1、砂石生產(chǎn)各工種安全操作規(guī)程Safety Operation Specification of Crushing Plant1、破碎機(jī)械 Crushing machinery1.1 一般要求General Requirements1.1.1 破碎機(jī)必須安裝在堅(jiān)固的基礎(chǔ)上。 并應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查穩(wěn)固情況， 基礎(chǔ)各部連接螺栓必 須擰緊，不得松動(dòng)。The crusher must be installed on the hard base. Frequent examinations should be taken to ensure its fixation. The bolts connecting th

2、e basic parts must be screwed down and not loosened.1.1.2 破碎機(jī)不允許帶負(fù)荷起動(dòng)。 每次開機(jī)前都要檢查破碎腔， 清除殘存的塊石或其他 物體，確認(rèn)無誤才能開機(jī)。The crusher doesn ' t permit to srtawith load. Inspect the crusher cavity and clean up the remaining rock and other objects, then start the crusher.1.1.3 破碎機(jī)加料必須均勻。 進(jìn)料時(shí)不準(zhǔn)夾帶有斗牙、 履帶板及其他金屬物件，

3、 以防損 壞機(jī)器。Rocks must be added into the crusher well- Proportionedly. Don' tcarry any other mental objects to prevent damage to the machine.1.1.4 破碎機(jī)腔內(nèi)的襯板或軋臼壁必須牢固可靠。 發(fā)現(xiàn)有松動(dòng)或殘缺等情況， 要立即采 取措施緊固或更新。Scale boards and of the feeding opening must be steady and reliable. Once loosened or deformed, immediate

4、 measures should be taken to fasten or replace.1.1.5 破碎機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑站、液壓站、操作室要配備 “四氯化碳 ”滅火器。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工必須熟悉其 性能和使用方法。The Lubricate Station, Hydraulic Pressure Station and Operation Station should be equipped with Tetrachloride-Carbon fire extinguisher. Operator must be familiar with its capability and operation.1.1.

5、6 應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查偏心軸、飛輪及調(diào)整裝置是否正常。Regularly check up the eccentric gear, flywheel and adjustment device.1.1.7 碎石機(jī)必須裝有防護(hù)罩和隔音、隔塵設(shè)施。塊石必須浸水或?yàn)⑺M(jìn)行破碎。Crusher must equip shield, sound and dust insulation. Big rocks should be wet before being crushed.1 / 91.2 顎式破碎機(jī)Jaw Crusher1.2.1 開車前工作人員應(yīng)檢查破碎機(jī)腔內(nèi)有無木頭或其它雜物， 檢查各處部件是否良 好可

6、靠，檢查各處螺栓的緊固情況。Before starting the machine, the operator should ensure the crusher-cavity keeping empty, every part in good order, and the bolts well screwed.1.2.2 檢查潤(rùn)滑油的加注情況。Check up the lubricating oil filling complexion.1.2.3 開機(jī)后應(yīng)在無負(fù)荷情況下空轉(zhuǎn) 2 分鐘，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有異常的情況時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)， 經(jīng)查明原因消除異常情況后，方可再啟動(dòng)。Keep no-load run

7、ning two minutes after starting the crusher. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately, find out the reason, remove the trouble and then restart the machine.1.2.4 當(dāng)破碎機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后， 方可開始投料， 投料要均勻，在正常情況下， 軸承溫度不 應(yīng)超過35 C,最高溫度不得超過70 C (手能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停留在發(fā)熱處)，否則應(yīng)立即處理。When the crusher runs in gear, put rock

8、s into it well-proportionedly. In the normalcase, the temperature of the bearing should not be higher than 35°C , with the maximumnot higher than 70 C (Hands can be on it for a long while), otherwise solve it immediately.1.2.5 工作避免使石塊嵌入張力彈簧中，以免影響其強(qiáng)度。禁止用手從鄂板間取石頭。Avoid imbedding the rocks in the

9、strain spring when the machine is working, so as not to affect its intensity. Don't take out the rocks fro-mplathte jwaiwth hands.1.2.6 在破碎時(shí)， 若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車， 應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電機(jī)， 必須將物料清 除后，方可再行啟動(dòng)。If the crusher shuts down because of inner obstruction when it is crushing, switch off the motor immediately. C

