2、用戶驟然增加，在前所未有的困難面前，我們_班這個團(tuán)隊，始終沒有妥協(xié)，因為我們在我們的心中有一個信念，那就是通信不能終端，效勞不能終端。一月中旬，我們班迅速成立了抗冰雪、保通信統(tǒng)突擊隊，啟動的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，我們班率先向全公司各班組，提出了四個確保的目的。1月30日下午5點，下午接到一個 ，由于受冰雪影響，電桿傾斜造成周邊的用戶通訊受阻，我?guī)蠁T工趕往故障點，在去的路上車子打滑，我們就推車，再打滑，我們就扛著車子前行。在風(fēng)雪當(dāng)中，天氣冷的不得了，到了故障點，我們顧不上寒冷，立即開場了搶修，由于長間隔 的跋涉，身上、腳上，都全是濕的，嘴唇凍的發(fā)紫，又餓著肚子。大家堅持測試，當(dāng)72部 全部修好的時候，時間

3、已經(jīng)八點多鐘了，我們已經(jīng)看不清道路了。在那段日子里，我和同志幾乎從早上七點忙到晚上七點，有的時候還要熬夜工作，有的員工雙手被凍的紅腫、有的員工為了節(jié)約搶修時間，以沙發(fā)為床，為棉瓦為被，在這樣的條件下過夜。還有的員工早上四點鐘來這里上班，晚上摸黑回家。班里有一個員工顧不上孩子的病情，然后上妻子帶著孩子到百里以外的醫(yī)院治療。還有一個員工，忍受著自身的冰凍，堅守在崗位上。但是冰雪壓不垮我們中國電信人鋼鐵一樣的精神。在與冰雪抗?fàn)幍娜找?，是我們中國普通的電信人的堅守，我們獲得的成功。無論是98年的洪水，還是20_年的sars，還是20_年的地震，還是20_年的風(fēng)雪，我們?nèi)w員工經(jīng)受住了一次又一次的驚險的

4、考驗，同時我打心眼里體會到我們的工作的重要，更深深感受到我們自身的價值。我們班組是電信企業(yè)的窗口，我們深知在重要的時候保持先鋒，在平凡的工作當(dāng)中保持本色。要把客戶當(dāng)親人，增強(qiáng)效勞意識，讓客戶真正感到滿意。誠信是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，也是優(yōu)質(zhì)誠信的根本。這是我們?nèi)w員工的共識，在長期的效勞工作當(dāng)中，我們?nèi)鄦T工認(rèn)真履行工作承諾，自覺做到三統(tǒng)一和五個一的效勞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。效勞好不好，客戶最有發(fā)言權(quán)，客戶是評價效勞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。我們外抓效勞質(zhì)量的監(jiān)視，以社會的監(jiān)視力量，促進(jìn)效勞質(zhì)量的改善。20_年我們落實預(yù)約效勞承諾當(dāng)中，客戶的預(yù)約效勞率到達(dá)百分之百，收到的客戶表揚(yáng)信12封，錦旗兩面。記得一天上午，有一個客戶到我們

5、營業(yè)廳發(fā) ，是辦理到美國的護(hù)照，然而當(dāng)時出現(xiàn)了一些問題，用戶非常沖動，我們當(dāng)時給客戶解釋，我們反復(fù)比照，終于找到了和客戶原來的差不多一樣的紙，最后我們讓客戶愿意，在廣州電信營業(yè)員的支持下，我們聯(lián)絡(luò)到了美國的領(lǐng)事館，然后他們在最短的時間內(nèi)，用特快專遞寄來了原件?？蛻舯晃覀兊呐e動深深打動了。創(chuàng)新效勞形式，打造效勞品牌。我們班組零間隔 效勞，成立了_班效勞站，直接零間隔 為社區(qū)客戶提供電信業(yè)務(wù)辦理，以及話費(fèi)等效勞。第二是全天候效勞，班組每天晚上派兩人值班，為出現(xiàn)故障的客戶提供效勞。三是保姆式效勞，施行和預(yù)警預(yù)修制度，成立了_班效勞小分隊，定期到社區(qū)開展活動，上門為客戶清楚電腦病毒。第四，一攬子效勞，

8、為客戶和為客戶的客戶，帶去什么價值，這是我們做效勞營銷工作的經(jīng)?？紤]的問題。九江雖然是深圳天然氣投資建立國有控股公司，主要從事深圳管道的經(jīng)營和效勞公司，我們到這家公司走訪，一個是天然氣客戶查詢費(fèi)用晚，能不能用信息化的手段解決客戶的問題。我們?nèi)旰螅瑸榭蛻粼O(shè)計了一套方案，建立了三種查詢平臺，建議通過中國電信加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控效勞，解決難題自動報警的問題，看到我們的方案后，九江深然負(fù)責(zé)人非常感動，說你們不但理解我們的公司，還能理解我們客戶的需求。很快我們對兩個工程進(jìn)展攻關(guān)試點，在我們來之前，九江深然公司和我們簽訂了通信效勞合同。我很快樂客戶認(rèn)可我們的合同，更快樂我們的方案給我們的客戶帶來價值。我們班組涌現(xiàn)出

9、了一批優(yōu)秀的員工，員工朝春江，技能高超，評為九江市十大青年標(biāo)兵，班組18名員工，可以百分之百掌握寬帶的安裝和電腦的應(yīng)用技能，班里有五人獲得大專畢業(yè)證書，還有六人提交了入黨申請書，80%以上的員工到達(dá)會一門，學(xué)兩門，懂三門。我們班組已經(jīng)成長為一個重要的文明窗口，效勞學(xué)校，創(chuàng)新基地，人才搖籃。在九江電信產(chǎn)生了一個勞模帶動一個班組，一個班組影響一個企業(yè)，一個企業(yè)暢想一座城市的良好的效應(yīng)。我我的老總請示，要求選派優(yōu)秀的員工，集中到我們_班。后來發(fā)現(xiàn)這個想法是錯誤的，假如_班都挑選優(yōu)秀的員工的話，能向外復(fù)制嗎，我向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請示，一些后進(jìn)的員工進(jìn)入_班吧。我們班組有一個員工叫做魏葵勇，來到班組進(jìn)步非?？?，已經(jīng)

11、時有零錢積攢下來，為殘疾青年免費(fèi)安裝公用 ，為他進(jìn)展創(chuàng)業(yè)提供一定的幫助。到社會福利院看望孤兒和老人。20_年3月，我接到一個 ，是九江一位在校大學(xué)生打來的，他知道我們幫助弱勢群體的時候，想通過我們進(jìn)展免費(fèi)教育。我覺得是一個好的方法。教育公平是社會的重要的責(zé)任，貧困家庭的孩子同樣也需要家教教師的指導(dǎo)，在社會各界的關(guān)心和支持下，目前已經(jīng)有70多名參加了我們這個協(xié)會，我們已經(jīng)成功效勞了80多名貧困的孩子。他們堅持奉獻(xiàn)的同時，沒有收取任何回報，每個月只有20元的補(bǔ)助的 費(fèi)，是我們自己資助的。我們創(chuàng)辦了自己愛心網(wǎng)站。我們協(xié)會的每個成員，都會感到由衷的欣慰。太陽村波陽湖救助中心，這里的孩子缺衣少物，生活困
