1、幼兒園防空演練方案幼兒園防空預案幼兒園防火演練方案20_年防火演練方案_幼兒園為進一步增強我園師生消防平安意識,進步自救防范才能,做到在發(fā)生火災時,能臨危不亂,有序、迅速地按照消防逃生道路平安疏散,確保生命平安。 通過緊急疏散演練,進步幼兒的平安防護知識,逐步學會有事不慌、積極應對、自我保護。讓教職工掌握正確使用滅火器的方法及保護幼兒逃生的方法,進步抗擊突發(fā)事件的應變才能。一、時間、人物、地點演習時間:20_年_月_日早九點參加人員:所有教職工及幼兒地 點:幼兒園二、準備工作1.準備警報聲。2.各班確保三名老師負責幼兒的平安疏散,提早做好平安教育。3.師惹事先理解園內(nèi)的平安通道,平安出口、集中

2、地操場等處,下樓梯的方法,順序,道路等。4.有明晰可見的平安通道標志。三、疏散原那么1.一樓為先,二樓為后,每個班級都以最近的樓梯下樓。2.聽見報警后,班級老師要立即停頓一切活動,集中所有幼兒,清點3.人數(shù),不能落下每一名幼兒。四、幼兒逃生道路一樓:小一班從后門逃生到達集中地,小二班從正門逃生到達集中地。 二樓:中一班從側樓梯,后門逃生到達集中地,中二班從主樓梯,正門逃生到達集中地。三樓:托班從側樓梯,后門逃生到達集中地,大班和小三班均在主樓梯,正門逃生到達集中地大班先行五、人員安排1.指揮與疏散園長:指揮整個場面,對于突發(fā)狀況作出及時調(diào)整。特色班鋼琴班和親子班:分別在主樓梯和側樓梯進展疏散并

3、起到平安保護作用。鋼琴班男老師去三樓協(xié)助托班和小三班,以防突發(fā)情況的發(fā)生及幫助特殊情況的孩子。2.救治方面保健醫(yī):警報響起,保健醫(yī)生及時準備急救藥箱到集中地為傷員救治要備有燒傷燙傷的藥膏3.聯(lián)絡員老師:起火時,迅速撥打火警 119,拉響火警信號并幫助疏散幼兒。4.攝影方面老師:負責拍攝演習的場景并留存。六、演習過程1.聯(lián)絡員拉響警報。2.各班老師立即組織幼兒離教室,按平安逃生道路疏散。1各班幼兒用濕毛巾或衣角捂住嘴和鼻孔,以防吸進有害氣體。2幼兒站成1-2排逃生,前中后都要有老師,最后的老師要檢查一遍教室是否還有幼兒。3逃生時要迅速有序,靠樓梯右側彎曲著身子下樓,不得亂跑不得搶道。3.所有班級

4、逃生到集中地按照上操的位置站好,班級老師清點人數(shù),站好隊。4.師生共同討論火災會帶來什么樣的危害以及滅火器的正確使用方法。5.園長老師講話,宣布演習完畢。幼兒園防震演練方案敬德幼兒園防震演練方案一、演練目的加強平安教育,進步老師、幼兒防地震災害意識和應對突發(fā)事件的才能。二、演練時間與地點時間:20_年12月7日下午3:00開場。地點:幼兒園內(nèi)三、參加人員幼兒園全體老師幼兒四、準備工作1.成立以園長為組長的“緊急避險指導小組”。2.20_年12月6日上午,全園老師學習演練方案,明確各項要求,做好相應準備。3.12月7日利用戶外活動時間進展演練,班主任進教室向幼兒講解緊急避險疏散演練的順序及要求。

