfacilitiesshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Havingdistinguishablewarningsigns;
b)Beingabletopreventleakage,scattering,overflow,rainandfoulodorfromcausingpollutingandharmingtothesurroundingenvironment;
c)Beingequippedwithenclosurefacilitiesthatcanpreventotheranimalsfromentry.
7.7Road
7.7.1Theroadsofthefarmareashallbeofbarrier-freeconnectiontoeachfunctionalarea.Themainroadsurfaceshallbehardenedtoensurethepassageofvehiclesundervariousclimaticconditionsandpreventthegenerationofdust,standingwaterandmud.
7.7.2Theroadsofthefarmareashouldbearrangedinparallelorperpendiculartothelongaxisofthebuilding.Minimumdistancebetweenroadandbuildingexteriorwalls:
a)1.5mintheabsenceofentranceorexit;
b)3.0minthepresenceofentranceorexit.
7.8Vegetationplanning
7.8.1Thebaregroundinthefarmareashallbeafforested.Measuresshallbetakentohardenthebaregroundthatcannotbeafforestedsoastominimizedustandwateraccumulationandtopreventthemudformationintherainyseason.Thebaregroundoftheshedsandyardsshallbehardenedorafforested.
7.8.2Theindigenousplantsshallbekeptasmuchaspossibleinthefarmarea.Arbors,shrubs,grassesandflowers,etc.,thatareharmlesstohumansandanimalsandsuitableforlocalgrowthshallbeselectedforartificialafforestation.
7.8.3Arborgreenbeltsshallbeplantedinsideoroutsideofthespaceenclosurefacilitiesinthefarmarea.
7.8.4Thetreesshallbekeptnotlessthan1mawayfrombuildingouterwall,enclosingwall,roadedgeandedgeofopendrain.
7.9Instrumentandequipment
7.9.1Thewildanimalfarmsshallprovidenecessaryfeedorgraincrushing,processingandreparationequipment,necessaryanimalcapturedevices,necessarylabortoolsandtransportationtoolsforfarmingandbreedingofwildanimals.
7.9.2Animalhospitalsorveterinaryroomsshallbeequippedwithnecessarymedicaldevices,examinationanddiagnosis&treatmentequipment,storagecabinetsformedicinesanddevices,disinfectionequipmentandsanitarycleaningequipment.
7.9.3Thewildanimalfarmsshallbeequippedwithnecessaryinstrumentandequipmentforqualityinspectionofwildanimalfeedandwildanimalproducts,etc.
8OrganizationsandStaff
8.1Organizations
Thewildanimalfarmsshallhaveadequatemanagementsystems.Thefollowingdepartmentsshallbesetupundertheresponsibilityofaspecially-assignedperson:
a)Animalhusbandryandreproduction;
b)Veterinarytreatmentandhygieneanddiseasecontrol;
c)Animalproductprocessingandqualityinspection(applicabletothefarmsthatprovidewildanimalproducts).
8.2Staffing
8.2.1Residentveterinarian
Thereshallbeafull-timeresidentveterinarianinthewildanimalfarms.Theresidentveterinarianshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Haveeducationabovetechnicalsecondaryschoolinanimalhusbandry,veterinarymedicine,wildanimalorrelatedmajors;
b)Orhavethequalificationcertificateofalicensedveterinarianorruralveterinarian;
c)Orhaveintermediateprofessionaltechnicaltitleorabove;

d)Orhavemorethan5yearsofexperienceinthediagnosisandtreatmentofanimaldiseases,andbeabletomakecorrectjudgmentsandtreatmentsonactualproblemsinthepreventionandcontrolofwildanimaldiseases.
8.2.2Keepingtechnicians
Thewildanimalfarmsshallhavefull-timefarmingtechnicians.Thefarmingtechniciansshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Haveeducationabovetechnicalsecondaryschoolinanimalhusbandry,veterinarymedicine,wildanimalorrelatedmajors;
b)Orhaveintermediateprofessionaltechnicaltitleorabove;
c)Orhavemorethan5yearsofexperienceinfarmingofwildanimals,andbeabletomakecorrectjudgmentsandtreatmentsonactualproblemsinthefarmingofwildanimals.
8.2.3Keeper
Animalkeeperisconsidered“adequate”includethenumberandtypeofspecieswithintheinstitution/farm.Thekeepershallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
a)Haveaneducationbackgroundabovejuniororseniorhighschool;
b)Bodymassindexisnotmorethan30(applicabletoferociousanimalfarming);
c)Haveparticipatedinprofessionaltechnicalandsafetyprotectiontrainingtestinanimalhusbandry.
8.2.4Otherpersonnel
Thewildanimalfarmsmayhireskilledworkersspecializedinmachinery,watersupply,heating,electricityandothermaintenancework.Suchskilledworkersshallhavethecorrespondingtechnicalproficiencycertificateorworkpermitcertificate,andbeagednotmorethan60.
9DocumentationRequirements
9.1Feasibilitystudyreport
9.1.1Theconstructionunitofwildanimalfarm(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“constructionunit”)shallhireaunitequippedwithprofessionalqualificationsforwildanimalstoconductfieldinvestigationonthesiteofwildanimalfarmtobebuilt,andtocompiletheconstructionprojectfeasibilitystudyreport(pleaserefertoAppendixAforformatandcompilationrequirements).
9.1.2Thefeasibilitystudyreportshallbeattachedwithexperts’opinions,withcontentscovering:
a)Therationalityofsiteselectionandlayout;
b)Thefeasibilityandsafetyofconstructionschedule;
c)Thelegalityofspeciessourceofwildanimals;
d)Nationalrequirementsforon-siteinvestigationanddepthofconstruction.
9.2Surveyanddesigndocuments
9.2.1Theconstructionunitshallhireaconstructionprojectsurveyanddesignunit
