50、子身體的鍛煉,反而容易造成傷害。哪些運動是孩子不宜過早嘗試的呢?不宜1:兔子跳、長跑很多家長為了讓孩子提起鍛煉的興趣,常常會放著音樂帶著孩子學小動物跳舞。而不少孩子也熱衷于參加這種和家長互動性較高的游戲。但是專家指出,在做兔子跳運動時,人體重心所承受的重量相當于自身體重的3倍,每跳一次膝蓋骨所承受的沖擊力相當于自身體重的三分之一,這樣對骨化過程尚未完成的孩子來講,很容易造成韌帶和膝關節(jié)半月板損傷。所以,這樣的游戲偶爾為之有益身心,可是一旦超過了這個度,可能會造成關節(jié)損傷。同理,長跑屬于典型的撞擊運動,對人體各關節(jié)的沖擊力度很高。孩子如果經(jīng)常長跑鍛煉,對關節(jié)處的骨骺發(fā)育不利。尤其是在堅硬的馬路上

51、進行冬季長跑時,對關節(jié)沖擊力更大,骨骺容易出現(xiàn)炎癥,從而影響孩子長個子。不宜2:滑板車、暴走鞋滑板車、暴走鞋等都是在兒童中很流行的游戲工具。而事實上,8歲以下兒童并不適宜玩滑板車。兒童身體正處于發(fā)育的關鍵時期,如果長期玩滑板車,會出現(xiàn)腿部肌肉過分興旺,影響身體的全面開展,甚至影響身高發(fā)育。此外,玩滑板車時腰部、膝蓋、腳踝需要用力支撐身體,這些部位非常容易受傷,所以一定要做好防護,最好有父母陪護,并且找平坦寬敞的非交通區(qū)域玩耍。相對于滑板車來說,除了對關節(jié)、韌帶存在的潛在傷害以外,暴走鞋那么存在更大的平安隱患。暴走鞋對使用者的平衡能力要求較高,要求能夠熟練地變換重心,否那么很容易后仰摔倒。所以通
