1、第 PAGE33 頁 共 NUMPAGES33 頁學(xué)校校本研修工作總結(jié) 二曲中學(xué)校本研修工作總結(jié) 202_年十二月四日 二曲中學(xué)校本研修工作總結(jié) 新的課程改革要求老師從單純的“教書匠”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽杂X的“研究者”,主動的“理論者”和嚴(yán)肅的“反思者”,即要求老師學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)會反思和學(xué)會創(chuàng)新。隨著根底教育課程改革的逐步推進(jìn),農(nóng)村學(xué)校老師的專業(yè)化開展與缺乏專業(yè)指導(dǎo)的矛盾日益突出,老師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的進(jìn)步,僅靠專家的指導(dǎo)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能適應(yīng)形勢的開展,大規(guī)模送老師外出學(xué)習(xí)也不現(xiàn)實。因此,學(xué)校必須探究出與學(xué)校開展,老師成長相適應(yīng)的校本研修形式尤為重要?;貞浺粚W(xué)期來的工作,我校在加強校本研修上獲得了顯著的成果,現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下:一

2、、根本工作達(dá)成度概述一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,強化校本研修管理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)非常重視校本研修工作,成立了校長任組長的校本研修領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,加強對校本研修工作的指導(dǎo),把校本研修作為加強老師隊伍建立的重要手段,通過開展校本研修,大力進(jìn)步老師專業(yè)化程度。學(xué)校加強了對校本研修過程的管理,做到了研修時間、內(nèi)容、人員、考評“四落實”,做到了輔導(dǎo)老師上課有講稿,聽課老師有筆記,學(xué)校有記錄和信息反應(yīng)記載。二建立鼓勵機制,推動校本教研進(jìn)程為了調(diào)動老師參與教學(xué)研究的積極性,促進(jìn)校本研修深化持久地開展,學(xué)校購置了大量的有關(guān)新課改的光盤與書籍,以改變老師的教育教學(xué)觀念,開拓老師視野,進(jìn)步教學(xué)程度。此外,學(xué)校還制定了老師崗位考核獎勵方法課堂教學(xué)達(dá)

3、標(biāo)考核方法,把考核結(jié)果與獎懲、老師評優(yōu)等掛鉤,促進(jìn)老師不斷進(jìn)取,轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,改變教學(xué)行為,進(jìn)步自身理論程度,從而推動以校為本研修活動。三采取多種研修形式,全面提升老師素質(zhì)1、拜師結(jié)對形式。對新老老師的培養(yǎng)學(xué)校采取了拜師結(jié)對的形式,擴(kuò)展了師徒帶教的內(nèi)容,賦予這傳統(tǒng)的形式以新的校本研修內(nèi)容,且拜師是互相的,能者為師。如英語組為了讓新老師盡快進(jìn)入角色,組內(nèi)進(jìn)展“師徒結(jié)對”,幫助他們盡早走向成熟。他們是這樣做的 1攙扶新老師“學(xué)走路”。新老師在上崗不久,能對教材進(jìn)展一定的解讀,設(shè)計了一定的教學(xué)方案,但在課堂上呈現(xiàn)出滿堂灌的現(xiàn)象。針對這一現(xiàn)象,骨干老師進(jìn)展手把手指導(dǎo),對每一課時都為他們解讀教材,分析p

4、 教材,同時向他們預(yù)測學(xué)生可能出現(xiàn)的狀況,根據(jù)學(xué)生的實際情況備課,同時進(jìn)入課堂為她們上示范課,然后在另一平行班聽她們上課,總結(jié)在課堂中展示出來的優(yōu)點,分析p 在課堂中存在的問題,提出改良的措施。2試著讓新老師“自己走路”。通過一階段骨干老師引領(lǐng),新老師對教材的解讀有了一定的理解,讓新老師自己解讀教材,分析p 教材,自己設(shè)計教學(xué)方案,讓新老師自己先有一定的考慮,然后骨干老師對教案設(shè)計進(jìn)展一定的修改,再進(jìn)入課堂聽新老師的課,進(jìn)展反思與重建。3讓新老師感知不同課型。英語學(xué)科的每個單元是由不同的板塊組成的,每個版塊的功能不同,對教學(xué)的要求也就提出了不同的要求,呈現(xiàn)出的課型也就不同。在新老師有了一定的自

