20、 a student, I had very challenging classes and occasionally had to deal with bad homework or midterm grades. I learned that I am not always going to get the results that I want, but no matter what, I have to persevere and not give up.2In addition to that, exercising is a great way to get out of the
21、stressful college life that is all about homework, presentations, and group projects.3 I personally think that I would go crazywithout going to the gym at least three times a week.The reason most students do not play sports is because they feel lazy about it and dont have the energy for it. 4 As a m
22、atter of fact, exercise pumps more oxygen through your blood andmakes your entire system more active.5 Besides just being fun, sports can help you perform better in school, relax moreand worry less, deal with setbacks, work better with others and increase your energy.To sum up, playing college sport
23、s has some serious benefits.In short, playing sports can help students become more energetic.They helped me get on very well with my teachers and classmates.In fact, playing sports helps students relax and reduce their anxiety.Sports gave me a positive attitude where I see falling as a way to learn.

However, many employers also understand the very important need fbr the skills which are hard to measure and often difficult to define. Some examples include a persons
27、ability to adapt to change, think creatively, or collaborate with team members.It provides historical context. 3. This is why people dedicate their lives to studying caveart, Shakespearean plays, and so much more. When we take the time to dive into art created in the past, we can learn about other g
28、enerations and eras. We can study art to find out what those before us were facing and how they overcame it. 4.In therapy (療 法)settings, art also provides an opportunity for digging deeper and expressing emotions that are difficult to discuss. 5, In one important study, children between 6 and 12were
