3、：所有學(xué)員 拓展訓(xùn)練實(shí)訓(xùn) 驛站傳書工程名稱：驛站傳書工程性質(zhì)：團(tuán)隊(duì)挑戰(zhàn)工程工程目標(biāo)： 展示在團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)怎樣獲得正確的溝通方法和進(jìn)行有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，促進(jìn)學(xué)員對(duì)溝通的深一步理解；培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；制度規(guī)那么的建立和修正。工程介紹： 全隊(duì)成員排成一列，你們每個(gè)人這時(shí)候就相當(dāng)于一個(gè)驛站，到時(shí)培訓(xùn)師會(huì)將一個(gè)帶有一組數(shù)學(xué)或字母的卡片交到最后一位隊(duì)員手中，你們要利用你們的聰明才智把這個(gè)數(shù)字信息傳到最前面的隊(duì)員手中，當(dāng)這位隊(duì)員收到信息以后要在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)將傳遞過來的信息寫在紙上，交給培訓(xùn)師。然后由最后一位隊(duì)員大聲讀出卡片上的信息，看是否與紙上所寫的內(nèi)容相符。比賽總共進(jìn)行三輪，在信息傳遞的過程當(dāng)中我們會(huì)有一些規(guī)那么來約

4、束。工程規(guī)那么： 工程開始后， 1、不能講話包括有規(guī)律的發(fā)出聲音、移動(dòng)； 2、不能回頭； 3、后面的隊(duì)員的任何部位不能超過前面隊(duì)員身體的肩縫橫截面以及無限延伸面； 4、不能傳遞紙條和扔紙條。 每一輪傳遞中都有5分作為準(zhǔn)確分?jǐn)?shù)，如果在傳遞過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)有隊(duì)員違規(guī)，警告一次并扣掉一個(gè)準(zhǔn)確分。在第一輪開始前，給隊(duì)員5分鐘的討論時(shí)間，以制定溝通密碼方式或流程制度。 第一輪是1個(gè)數(shù)字或者字母組成，由培訓(xùn)師擔(dān)任裁判，監(jiān)督隊(duì)員是否有違規(guī)現(xiàn)象并給予相應(yīng)的警告或處分，傳遞結(jié)束后給所有隊(duì)員8分鐘的討論時(shí)間，總結(jié)及完善傳遞方式以提高準(zhǔn)確率。第二輪是一個(gè)帶有兩位數(shù)字或者字母規(guī)那么同上。第三輪是一個(gè)帶有三位數(shù)字和字母的混合