5、主研究教材,分析p 教材的才能之后,對新老師提出了更高的要求,理解不同課型,在一個階段中集中力量針對一個課型進(jìn)展打破。通過師徒結(jié)對新老師的教學(xué)才能發(fā)生了質(zhì)的飛躍。2、案例研修形式。即從典型案例中獲得啟迪、尋求解決問題思路的方式。運用這種形式進(jìn)展研修時,研修者一定要精選出具有代表性、典型性的案例,然后組織老師進(jìn)展深化討論。這種形式具有較強的針對性,效果較好。通過老師參與式的研討,引導(dǎo)老師運用課改的理念,對課例進(jìn)展分析p 、模擬、借鑒,從中領(lǐng)悟一些新穎的教學(xué)方式,啟迪自己的課堂教學(xué),獲得了很好的效果。3、課題研究形式。學(xué)校充分利用骨干老師資,組建了各學(xué)科的聯(lián)動小組,由各學(xué)科組長詳細(xì)引領(lǐng)承當(dāng)本學(xué)科的

6、日常研究,將研究重心下移到了教研組,使教研和科研得到有機的整合。通過本校骨干老師與其他老師“多元聯(lián)動”的校本研修來提升每一位老師教育改革適應(yīng)才能。各學(xué)科組根據(jù)本學(xué)科的特點確立研究主題,我們確立的研究主題基于這樣幾個考慮:一、問題直接來自于老師的課堂,是具有代表性的,亟待解決的;二、圍繞課題研究目的能提升老師教育改革適應(yīng)才能的;三、在前期理論中骨干老師已對這方面有一定理論研究的根底與積累了一定的經(jīng)歷與做法的主題,因為引領(lǐng)的力量與才能直接影響課題研究的質(zhì)量。在此根底上開展“三段四步”主題系列聯(lián)動教研活動。它分兩個層面:第一、骨干老師之間的聯(lián)動研究,就是對于確立的研究主題,假如之前骨干老師也沒有很多

7、經(jīng)歷積累的,就先在骨干老師的課堂中進(jìn)展聯(lián)動的理論研究,先從尋找相關(guān)理論進(jìn)展深化解讀,再到進(jìn)入各自課堂進(jìn)展理論,然后通過骨干老師之間的一次次互動研討交流,集聚群體智慧,解決遭遇的問題,逐步對這個研究主題形成共識,形成可積累的經(jīng)歷與做法。第二:將骨干老師先行理論較為成熟的研究主題作為與其他老師聯(lián)動研究的主題。詳細(xì)的流程與做法是:第一階段:骨干老師示范性研討。它經(jīng)歷了1認(rèn)知準(zhǔn)備骨干老師進(jìn)展相關(guān)主題研究的資料解讀及結(jié)合主題進(jìn)展的課程資的開發(fā);2骨干展示先由骨干老師圍繞研究主題進(jìn)展教材分析p 、學(xué)情分析p 、彈性化教案的設(shè)計說明等,在走進(jìn)課堂上示范課3問題研討先由骨干做自我評價,其他骨干就示范課中存在的

8、問題進(jìn)展剖析,最后中老年老師參與評價4后續(xù)拓展骨干老師把前期自身整個示范過程中積累的材料整理成文本,然后讓中老年老師學(xué)習(xí),并結(jié)合研究主題布置一到兩項作業(yè)。第二階段:以其他老師理論為主的螺旋式研討階段。它經(jīng)歷了1合作開發(fā)與設(shè)計圍繞主題,集體備課,在骨干老師的引領(lǐng)下集聚群體智慧共同設(shè)計教學(xué)方案2初步嘗試先由一位老師嘗試課堂理論,再由執(zhí)老師自評,骨干老師點評,其余老師參評3再度重構(gòu)設(shè)計理論骨干老師組織再次修改教學(xué)方案,其余逐一上重建課,再反思再重建4反思、總結(jié)、提升執(zhí)教老師談過程中的體會,骨干老師對整個活動過程作總結(jié)提升,并對主題研究作動態(tài)調(diào)整。第三階段:總結(jié)提升研討。它由階段課堂教學(xué)展示;主題活動

