2、an Zhou, male, is the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the professor and supervisor of Ph.D. candidate, Honorary Director of Academic Committee of “Key Lab of Universal Wireless Communications, Ministry of Education” in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is the foun

3、der of information theory in China. It has been a long time that Mr. Zhou engaged in the researches on information theory, communication theory and so on. He was in charge of multiple projects which were supported by Major Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, including “The Strat

4、egies and Policies for Information Technology Development in China” and “Key and Basic Issues in the High-Speed Information Networks”. Furthermore, Mr. Zhou obtained multiple awards, including the National Science Convention award, the first prize of the major scientific researches during the 7th Fi

5、ve Years, and the first prize of scientific and technological progress, where the latter two prizes were both awarded by former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. His published books “Basis of Information Theory” and “Basis of Communication Networks” obtained the special prize of the national

6、 excellent teaching materials published by different academies which are related with the posts and telecommunications, the special prize of the national excellent teaching materials, and the national-level excellent teaching achievement award, where the first was awarded by former Ministry of Posts

His major research interests include information theory, communication theory and mobile communication. As a project manager, Prof.

13、 Lin has finished five projects which are either state-level or ministry-level. Currently, being the project manager, he is taking charge of three national projects, including National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program). So far, Prof. Lin has published five books and holds five invention

He has also published about 50 papers in IEEE or others, 20 of which can be indexed by either SCI or EI.呂鐵軍：男，1969年出生。教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。2000年獲電子科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位；2001年到2002年在清華大學(xué)做博士后研究；2005年6月破格晉升教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。2008年9月前往斯坦福大學(xué)作訪問教授，與美國(guó)工程院院士、IEEE Fellow和享有“DSL之父”美譽(yù)的J. Prof. Zeng is currently the chief director of Next Generation Communication System Theory and Technology Labor

He also holds the position as the dean of School of Network Education (School of Continuing Education), and was once the chief of Science and Technology Division in BUPT.
