1、幼兒園防空演練方案幼兒園防空預(yù)案幼兒園防火演練方案20_年防火演練方案_幼兒園為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)我園師生消防平安意識(shí),進(jìn)步自救防范才能,做到在發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí),能臨危不亂,有序、迅速地按照消防逃生道路平安疏散,確保生命平安。 通過緊急疏散演練,進(jìn)步幼兒的平安防護(hù)知識(shí),逐步學(xué)會(huì)有事不慌、積極應(yīng)對、自我保護(hù)。讓教職工掌握正確使用滅火器的方法及保護(hù)幼兒逃生的方法,進(jìn)步抗擊突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)變才能。一、時(shí)間、人物、地點(diǎn)演習(xí)時(shí)間:20_年_月_日早九點(diǎn)參加人員:所有教職工及幼兒地 點(diǎn):幼兒園二、準(zhǔn)備工作1.準(zhǔn)備警報(bào)聲。2.各班確保三名老師負(fù)責(zé)幼兒的平安疏散,提早做好平安教育。3.師惹事先理解園內(nèi)的平安通道,平安出口、集中

2、地操場等處,下樓梯的方法,順序,道路等。4.有明晰可見的平安通道標(biāo)志。三、疏散原那么1.一樓為先,二樓為后,每個(gè)班級都以最近的樓梯下樓。2.聽見報(bào)警后,班級老師要立即停頓一切活動(dòng),集中所有幼兒,清點(diǎn)3.人數(shù),不能落下每一名幼兒。四、幼兒逃生道路一樓:小一班從后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,小二班從正門逃生到達(dá)集中地。 二樓:中一班從側(cè)樓梯,后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,中二班從主樓梯,正門逃生到達(dá)集中地。三樓:托班從側(cè)樓梯,后門逃生到達(dá)集中地,大班和小三班均在主樓梯,正門逃生到達(dá)集中地大班先行五、人員安排1.指揮與疏散園長:指揮整個(gè)場面,對于突發(fā)狀況作出及時(shí)調(diào)整。特色班鋼琴班和親子班:分別在主樓梯和側(cè)樓梯進(jìn)展疏散并

3、起到平安保護(hù)作用。鋼琴班男老師去三樓協(xié)助托班和小三班,以防突發(fā)情況的發(fā)生及幫助特殊情況的孩子。2.救治方面保健醫(yī):警報(bào)響起,保健醫(yī)生及時(shí)準(zhǔn)備急救藥箱到集中地為傷員救治要備有燒傷燙傷的藥膏3.聯(lián)絡(luò)員老師:起火時(shí),迅速撥打火警 119,拉響火警信號(hào)并幫助疏散幼兒。4.攝影方面老師:負(fù)責(zé)拍攝演習(xí)的場景并留存。六、演習(xí)過程1.聯(lián)絡(luò)員拉響警報(bào)。2.各班老師立即組織幼兒離教室,按平安逃生道路疏散。1各班幼兒用濕毛巾或衣角捂住嘴和鼻孔,以防吸進(jìn)有害氣體。2幼兒站成1-2排逃生,前中后都要有老師,最后的老師要檢查一遍教室是否還有幼兒。3逃生時(shí)要迅速有序,靠樓梯右側(cè)彎曲著身子下樓,不得亂跑不得搶道。3.所有班級

4、逃生到集中地按照上操的位置站好,班級老師清點(diǎn)人數(shù),站好隊(duì)。4.師生共同討論火災(zāi)會(huì)帶來什么樣的危害以及滅火器的正確使用方法。5.園長老師講話,宣布演習(xí)完畢。幼兒園防震演練方案敬德幼兒園防震演練方案一、演練目的加強(qiáng)平安教育,進(jìn)步老師、幼兒防地震災(zāi)害意識(shí)和應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的才能。二、演練時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)時(shí)間:20_年12月7日下午3:00開場。地點(diǎn):幼兒園內(nèi)三、參加人員幼兒園全體老師幼兒四、準(zhǔn)備工作1.成立以園長為組長的“緊急避險(xiǎn)指導(dǎo)小組”。2.20_年12月6日上午,全園老師學(xué)習(xí)演練方案,明確各項(xiàng)要求,做好相應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備。3.12月7日利用戶外活動(dòng)時(shí)間進(jìn)展演練,班主任進(jìn)教室向幼兒講解緊急避險(xiǎn)疏散演練的順序及要求。

5、聽警報(bào)聲響起時(shí)正式開場。五、演練組織與管理組長: 陳山麟成員:各班主任 保育員六、演練流程1.幼兒排隊(duì):聽到演練警報(bào)聲,老師迅速組織班級幼兒排成第一、第二兩縱隊(duì)。2.撤離教室:大班幼兒從戶外樓梯撤離,中小班正大門撤離到大操場。3.從教室撤出的幼兒,雙手護(hù)頭一個(gè)跟著一個(gè)迅速撤離。4.清點(diǎn)人數(shù):幼兒撤出后,老師帶著幼兒到指定的位置,幼兒繼續(xù)雙手護(hù)頭蹲下。班主任清點(diǎn)人數(shù)。5.第一遍演練完畢后,各班回教室,再進(jìn)展第二次演練。七、考前須知1.所有工作人員務(wù)必保持鎮(zhèn)靜有序,確保幼兒人身平安。2.幼兒疏散過程制止推擠踩踏,以防發(fā)生意外。在任何情況下,前面的幼兒停下,后面的幼兒也應(yīng)停下,前面的幼兒動(dòng),后面的幼

