17、for main production lines, start up of the production, acceptance test and hand over. 承包商根據(jù)各分標(biāo)段的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度表，分別提供場地的地質(zhì)勘探；工程的基本設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備采購、供貨；廠房、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、管網(wǎng)的施工；設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試；人員培訓(xùn)；各主生產(chǎn)線的試車、試生產(chǎn)；投產(chǎn)；驗(yàn)收交付。The Contractor will employ Vietnam Sub-contractor to undertake the works of detailed geological survey and carry out th

18、e foundation treatment (Unit price and norm according to Vietnam construction standard). If the total Sub-contract price plus the contractors management fee do not exceed the amount of 3,265,200 USD which is specified and assigned to such works under Contract, the Contractor will bear the responsibi

19、lity; otherwise, the additional cost shall be borne by the Employer. 26、composed of a raw material piling yard and a material evenly blending yard, utility and auxiliary facilities, which undertakes the complex jobs such as materials receiving & unloading, storing, evenly blending for concentrated fine ore, coal, lump ore, flux, fuels etc. and directly deliver qualified

28、ENGINEERING燒結(jié)工程In order to meet the requirements for producing 500,000t/a casting billets for the TISCO second stage revamping and expansion project, one set of 550m3 blast furnace and the matched one set of 100m2 sintering machine as well as corresponding utilities shall be built up. 為滿足TISCO二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目

29、500,000t/a連鑄坯規(guī)模要求，新建1臺(tái)500m3高爐，為此配套建設(shè)1臺(tái)100m2燒結(jié)機(jī)與其配套的公輔設(shè)施。The grade of the sintering ore shall be 55% Fe content, and the capacity of sintering ore shall be 981,000t/a to meet the requirements for sintering ore by the blast furnace. 燒結(jié)礦含鐵品位為56%，燒結(jié)礦生產(chǎn)能力為981,000t/a,滿足高爐所需燒結(jié)礦的要求。Coke making ENGINEERING煉焦

30、工程 One set of 45-batterycoke oven with the capacity of 300,000 t/a metallurgicalcoke and by-products recovery system as well as matched utilities will be newly built.新建一臺(tái)年生產(chǎn)干焦炭300,000t/a的45battery焦?fàn)t與其副產(chǎn)品回收系統(tǒng)、配套的公輔系統(tǒng)。2.4Iron making engineering煉鐵工程One set of 550m3 blast furnace will be built up newly

TISCO possesses coke making plant, sinter plant, iron making plant, steel making plant

44、, rolling mill plant as well as corresponding utilities and auxiliary facilitiesetc. Its annual output of iron and steel is about 200,000t and common carbon steel casting billet is about 250,000t.TISCO始建于1958年，是越南國有重點(diǎn)企業(yè)。TISCO現(xiàn)有焦化、燒結(jié)、煉鐵、煉鋼、軋鋼生產(chǎn)廠和相應(yīng)的公輔設(shè)施等。年生產(chǎn)鋼、鐵約20萬噸，普碳鋼連鑄坯約25萬噸。In the plant there are