9、經(jīng)歷總結(jié);完善多元評價等幾步構(gòu)成。四校本研修內(nèi)容豐富多彩1、加強師德建立,夯實立教之基教書育人,師德為本,缺乏良好師德的老師隊伍,無從談好的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本學(xué)年學(xué)校貫徹教育部關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強和改良師德建立的意見精神,以中小學(xué)老師職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和新時期老師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)等規(guī)章為根據(jù),以縣教育局師德建立活動為契機,把師德教育和學(xué)校的各項活動結(jié)合起來,加強老師思想道德建立,強化教育引導(dǎo),注重內(nèi)化,扎實有效的開展師德建立活動,促進(jìn)學(xué)校的進(jìn)一步開展。通過大力學(xué)習(xí)和宣傳師德教育理論,展開師德大討論、宣傳師德典型等多種形式,結(jié)合榮辱觀學(xué)習(xí),進(jìn)步老師對新時期師德建立的認(rèn)識,并不斷賦予新的內(nèi)涵,拓展新的載體。不斷完善師德

10、建立的相關(guān)制度,建立有效的管理機制。并以此為輻射點,常抓不懈,使每位老師可以做到遵紀(jì)守法,愛崗敬業(yè),為人師表,自尊自律,廉潔從教,團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作,積極進(jìn)取,勇于創(chuàng)新,成為教書育人的楷模,學(xué)生、家長、社會滿意的好老師。2、新課程理念研修。課程改革成敗的關(guān)鍵在于老師,老師對新課程理念的認(rèn)識程度直接影響課改實驗的成效。為此,本學(xué)期把高效課堂,作為師資研修的重點任務(wù)來抓。重點學(xué)習(xí)昌樂二中 洋思中學(xué)等學(xué)校的教育思想和教育方式,主要抓好四方面的工作:一是明確研修目的:掌握新理念、理論新理念、優(yōu)化教育過程,為全面課改打?qū)嵏?。二是確保研修時間:用足、用好業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)時間。三是形成研修系列:重點圍繞說課、上課、評課開展

11、教研組活動,通過校內(nèi)各科優(yōu)質(zhì)課、公開課、示范課和觀摩課研修,在一個個案例中理論、體驗新的課程理念、形成二曲快捷課堂特色教學(xué)形式。四是加強合作交流:派老師外出學(xué)習(xí)、觀摩,返校后及時向教研組其他成員傳達(dá)先進(jìn)思想、理念,互相學(xué)習(xí),共同進(jìn)步。3、教研組集體備課研修。教研組定期活動與分散活動相結(jié)合,以分組教研的內(nèi)容為主,鼓勵教研創(chuàng)新。教研組每月一次教研公開課,進(jìn)展教學(xué)反思、案例分析p 。做到課前反思新舊教材有哪些不同、新課改的理念如何浸透、三維目的如何落實、運用怎樣的教學(xué)策略等等;課中根據(jù)教學(xué)實際,反思如何調(diào)整教學(xué)策略;課后反思自己的這節(jié)課到達(dá)了什么目的,用了什么教學(xué)策略,有哪些成功之處等,幫助老師尋找

12、課堂教學(xué)的優(yōu)點與創(chuàng)新之處,尋找問題與缺乏,捕捉隱藏在教學(xué)行為背后的教育觀念,從而找到改良的切入口。使教學(xué)反思過程成為教學(xué)研究過程。案例分析p 有助于老師理解自身的缺失,從而有針對性地加強缺失方面的學(xué)習(xí)與鍛煉,促進(jìn)教學(xué)程度的進(jìn)步。4、教育科研培訓(xùn)。我校在“科研興校、科研興教”戰(zhàn)略思想的指導(dǎo)下,堅持引領(lǐng)廣闊老師走科研之路,開展多層次教育科學(xué)研究,人人有課題,人人學(xué)理論,人人掌握科研方法,有效地進(jìn)步了我校老師的理論程度和創(chuàng)新才能。第一,健全機構(gòu),加強教科研指導(dǎo)。教科室主任負(fù)責(zé)課題的管理和規(guī)劃;組織老師學(xué)習(xí)教育理論和教育科研知識;指導(dǎo)安排課題組的研究活動和課題成果的總結(jié)。第二,指導(dǎo)老師進(jìn)展課題研究。第

13、三,抓教育科研成果的推廣應(yīng)用,我們把教育研究中獲得的成果落實到課堂教學(xué)中,使老師在科研理論應(yīng)用的良性循環(huán)中進(jìn)步了理論素養(yǎng)和科研才能。二、特色與成效強化教研組的建立和管理,特別強調(diào)要發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊精神,群策群力,充分發(fā)揮每個老師的興趣愛好和個性特長,打破了以往老師備課各自為戰(zhàn)的場面,每一堂展示課都是教研組集體的結(jié)晶,老師在互動、互補、合作中不斷進(jìn)步了自己施行新課程的才能,已形成的教育觀念順利地轉(zhuǎn)化了能動的教育教學(xué)行為,使老師不斷走向成熟。推行主題式研修,進(jìn)步研修實效。各教研組推行主題式研修,以進(jìn)步研修質(zhì)量。如語文教研組開展了以“讀寫結(jié)合的有效理論”為主題的研修活動。數(shù)學(xué)組以課例為載體,開展了以“解決問