6、兒跟著動(dòng)。如有幼兒絆倒,后面的幼兒立即稍作停頓,并由老師扶起撤離。3.聽到演練警報(bào)聲后,按照撤離順序,有秩序地向教室外指定區(qū)域疏散。當(dāng)撤離的道路上已有別班撤離隊(duì)列時(shí),應(yīng)等別班隊(duì)列通過后,緊隨其后撤離。4.所有人員應(yīng)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)防震避險(xiǎn)知識(shí),嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真、高質(zhì)有序地完成各項(xiàng)演練任務(wù)。5.要求各班在疏散時(shí)按指定的行走道路走,防止出現(xiàn)無序的場面,所有參與組織的老師要牢記行走道路,并引導(dǎo)幼兒,讓幼兒明白如何行走。20_.12.5幼兒園防火演練方案為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)公共平安教育,初步培養(yǎng)幼兒公共平安意識(shí),進(jìn)步全體師生在公共突發(fā)事件中的自救自護(hù)的應(yīng)變才能,結(jié)合幼兒的年齡特點(diǎn)和本園園舍設(shè)施情況,在全園開展一次疏散演練及消

7、防演練,全面推動(dòng)我園全體師生平安教育活動(dòng)的深化開展。一、演習(xí)時(shí)間、參加人數(shù)時(shí)間:20_年11月4日 10:00人數(shù):全體師生,約250人地點(diǎn):幼兒園內(nèi)二、演習(xí)指導(dǎo)小組及應(yīng)急小組成員組 長:副組長:組 員:各班班主任三、準(zhǔn)備工作1、準(zhǔn)備警報(bào)聲;2、各班老師組成三人班組(老師保育員老師):負(fù)責(zé)幼兒平安疏散、幼兒平安教育;3、師惹事先熟悉校園平安通道、平安出口等處,下樓梯方法、順序、道路;4、幼兒園樓道平安疏散示意圖四、疏散原那么1、一樓為先二樓為后,靠近樓梯班級為先遠(yuǎn)離樓梯班級為后;2、聽見演習(xí)警報(bào)后,帶班老師應(yīng)立即停頓一切活動(dòng),與配班老師、保育員一起,集中幼兒,清點(diǎn)人數(shù)。五、逃生道路大門口(大一

8、班、大二班、中一班、中二班)側(cè)門(大三班,小班,大大班)六、人員安排_(tái):大門樓梯口負(fù)責(zé)疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各班級角落)_:側(cè)門樓梯口處負(fù)責(zé)疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各角落)_:一樓大廳負(fù)責(zé)疏散,疏散幼兒到操場站好后統(tǒng)計(jì)人數(shù)七、演練過程1、警報(bào)聲起;2、各班老師組織幼兒迅速撤離活動(dòng)室,沿平安逃生道路疏散。要求:(1)各班幼兒用濕毛巾捂住口鼻,排成1-2排,低下身子,沿墻角邊有秩序的撤離;(2)老師引導(dǎo)幼兒逃生時(shí),教育幼兒不搶道、不驚慌;(3)老師要組織幼兒有序撤離,帶班老師前、保育員中間、配班老師后。不許漏下一名幼兒。3、重點(diǎn)危險(xiǎn)地帶專人把守(樓梯口、樓道轉(zhuǎn)彎處)班級人員分工明確(隊(duì)伍前、中、

10、查遠(yuǎn)行、劉蘭芳、魏榮蘭、陳娟、李成香、鄧明秀、張永奎四、工作小組:1.協(xié)助指揮人員:各班老師和保育員職責(zé):分別到各自班級活動(dòng)室,互相協(xié)助。負(fù)責(zé):1演習(xí)前清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù);2帶著幼兒撤退:3到達(dá)平安地帶后清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù)。2.現(xiàn)場戒備小組:職責(zé):詳細(xì)負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生和其他閑雜人員再次進(jìn)入戒備地帶。3.疏散引導(dǎo)小組:職責(zé):根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況、人流密度、對疏散道路作選擇或調(diào)整。維護(hù)疏散秩序,指明疏散方向和途徑。在拐角、叉道處引導(dǎo);阻止幼兒逆向跑、竄、推撞、擠壓情況發(fā)生;有人倒下,要立即扶起。班級老師由主班老師為組織者,主班老師前面引路,保育員在中間,副班老師在最后,帶著幼兒有序撤離到指定的地點(diǎn)一樓:魏榮蘭負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)向后操場