10、lean out the stuff in the crush-cavity before restarting.1.2.7 停車加料，在破碎腔內(nèi)的石頭全部破碎后，方可停車。Only when the rocks in the crush cavity are completely crushed can the machined be stopped and materials added.1.2.8 仔細(xì)檢查機(jī)械各部位，處理發(fā)現(xiàn)的故障及缺陷。Go through every part of the crusher carefully and solve any failure and di

11、sfigurement.1.2.9 清掃機(jī)械各部位和工作地面，做好原始記錄。Clean up every part of the crusher and working ground; record the original note.1.3 圓錐破碎機(jī)Taper Crusher1.3.1 首次啟動(dòng)前檢查所用潤(rùn)滑油是否正確， 潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)是否安裝正確， 軸承系統(tǒng)必須有2 / 9足夠的潤(rùn)滑油。液壓系統(tǒng)必須正常。When start the Taper Crusher at the first time, be ensure that the exact lubricate oil is used,

12、the lubricate system is accurately installed, the bearing system has enough lubricate oil, and the hydraulic pressure system is in order.1.3.2 空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)必須達(dá)到一小時(shí)以上，檢查各部件是否正常。No-load running must last more than one hour and ensure every part in order.1.3.3 空轉(zhuǎn)后按規(guī)定要求對(duì)圓錐破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行加量運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)， 直至達(dá)到滿負(fù)荷。 試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束后 檢查潤(rùn)滑油，并作好日常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

13、記錄。Add rocks into the crusher to full burden according to the requirement. Examine the lubricate oil after the test running, and record the daily running note.134日常開車，破碎機(jī)啟動(dòng)應(yīng)首先啟動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)并確信油管內(nèi)的溫度至少達(dá)到 16 C。Before running the crusher, the lubricate system should be first started and the inner temperature o

14、f the oil pipe should not be lower than 16°C .1.341破碎機(jī)啟動(dòng)前潤(rùn)滑油必須至少循環(huán)1分鐘。The lubricate oil should cycle at least one minute before running the crusher.1.3.4.2如果油箱內(nèi)的回油管無油排出，破碎機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不得超過15秒，因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)可能會(huì) 引起嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷。正常情況下，回油管內(nèi)排出的油量應(yīng)足以充滿一半的回油管，許多因素可 能會(huì)引起油量下降，如潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)油不夠、油泵故障、油泵性能下降，給油管內(nèi)堵塞或溢流 閥設(shè)定不當(dāng)?shù)鹊?。The crusher can n

15、ot be on operation more than 15 seconds if no oil discharges from the oil return pipe, to prevent the possible serious damage. In the normal case, the oil discharged from the oil return pipe should be enough to fill half of it. The decrease of the oil discharged may be caused by a number of factors,

16、 such as insufficient oil in the lubricate system, breakdown of the oil pump, inefficient performance of the oil pump, block of the oil pipe and inappropriate setting of the overflow valve.1.3.4.3 液壓站必須在破碎機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前啟動(dòng)。Hydraulic pressure station must be started before the crusher is run.1.3.4.4 啟動(dòng)破碎機(jī)并空負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

17、約5分鐘。Start the crusher and keep no-load running for about five minutes.1.3.4.5 在低給料量條件下開始破碎機(jī)給料，并逐步增加給料量達(dá)到最大功率水平（最 大可能達(dá)到 100% 額定電流或調(diào)整環(huán)接近于抬起狀態(tài)） 。Start adding rocks with low quantity, and gradually increase it to the maximum capacity （the maximum capacity can reach 100% rating electric current or adjus

18、tment ring close to uplift)135日常停車，破碎機(jī)應(yīng)在無料狀態(tài)下繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)2-3分鐘，從減速到停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，最 小減速時(shí)間約4 5秒鐘，當(dāng)機(jī)器停止后，再停止液壓裝置。The crusher should continue running without burden for 2-3 minutes after it completely stops. The minimum time is 45 seconds from slowdown to stop. Stop the hydraulic device after the crusher completely stop

19、s.1.3.6 定期進(jìn)行日常的維修和保養(yǎng)工作，認(rèn)真填寫運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)記錄。Repair and maintain the machine regularly, and fill in the running note seriously.9 / 92、皮帶機(jī)操作Rubber belt-conveyor Operation2.1 基本規(guī)定2.1 Basic Regulations2.1.1 操作皮帶機(jī)的人員必須熟悉機(jī)械的構(gòu)造和性能，必須經(jīng)過專門訓(xùn)練， 有相當(dāng)?shù)牟?作技術(shù)和保養(yǎng)常識(shí)。The operator must be familiar with the mechanical structure and

