1、目錄物料平衡計算書11.1 總論11.2 物料的原理和準則21.3 總項目核算21.3.1 工段介紹31.3.2 脫硫工段的物料.31.3.3 脫氫反應工段的物料461.3.4 產(chǎn)品分離精制工段物料. 521.4 總結138致知物料平衡計算書1.1 總論本流程共分為三個工段,分別是脫硫工段、反應工段、產(chǎn)品分離精制工段。因為國內(nèi)來自石油煉廠的副產(chǎn)物丙烷純度較低,配為液化石油氣時純度約為95%。且含硫量較高,其中硫化氫占總硫含量的 90%,硫醇和羰基硫占有機硫的90%,一方面是純度為 95%的丙烷不能滿足Oleflex 工藝的要求,另一方面是較高的硫含量會對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響,所以必須對丙烷進行處理

2、,即增加了脫硫工段。在羰基硫水解塔中,原料從塔底進入,脫硫劑水溶液從塔頂進入,在塔中逆流接觸,在塔的填料層,在以氧化鉀為活性組分,氧化鋁和二氧化鈦為復合型載體的作用下,水解為二氧化硫和,同時被脫硫劑水溶液吸收,丙烷從塔頂排出,富硫的脫硫劑水溶液從塔底排除,到脫硫劑再生工段,從而達到脫羰基硫的目的。從羰基硫水解塔排除的丙烷從塔底進入水洗塔,水洗用水為 0.4MPa下壓入空氣的含氧水,含氧水從塔頂進入,逆流接觸,除去丙烷中殘留的脫硫劑,丙烷從塔頂排除,水洗用水從塔底排除。在硫醇氧化塔中,丙烷從塔底進入,在塔的填料層,在以磺化酞菁鈷為活性組分,活性炭為載體的催化劑的作用下,硫醇氧化為二硫化物,為液態(tài)

3、,從塔底排除,丙烷從塔頂排除。在精餾塔中,塔底溫度為 90,壓力 8 atm,塔頂為 65 ,壓力位 7.5 atm,從而脫出丙烷中含有的 C4 組分,和少量殘留的二硫化物成分。塔頂排除高純度的丙烷,摩爾分數(shù)大于 97%,總硫含量小于 1.2 g/g。塔底排除C4 組分。反應工段所用的反應器是徑向移動床反應器。產(chǎn)品分離精制工段是將來自反應器的溫度為 600反應氣加入急冷塔中,用 30的公用工程冷卻水將反應氣降溫至 300,原因是 600的反應氣在金屬管道中時會發(fā)生裂解,而 300的反應氣的不會發(fā)生裂解,而且 300以下的熱量可以被進一步充分地利用,之后進入一級換熱器,加熱新鮮丙烷、循環(huán)丙烷以及

4、循環(huán)氫,達到一定溫度以后,致知1進入二級換熱器,用 30冷卻水降溫至室溫,這是來自急冷塔的水會冷凝下來,經(jīng)過之后的氣液分離罐可以將反應氣分離出來,縮機中,為了之后的分離效果,壓縮機出口壓力為 1.1MPa,再進入干燥器中,目的是除去殘留的水分,防止在深冷分離裝置中溫度降低導致水結冰,堵塞管道、對儀器造成損壞,從深冷分離裝置分離出的輕組分主要是氫氣、甲烷等、乙烷等,經(jīng)過磨分離,可以將氫氣高純度地分離出來,一部分作為循環(huán)氫返回反應氣器作催化劑稀釋劑防止催化劑結焦,另一部分返回總廠作為產(chǎn)品出售;從深冷分離裝置分離出的重組分主要是未反應的丙烷、產(chǎn)物丙烯以及副產(chǎn)物丙炔,為了得到的產(chǎn)品丙烯,將丙炔經(jīng)過選擇

5、性加氫裝置轉化成丙烯,在此過程中要控制合適的氫炔比、溫度等參數(shù),為了除去過量的氫氣,反應氣進入脫乙烷塔中,從塔底出來的丙烷和丙烯經(jīng)過 PP 分離塔進行分離,最終塔頂?shù)玫教幎紴榇笥?99.6%的聚合級丙烯,塔底得到純度大于 97%的丙烷,直接返回反應器進行反應。1.2 物料的原理和準則物料是以質(zhì)量守恒定律為基礎,對物料平衡進行的計算。物料平衡是指“在時間內(nèi)進入系統(tǒng)的全部物料質(zhì)量必定等于離開該系統(tǒng)的全部物料質(zhì)量再加上損失掉的和積累起來的物科質(zhì)量”。進行物料系。對于已經(jīng)達到穩(wěn)定的體系,通常滿足以下關系:時,先必須確定的體(進料量之和)-(出料量之和)=(系統(tǒng)累積量)當系統(tǒng)中有化學反應時可表示為:(進

6、料量之和)-(出料量之和)+(反應消耗量)-(反應生成量)=(系統(tǒng)累積量)基于以上兩個等式,對本分廠工藝所涉及的物料平衡計算。1.3 總項目核算致知2從原料入廠到產(chǎn)品輸出,其工藝路線可分為如下 3 個部分:脫硫工段、反應工段、產(chǎn)品分離精制工段。1.3.1 工段介紹對于本廠,工藝采取年開工 300 天(7200 小時)的連續(xù)操作,其中一年內(nèi)的四五周(約 30 天)用于固定的停車設備檢修及緊急情況處理。物料要任務在于:的主確定對丙烯以及副產(chǎn)品的實際產(chǎn)量以及質(zhì)量指標;確定氫氣、丙烷的循環(huán)量以及損失率等指標;確定工藝中的“三廢”排放量等公共經(jīng)濟指標;確定各主要單元過程的物料,并指導工藝設備的尺寸確定;