11、撤離二樓:查遠(yuǎn)行負(fù)責(zé)引導(dǎo)向前操場撤離4.救護(hù)小組:職責(zé):詳細(xì)負(fù)責(zé)演練疏散過程中發(fā)生的意外事故的應(yīng)急救護(hù)和撥打119 和120急救 等。5.撤退后幼兒平安管理:各班老師職責(zé):清點(diǎn)幼兒人數(shù),負(fù)責(zé)安撫幼兒情緒,保證幼兒火災(zāi)后的平安。以上工作人員負(fù)責(zé)幼兒疏散時(shí)的撤離秩序、平安管理,嚴(yán)防樓道擁擠事故發(fā)生。6.報(bào)警小組:負(fù)責(zé)教學(xué)樓火警預(yù)報(bào),向分管指導(dǎo) 報(bào)警五、疏散管理1.疏散命令:由應(yīng)急總指揮根據(jù)情況發(fā)布疏散命令。2.疏散鐘聲、播送:“請注意,這是火警播送。小朋友聽到警報(bào)后不要慌亂,迅速用水浸濕毛巾,捂住口鼻。聽從指揮,有序退場,由老師、阿姨帶著沿疏散標(biāo)志從就近平安出口撤離。”3.疏散道路:現(xiàn)場指揮應(yīng)根據(jù)

12、現(xiàn)場情況、人流密度、對疏散道路作選擇或調(diào)整。4.疏散引導(dǎo):疏散引導(dǎo)小組的任務(wù)是維護(hù)疏散秩序,指明疏散方向和途徑。在拐角、叉道處應(yīng)有人員引導(dǎo),防止幼兒誤入危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域;要阻止幼兒逆向跑、竄、推撞、擠壓情況發(fā)生;有人倒下,要立即扶起,防止踩踏事故發(fā)生。5.撤離方向:就近平安出口撤離原那么。中1、 中2、小三個(gè)班級直接向操場疏散; 學(xué)1 、學(xué)2 大 三個(gè)班級有序從教學(xué)樓樓梯向下疏散。6.集合地點(diǎn):活動(dòng)場7.人員清點(diǎn):各班老師應(yīng)當(dāng)在集合地點(diǎn)對疏散的學(xué)幼兒人數(shù)進(jìn)展清點(diǎn),并繼續(xù)尋找滯留在事故現(xiàn)場的幼兒和受傷人員,幫助其平安撤離。疏散引導(dǎo)小組應(yīng)及時(shí)向總指揮報(bào)告疏散情況。六、演習(xí)準(zhǔn)備階段9:10各班老師清點(diǎn)幼兒人

13、數(shù),指導(dǎo)幼兒做好演習(xí)的心理和行動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備。9:15清理戒備區(qū)內(nèi)閑雜人員。各工作小組進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場。七、正式演習(xí)階段1.9:20 總指揮:宣布消防演習(xí)與緊急疏散演習(xí)如今開場。2.9:30 警報(bào)長鳴:應(yīng)急總指揮命令預(yù)警小組發(fā)布火警報(bào)告。幼兒園迅速啟動(dòng)火災(zāi)事故應(yīng)急處置預(yù)案3.宣傳小組利用播送:“請注意,這是火警播送。小朋友們聽到警報(bào)后不要慌亂,迅速就近用水浸濕毛巾,捂住口鼻。聽從指揮,有序退場,由班主任或樓層管理員帶著沿疏散標(biāo)志從就近平安出口撤離?!?.緊急疏散:在各層疏散引導(dǎo)人員的指揮下,全體幼兒在老師的帶著下,按預(yù)定道路有序疏散,疏散時(shí)請靠樓梯左邊行走,讓出右邊通道讓消防人員赴救通行;用施毛巾捂住鼻子,碰

14、到煙霧和火苗,貓腰行走或匍匐前進(jìn),撤離到幼兒園活動(dòng)場。9:40各班主任清點(diǎn)疏散人數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)少人,迅速與疏散總指揮部聯(lián)絡(luò)9:40如發(fā)現(xiàn)有幼兒受傷,立即與現(xiàn)場救護(hù)小組聯(lián)絡(luò),并展開緊急救護(hù)。9:409:45 應(yīng)急疏散總負(fù)責(zé)向現(xiàn)場總指揮匯報(bào)疏散情況。樓層引導(dǎo)員向現(xiàn)場指揮報(bào)告:報(bào)告總指揮,全體幼兒現(xiàn)已平安脫險(xiǎn),無傷害人員。疏散前的考前須知:1.各部門應(yīng)關(guān)閉電、氣設(shè)備,切斷電易燃、爆氣體泄漏除外,關(guān)閉門窗。2.財(cái)務(wù)人員,如條件答應(yīng),應(yīng)攜帶現(xiàn)金、票據(jù)、帳冊一起撤離。3.為保證快速、有序、平安地疏散,任何人在疏散時(shí)不應(yīng)攜帶個(gè)人物品,更不允許逆向跑竄尋找個(gè)人物品。疏散時(shí)的考前須知:1.提醒疏散的幼兒不出現(xiàn)驚慌與騷