20、 capability and given special training, with qualified operating skills and maintaining knowledge.2.1.2 除本班值班司機(jī)人員外，其它人員一概不準(zhǔn)拆卸或開動(dòng)機(jī)械。Any other staff is not allowed to dismantle or operate the machine except the operator on duty.2.1.3 作業(yè)時(shí)要有統(tǒng)一的操作信號(hào)。統(tǒng)一電鈴信號(hào)；開車：一長(zhǎng)聲；停機(jī)：兩長(zhǎng)聲；緊 急停車：三短聲。The rubber belt-conveyor

21、 should have uniform signal in working. A long sound means starting the crusher, two long sounds means stopping the crusher, and three short sounds means urgent stop.2.1.4 夜間作業(yè)時(shí)，工作場(chǎng)地要有完好照明設(shè)備和充足的光線。When the rubber belt-conveyor works at night, the working area should have good lighting equipment and

22、be bright enough.2.1.5 要求做到下料均勻，扒架或托滾不歪扭，皮帶接頭完好，拉力均勻，頭滾與尾滾 筒互相平行。Rocks are required to be added well-proportionedly. Frame and roller is not crooked or twisted, joints on the belt is in good condition with even tension, front and rear tumbling box should be paralleled with each other.2.2 起動(dòng)時(shí)的準(zhǔn)備和檢查Pr

23、eparation and examination for start2.2.1 固定式皮帶機(jī)， 應(yīng)安裝在穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)上；移動(dòng)式皮帶機(jī)應(yīng)用三角木將輪子塞住或 用制動(dòng)器剎住，以防在工作中走動(dòng)。The fixed rubber belt-conveyor should be installed on a steady base. Floating rubber belt-conveyor should be stopped by an arrester in case it moves in working.2.2.2 電氣設(shè)備，絕緣應(yīng)良好，接地（零）完整可靠，電線接頭要牢固。Electric eq

24、uipment should have nonconductor, the grounding should be in order, and the terminal of the electric wire should be steady.2.2.3 全面檢查皮帶機(jī)的電氣和機(jī)械部分 :如電機(jī)、電纜、控制設(shè)備、減速箱、傳動(dòng)齒 輪、聯(lián)軸節(jié)、拉緊裝置、擋板、刮板、支架、托滾等是否良好、齊全；調(diào)整器是否適當(dāng)； 皮帶松緊是否合適。Totally examine the rubber belt- conveyor ' s electric and engine part, such as m

25、otor , cable, control facility, reducer, drive gear, joint, strain device, baffle, scrape-board, frame, roller, regulator and ensure they are in order and the belt is appropriately tight.2.2.4 條起動(dòng)前應(yīng)檢查皮帶卡子是否歪扭和斷裂；尾輪是否被砂、土雜物塞住；前后防 漏板（溜子）是否有割皮帶之處；拉緊裝置是否良好；減速箱油位潤(rùn)滑情況，松開夾軌器 為槽形導(dǎo)輪和反向壓輪加注黃油。Inspection shoul

26、d be made before operation to check whether the belt-clip is crooked or broken, the tail-wheel is blocked by sand or soil, the front and back scraping plates are possible to cut the belt, the fasten equipment works well and the decelerator is properly lubricant. Then loosen the rail clamping device

27、to transform it into a fluted body idler pulley. And pour grease into the beetling gravitational pulley.2.2.5 如皮帶機(jī)長(zhǎng)期未用，應(yīng)檢查電機(jī)和控制設(shè)備的絕緣電阻，其值不得少于 0.5 兆 歐。If the rubber belt-conveyor is not used for a long time, the insulation resistance of the motor and control facility should not checked to make it no

28、less than 0.5 Mega-ohm.226檢查電源電壓，其波動(dòng)值不應(yīng)超過額定電壓的-5%+10 %。Undulating value of voltage doesn' t exceed-5%m+10%。2.3 試車與運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) Test and Running2.3.1 各部位經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)正常后，應(yīng)先發(fā)出開車信號(hào)，操作臺(tái)才可起動(dòng)開車，這時(shí)操作 者不得離開崗位，應(yīng)監(jiān)督電機(jī)的起動(dòng)和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。If every part of the rubber belt-conveyor is in order, give the start-signal before startup. The

