(2) in case if we issue and provide original HBL to cnee, you should contact cnee before cargo arrival at Xingang and collect our HBL form & cont

After collecting our HBL form & deposit fee, you will provide MBL copy to cnee and confirm the same by email to us and then we will ask SL at POL to send telex release to SL agent at POD. D/O and all other local charges should be paid by actual cnee directly. In this case, we do n

13、ot provide MBL copy to cnee. we will send shipping advise along with copy of docs as soon as container departs from Tashkent. Accordingly, you should build communication with actual cnee in adv. You should collect deposit fee and HBL forms in between cargo departure from POL and cargo arrival at Xin

14、gang (but strictly before cargo arrival) in order to avoid delay in telex release due to time difference btw us and POL.The operational matters which may arise during shipment we will solve case by case.
