39、ligencebeexercisedbytheInsuredtoensurethatsamearecompliedwith.不可注銷(xiāo)保單條款/Non-CancellationClause不可注銷(xiāo)保單條款未經(jīng)雙方同意，保險(xiǎn)公司和被保險(xiǎn)人均不得注銷(xiāo)本保險(xiǎn)單。但本條款不適用于被保險(xiǎn)人未能按照約定支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)的情況下。Non-CancellationClause不使失效條款/Non-invalidationClause不使失效條款經(jīng)雙方同意，在投保人、被保險(xiǎn)人完全不知情的情況下，本保險(xiǎn)合同不因保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的所占用場(chǎng)地或價(jià)值的變更、保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的危險(xiǎn)程度的增加或其它重要事項(xiàng)的變化而失效。但投保人、被保險(xiǎn)人一旦知道該情