5、聽警報聲響起時正式開場。五、演練組織與管理組長: 陳山麟成員:各班主任 保育員六、演練流程1.幼兒排隊:聽到演練警報聲,老師迅速組織班級幼兒排成第一、第二兩縱隊。2.撤離教室:大班幼兒從戶外樓梯撤離,中小班正大門撤離到大操場。3.從教室撤出的幼兒,雙手護頭一個跟著一個迅速撤離。4.清點人數(shù):幼兒撤出后,老師帶著幼兒到指定的位置,幼兒繼續(xù)雙手護頭蹲下。班主任清點人數(shù)。5.第一遍演練完畢后,各班回教室,再進展第二次演練。七、考前須知1.所有工作人員務必保持鎮(zhèn)靜有序,確保幼兒人身平安。2.幼兒疏散過程制止推擠踩踏,以防發(fā)生意外。在任何情況下,前面的幼兒停下,后面的幼兒也應停下,前面的幼兒動,后面的幼

6、兒跟著動。如有幼兒絆倒,后面的幼兒立即稍作停頓,并由老師扶起撤離。3.聽到演練警報聲后,按照撤離順序,有秩序地向教室外指定區(qū)域疏散。當撤離的道路上已有別班撤離隊列時,應等別班隊列通過后,緊隨其后撤離。4.所有人員應認真學習防震避險知識,嚴肅認真、高質(zhì)有序地完成各項演練任務。5.要求各班在疏散時按指定的行走道路走,防止出現(xiàn)無序的場面,所有參與組織的老師要牢記行走道路,并引導幼兒,讓幼兒明白如何行走。20_.12.5幼兒園防火演練方案為進一步加強公共平安教育,初步培養(yǎng)幼兒公共平安意識,進步全體師生在公共突發(fā)事件中的自救自護的應變才能,結合幼兒的年齡特點和本園園舍設施情況,在全園開展一次疏散演練及消

7、防演練,全面推動我園全體師生平安教育活動的深化開展。一、演習時間、參加人數(shù)時間:20_年11月4日 10:00人數(shù):全體師生,約250人地點:幼兒園內(nèi)二、演習指導小組及應急小組成員組 長:副組長:組 員:各班班主任三、準備工作1、準備警報聲;2、各班老師組成三人班組(老師保育員老師):負責幼兒平安疏散、幼兒平安教育;3、師惹事先熟悉校園平安通道、平安出口等處,下樓梯方法、順序、道路;4、幼兒園樓道平安疏散示意圖四、疏散原那么1、一樓為先二樓為后,靠近樓梯班級為先遠離樓梯班級為后;2、聽見演習警報后,帶班老師應立即停頓一切活動,與配班老師、保育員一起,集中幼兒,清點人數(shù)。五、逃生道路大門口(大一

8、班、大二班、中一班、中二班)側門(大三班,小班,大大班)六、人員安排_:大門樓梯口負責疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各班級角落)_:側門樓梯口處負責疏散(二樓幼兒撤離后檢查各角落)_:一樓大廳負責疏散,疏散幼兒到操場站好后統(tǒng)計人數(shù)七、演練過程1、警報聲起;2、各班老師組織幼兒迅速撤離活動室,沿平安逃生道路疏散。要求:(1)各班幼兒用濕毛巾捂住口鼻,排成1-2排,低下身子,沿墻角邊有秩序的撤離;(2)老師引導幼兒逃生時,教育幼兒不搶道、不驚慌;(3)老師要組織幼兒有序撤離,帶班老師前、保育員中間、配班老師后。不許漏下一名幼兒。3、重點危險地帶專人把守(樓梯口、樓道轉彎處)班級人員分工明確(隊伍前、中、

10、查遠行、劉蘭芳、魏榮蘭、陳娟、李成香、鄧明秀、張永奎四、工作小組:1.協(xié)助指揮人員:各班老師和保育員職責:分別到各自班級活動室,互相協(xié)助。負責:1演習前清點幼兒人數(shù);2帶著幼兒撤退:3到達平安地帶后清點幼兒人數(shù)。2.現(xiàn)場戒備小組:職責:詳細負責學生和其他閑雜人員再次進入戒備地帶。3.疏散引導小組:職責:根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況、人流密度、對疏散道路作選擇或調(diào)整。維護疏散秩序,指明疏散方向和途徑。在拐角、叉道處引導;阻止幼兒逆向跑、竄、推撞、擠壓情況發(fā)生;有人倒下,要立即扶起。班級老師由主班老師為組織者,主班老師前面引路,保育員在中間,副班老師在最后,帶著幼兒有序撤離到指定的地點一樓:魏榮蘭負責引導向后操場