29、operator should not leave the post, supervising the start and operation of the motor.2.3.2 皮帶機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，應(yīng)檢查各部是否正常，如發(fā)現(xiàn) 異常情況，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，停 車后進(jìn)行處理，檢查各滾輪是否漏油，電機(jī)和滾筒軸承溫度是否正常。Check whether every part of the rubber belt-conveyor is in order. When any abnormality occurs, cut off the power supply immediately, stop the

30、machine, examine any leak in every idler wheel and the temperature of the motor and the roller bearing.2.3.3 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)：Operation Attentions2.3.3.1 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中不得換托滾，不得用木棒、鐵鍬、撬棍等去撬筒內(nèi)的泥砂、石頭、冰塊 等。Don' tchange the roller or prize the rocks, silts and ice cubes inside with wooden stock, shovel, crowbar when th

31、e rubber belt-conveyor is running.2.3.3.2 在皮帶機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)并達(dá)到穩(wěn)定速度后，方可通知放料。剛起動(dòng)下料時(shí)切不可猛放， 應(yīng)使漏斗均勻下料，嚴(yán)禁皮帶機(jī)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和超負(fù)荷起動(dòng)。2.3.3.2Add rocks only after the rubber belt-conveyor runs at a stable speed. Funnel should be used to evenly add rocks which can not poured too much at the very beginning. Overload operation and ov

32、erload startup are strictly prohibited.2.3.3.3 當(dāng)皮帶打滑時(shí)，禁止在滾筒和皮帶之間塞雜物。Don' t stuff sundries between the roller and the belt when the belt skids around2.3.3.4 在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中不得在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)齒輪、聯(lián)軸節(jié)上和其它傳動(dòng)部位打掃衛(wèi)生。Don' t sweep at the run ning parts of the machine.2.3.3.5 一般空載不得連續(xù)起動(dòng)超過 3 次，若不能起動(dòng)，應(yīng)查找原因。No-load running can n

33、ot be more than three times. Find out the reason if the rubber belt-conveyor cannot startup without burthen.2.3.3.6 如需停車處理故障，應(yīng)先發(fā)出停止送料信號(hào)，待故障處理完畢后再發(fā)出送料信If necessary to shut down the machine, give the stop-deliver signal first. When the trouble is resolved, give the deliver signal again.2.3.3.7 不出現(xiàn)危及重大

34、機(jī)械和人身安全的故障時(shí)，不得發(fā)出緊急停車信號(hào)，更不得擅 自緊急停車。When there is no threaten to serious mechanical breakdown or personal security, don't giev the emergent stop signal or stop the rubber belt-conveyor emergently.2.3.3.8 嚴(yán)禁在皮帶上踏越或站（坐）人，嚴(yán)禁裝運(yùn)其它物件。穿過橫跨皮帶應(yīng)事先搭 設(shè)人行馬道，并設(shè)欄桿。Don' tspan, stand or sit on the belt. And it

35、 is forbidden to carry other objects. Pavement and banisters should be set before passing through the belt.2.3.3.9 數(shù)臺(tái)皮帶機(jī)作串聯(lián)運(yùn)送物料時(shí)，應(yīng)等第一臺(tái)皮帶達(dá)到正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，才能開動(dòng)第 二臺(tái)，待全部運(yùn)送系統(tǒng)達(dá)到正常后，方可進(jìn)料。When rocks are carried by several rubber belt-conveyors in series, the second one can only be started when the first one runs in

36、order. When the whole transport system works in order, can the rocks be added.2.3.3.10 必須等皮帶上的骨料全部卸完后，方可停車，停車后應(yīng)將電閘拉開，鎖上閘 箱。Only when the orthopedics are totally discharged, can the rubber belt-conveyor stop. Then unbolt the switch and lock the switch box.2.3.4 保養(yǎng)和修理必須停車進(jìn)行。When maintain and repair, t

37、he rubber belt-conveyor must be shut down.2.3.5 運(yùn)送大塊物件時(shí)，皮帶兩邊應(yīng)裝置擋板或擋柵。When carry big objects, both sides of the belt should install baffle.2.3.6 水平皮帶一旦停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，裝料人員應(yīng)立刻終止送料。Once the level belt stops, the operator should stop adding rocks.2.3.7 應(yīng)特別注意皮帶是否跑偏。 如跑偏應(yīng)立即糾正，皮帶向那一面跑偏即旋動(dòng)那一面 的專用螺絲桿以拉緊皮帶。Put right the belt immediately when it
