Test for transformer with long distance observing use computer調(diào)試資料的整理，填寫試驗報告。安裝調(diào)試工作的檢查確認(rèn)及送電的準(zhǔn)備。Record report,Check all testing then power5、調(diào)試工作的工藝及技術(shù)要求Test program1 高壓一次電氣設(shè)備試驗： HV test of primary equipment高壓一次電氣設(shè)備試驗包括變壓器、斷路器（油、真空、六氟化硫斷路器）電流互感器、電壓互感器、避雷器、電力電纜、絕緣子、電容器、而離開關(guān)等。試驗項目及試驗的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照國標(biāo)GB50

9、150 91 執(zhí)行，主要的試驗方法參照 高壓電器試驗方法。Demand and item 0f HV primary equipment according with GB50150-91, the equipment consist of transformer, CT and PT panel, arrester , insulator, capacitor, isolate switch and so on常規(guī)的幾種試驗方法：Following test methoda、絕緣電阻的測試。按照被試設(shè)備的額定電壓等級選擇兆歐表，正常情況下待表指示穩(wěn)定后讀取測試值，特殊情況下指60S 時的測試

10、值。注意將兆歐表的L 端子接被試物、 E頁腳頁眉接地、 G 端接屏蔽層位置。Ins. Resistance test. Pick me ohm meter according to rated voltage grade of equipment .Recorddata when it stabled. 12、。注意不同設(shè)備的耐壓時間。Uniform raising voltage when DC leakage test, discharge after tested. Different equipment has different withstanding voltage time.d 、金屬氫化物避雷器試驗。 可依據(jù)設(shè)備出廠的技術(shù)文件，最好采用專用試驗設(shè)備檢查ImA 電流時的電壓 U ImA ；。和 0.75U ImA ；時的電流 I。做完測試后可再測絕緣電阻。將其與廠家技術(shù)文件比較，確認(rèn)是否合格。Record the U1mA and circuit value at 0.75 U1mA

19、盤柜內(nèi)查線Check connect-wire in panel盤柜內(nèi)查線可按照施工圖紙校核，需拆除校驗的線，要解除后校驗，做到準(zhǔn)確無誤，用時核對盤帶繼電器、表計、元器件的參數(shù)和型號是否與設(shè)計圖紙相符合。外觀、接線,端子的緊固是否符合規(guī)范的要求。Check wire according with drawing, Check parameter and model of internal relay,instrument andcomponent must conform to design.5 盤間聯(lián)絡(luò)線的校驗Connecting-wire between panel test可依據(jù)施工圖逐

20、段按回路校驗。做到接線正確、緊固，端子頭字跡清楚。對于交流電流回路的檢查，要將二次線解除后校驗。同時注意與CT 的極性連接要正確。Check connecting-wire according with drawing step by step, ensure correctness. Check every circuit insulation after system operate stability, then make it running .進(jìn)行 BZT 測試時，可在 PT 二次側(cè)熔斷器下側(cè)加人三相100V 電壓（注意 PT 在斷開位置， PT 二次側(cè)不能帶電，防止PT 反送電）。按設(shè)計圖紙要求逐項試驗。滿足圖紙設(shè)計的切換自動投入的要求。Adding AC t