14、題”為專題的研討活動。這些專題性的主題研討真正進(jìn)步了校本研修的實效性。綜合理論活動組開展了以“老師在綜合理論活動中的有效指導(dǎo)”為專題的研討。實行多元聯(lián)動式研修,促進(jìn)了中老年老師迅速適應(yīng)新課改理念。對青年老師實行“結(jié)對制”培養(yǎng)方式,充分發(fā)揮骨干老師在同伴互助中的積極作用,幫助和指導(dǎo)青年老師,使他們盡快適應(yīng)角色和環(huán)境要求,實現(xiàn)跳躍式開展。除了師徒結(jié)對工程,學(xué)校還引導(dǎo)老師自行組成“學(xué)習(xí)伙伴”,互幫互助互學(xué)互進(jìn)。營造了“人人有學(xué)習(xí)之所,處處是學(xué)習(xí)之地”的濃重的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,使我們的學(xué)習(xí)型老師隊伍不斷走向成熟。由于我校校本研修機制的完善落實,校本研修活動的扎實開展,校本研修形式的豐富靈敏,使我校逐步形成人人

15、愛研修、大家共研修的學(xué)習(xí)場面,老師綜合素質(zhì)有了顯著的進(jìn)步,促進(jìn)了老師專業(yè)化開展,同時帶動了課堂教學(xué)程度的進(jìn)步和學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的開展。大大促進(jìn)了學(xué)校各方面的工作,學(xué)校整體工作也進(jìn)步了一個新的程度,得到了社會和廣闊家長的認(rèn)可,讓我們再次理解了“教育質(zhì)量就是老師質(zhì)量,選擇學(xué)校就是選擇老師,素質(zhì)教育的成敗取決于老師素質(zhì)”。三、問題與考慮在老師研修過程中,只靠重復(fù)強化和外在的誘惑或強迫來維持“填鴨式”的研修活動,不僅使研修質(zhì)量和效益降低,更嚴(yán)重的是壓抑老師的主動性和能動性的開展;在研修過程中,我們有時采取的“研修者主講,被研修者聽”的單一的“灌輸式”的研修方式,必然導(dǎo)致交流的封閉性,也必然使被研修者失去學(xué)

16、習(xí)的興趣;我們在日常的研修活動中常常忽略老師已有的經(jīng)歷,認(rèn)為只要將先進(jìn)的教育思想和觀念傳授給老師,老師就會認(rèn)同,就會承受,就會付諸理論。其實老師作為一名學(xué)習(xí)者,他需要一個體驗、承受的過程,才能將正確的觀念內(nèi)化,然后才能帶來教育行為的變化。如何使校本研修逐步走上系統(tǒng)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、制度化、現(xiàn)代化,以什么樣的形式展開,還需要探究。為了使校本研修工作真正能促進(jìn)老師專業(yè)化開展,促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作的開展,我們必須繼續(xù)以全面進(jìn)步我校老師的整體素質(zhì)為核心,著眼于老師適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育的綜合素質(zhì)的進(jìn)步,不斷開發(fā)校本研修內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)立校本研修的新形式,把校本研修真正落到實處,促老師的專業(yè)化開展。對以后的校本研修,我們將提出

17、如下理念:研修規(guī)格上追求“老師即研究者”充分利用老師現(xiàn)有經(jīng)歷,改良而不是改造老師及其教學(xué)行為。我們提出“在研究中工作,在工作中研究,以研究推開工作,把研究成果落實在工作中”的工作要求;研修方式上走“校本化專業(yè)開展”之路學(xué)校應(yīng)該是老師專業(yè)化開展的最正確場所和舞臺,是一個開放的學(xué)習(xí)化社會的窗口;研修策略上采用“科研先導(dǎo)、課題帶動”;研修內(nèi)容上側(cè)重于施行新課程的條件性知識和理論性知識。對校本研修我們還要確定如下原那么:持續(xù)性,即終身教育;針對性,即按需施訓(xùn);主體性,即主動參與;合作性,即校內(nèi)外的合作與交流;一致性,即老師個體開展與學(xué)校開展的統(tǒng)一。Writing material: three hun