11、撤離二樓:查遠行負責引導向前操場撤離4.救護小組:職責:詳細負責演練疏散過程中發(fā)生的意外事故的應急救護和撥打119 和120急救 等。5.撤退后幼兒平安管理:各班老師職責:清點幼兒人數(shù),負責安撫幼兒情緒,保證幼兒火災后的平安。以上工作人員負責幼兒疏散時的撤離秩序、平安管理,嚴防樓道擁擠事故發(fā)生。6.報警小組:負責教學樓火警預報,向分管指導 報警五、疏散管理1.疏散命令:由應急總指揮根據(jù)情況發(fā)布疏散命令。2.疏散鐘聲、播送:“請注意,這是火警播送。小朋友聽到警報后不要慌亂,迅速用水浸濕毛巾,捂住口鼻。聽從指揮,有序退場,由老師、阿姨帶著沿疏散標志從就近平安出口撤離?!?.疏散道路:現(xiàn)場指揮應根據(jù)

12、現(xiàn)場情況、人流密度、對疏散道路作選擇或調(diào)整。4.疏散引導:疏散引導小組的任務是維護疏散秩序,指明疏散方向和途徑。在拐角、叉道處應有人員引導,防止幼兒誤入危險區(qū)域;要阻止幼兒逆向跑、竄、推撞、擠壓情況發(fā)生;有人倒下,要立即扶起,防止踩踏事故發(fā)生。5.撤離方向:就近平安出口撤離原那么。中1、 中2、小三個班級直接向操場疏散; 學1 、學2 大 三個班級有序從教學樓樓梯向下疏散。6.集合地點:活動場7.人員清點:各班老師應當在集合地點對疏散的學幼兒人數(shù)進展清點,并繼續(xù)尋找滯留在事故現(xiàn)場的幼兒和受傷人員,幫助其平安撤離。疏散引導小組應及時向總指揮報告疏散情況。六、演習準備階段9:10各班老師清點幼兒人

13、數(shù),指導幼兒做好演習的心理和行動準備。9:15清理戒備區(qū)內(nèi)閑雜人員。各工作小組進入現(xiàn)場。七、正式演習階段1.9:20 總指揮:宣布消防演習與緊急疏散演習如今開場。2.9:30 警報長鳴:應急總指揮命令預警小組發(fā)布火警報告。幼兒園迅速啟動火災事故應急處置預案3.宣傳小組利用播送:“請注意,這是火警播送。小朋友們聽到警報后不要慌亂,迅速就近用水浸濕毛巾,捂住口鼻。聽從指揮,有序退場,由班主任或樓層管理員帶著沿疏散標志從就近平安出口撤離。”4.緊急疏散:在各層疏散引導人員的指揮下,全體幼兒在老師的帶著下,按預定道路有序疏散,疏散時請靠樓梯左邊行走,讓出右邊通道讓消防人員赴救通行;用施毛巾捂住鼻子,碰

14、到煙霧和火苗,貓腰行走或匍匐前進,撤離到幼兒園活動場。9:40各班主任清點疏散人數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)少人,迅速與疏散總指揮部聯(lián)絡9:40如發(fā)現(xiàn)有幼兒受傷,立即與現(xiàn)場救護小組聯(lián)絡,并展開緊急救護。9:409:45 應急疏散總負責向現(xiàn)場總指揮匯報疏散情況。樓層引導員向現(xiàn)場指揮報告:報告總指揮,全體幼兒現(xiàn)已平安脫險,無傷害人員。疏散前的考前須知:1.各部門應關閉電、氣設備,切斷電易燃、爆氣體泄漏除外,關閉門窗。2.財務人員,如條件答應,應攜帶現(xiàn)金、票據(jù)、帳冊一起撤離。3.為保證快速、有序、平安地疏散,任何人在疏散時不應攜帶個人物品,更不允許逆向跑竄尋找個人物品。疏散時的考前須知:1.提醒疏散的幼兒不出現(xiàn)驚慌與騷
