2、云南天耀化工。供給的磷酸質(zhì)量能滿足工藝要求。供給狀況:410 月,由于云南電力供給充分,故磷酸供給充分。其余時間,由于黃磷價格上漲和 2022 年節(jié)能減排限制,磷酸供給缺乏。碳酸鈣的供給商為昆明富民云達工業(yè)制粉廠。供給商的原料雖然充分,但有時無法滿足選購的需要,緣由是其生產(chǎn)出的碳酸鈣產(chǎn)品白度指標達不到我們的要求。0.2 萬噸年磷酸鈣鹽多功能生產(chǎn)裝置生產(chǎn)流程示意圖如下:中和釜虹吸離心機氣流枯燥器氣流粉碎成品包裝振動篩酸堿工藝流程如下無水磷酸氫鈣:將配制好的碳酸鈣漿液緩慢參加已放入磷酸的中和反響釜中,最終調(diào)整懸浮液的 PH 值。將中和料漿放入離心機過濾脫水,母液返回作配酸使用,濾餅進入氣流枯燥器進

11、try Co., Ltd, Chengjianghuaye Phosphate Chemical Industry Co., Ltd and Yunnan Tianyao Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The quality of phosphoric acid supplied can meet the technology requirement. The supplying situation has been: between April and October, since the electricity supply in Yunnan is suffic
12、ient, therefore the phosphoric acid supply has been abundant. During other period, since the rise in price of yellow phosphorus and energy saving and the restriction of reduction in pollutants discharge in 2022, there has been shortage in phosphoric acid supply.The supplier of calcium carbonate has
