1、(四)、中藥毒理實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)室名稱中藥毒理實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理人員江素瑛 助理教授電話分機(jī)1614實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡介進(jìn)行有關(guān)“有毒中藥與其有毒成分“的體內(nèi)外基礎(chǔ)研究、“常用妊娠中藥與保健食品“之毒理安全性評估、建立“含馬兜鈴酸中草藥“之早期細(xì)胞損傷指標(biāo)及其應(yīng)用於腎病患者之分子流行病學(xué)研究:另一方面也研究“有毒中藥”的配伍應(yīng)用機(jī)理、中草藥抑制血管新生作用、與中草藥之化學(xué)防護(hù)與輻射保護(hù)作用,用科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)代理論來提供科學(xué)依據(jù),以闡述中藥的安全性和有效性。研究重點(diǎn)1. 馬兜鈴酸與含馬兜鈴酸中草藥與臨床腎病變之相關(guān)研究2. 馬兜鈴酸與含馬兜鈴酸中草藥對人類腎細(xì)胞之毒理基因圖譜研究3. 中草藥配伍對馬兜鈴酸與含馬兜鈴酸中草
