1、安裝說(shuō)明1.1將壓縮包解壓到不含中文，不含空格的目錄，雙擊main.exe運(yùn)行刷機(jī)工具1.2. adb, fastboot命令已經(jīng)預(yù)置，不需要安裝，但需要安裝360手機(jī)助手等以保證可以自動(dòng)安裝手機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)1.3.如果用到qfil刷機(jī)，請(qǐng)先安裝qfil驅(qū)動(dòng)，驅(qū)動(dòng)放在driver目錄下，安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)先斷開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，安裝完畢后請(qǐng)重啟電腦1.4. 刷機(jī)過(guò)程中不要斷開(kāi)連接線1.5. 多次刷機(jī)的時(shí)候會(huì)提示“解壓縮文件夾已經(jīng)存在，是否需要重新解壓縮？”， 選否不用再次解壓縮，直接升級(jí)1.6. 刷userdata選項(xiàng)，用戶選“是”會(huì)丟數(shù)據(jù)，選“否”不丟數(shù)據(jù)，但是可能升級(jí)不徹底，建議刷機(jī)前備份數(shù)據(jù)1.7. 升級(jí)包會(huì)解壓到刷

2、機(jī)工具包中，因?yàn)樗C(jī)包比較大，請(qǐng)保證磁盤空間足夠1.8請(qǐng)將最新的軟件/硬件兼容性表格放到刷機(jī)工具所在文件夾下主要功能介紹2.1系統(tǒng)更新當(dāng)電腦連網(wǎng)情況下，刷機(jī)工具啟動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)檢測(cè)服務(wù)器上是否有最新版本，如果有新版本會(huì)彈出更新提示框2.2下載兼容性表格在菜單中有GetHSCT菜單項(xiàng)，點(diǎn)擊此菜單，會(huì)直接下載最新的兼容性表格，同時(shí)會(huì)將本地的hsct表格備份到HSCTBackup文件夾下，備份文件的后綴為當(dāng)時(shí)的時(shí)間點(diǎn)。如果因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)題或者其他原因下載失敗，會(huì)彈出下載失敗的提示框，同時(shí)會(huì)把原來(lái)的文件拷貝回來(lái)。如果下載的文件格式不正確，也會(huì)彈出提示框，同時(shí)把原來(lái)可用的文件拷貝回來(lái)。2.3 fastboot刷機(jī)刷

3、機(jī)方式默認(rèn)為fastboot，同時(shí)按住電源鍵和音量減使手機(jī)進(jìn)入fastboot模式，然后連上數(shù)據(jù)線，等手機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)安裝完畢后，點(diǎn)擊刷新設(shè)備，將顯示設(shè)備序列號(hào)和設(shè)備類型，如果設(shè)備沒(méi)有刷過(guò)deviceInfo分區(qū)，將不現(xiàn)實(shí)設(shè)備類型，此時(shí)想要正常刷機(jī)可以選擇強(qiáng)制刷機(jī)按鈕，這樣工具將不會(huì)校驗(yàn)硬件和軟件版本是否匹配，需要自己判斷選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路徑下選擇是否刷userdata點(diǎn)擊開(kāi)始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)刷機(jī)，進(jìn)度條將顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，同時(shí)會(huì)顯示刷機(jī)的log刷機(jī)完成或者出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)有提示框彈

4、出2.4 qfil刷機(jī)刷機(jī)方式選擇qfil后，同時(shí)按電源鍵，音量增減鍵使手機(jī)進(jìn)入qfil模式，然后連上數(shù)據(jù)線，等手機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)安裝完畢，點(diǎn)擊刷新設(shè)備將顯示所有的qfil可用串口號(hào)，選擇相應(yīng)的串口號(hào)，注意不要連接其他高通設(shè)備，否則會(huì)影響刷機(jī)選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路徑下(請(qǐng)自己確認(rèn)刷機(jī)包，qfile模式下工具無(wú)法判斷刷機(jī)包與手機(jī)是否匹配)點(diǎn)擊開(kāi)始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)刷機(jī)，進(jìn)度條將顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，同時(shí)會(huì)顯示刷機(jī)的log刷機(jī)完成或者出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)有提示框彈出2.5 mtk刷機(jī)刷機(jī)方式選擇mtk后

5、，選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的刷機(jī)包（zip包），zip包不要放在中文路徑下(請(qǐng)自己確認(rèn)刷機(jī)包，mtk模式下無(wú)法判斷刷機(jī)包與手機(jī)是否匹配)點(diǎn)擊開(kāi)始刷機(jī)，如果本地有該刷機(jī)包的解壓包，將提示是否需要重新解壓，如果選擇是，將重新解壓文件，等文件解壓完畢后將自動(dòng)開(kāi)始刷機(jī)，此時(shí)會(huì)彈出“請(qǐng)?jiān)谝环昼妰?nèi)插入設(shè)備”的提示框，此時(shí)需要在一分鐘內(nèi)按音量加同時(shí)插USB線，然后將自動(dòng)開(kāi)始刷機(jī)，同時(shí)進(jìn)度條顯示刷機(jī)進(jìn)度，log也將顯示在界面上。刷機(jī)完成或者刷機(jī)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤時(shí)都會(huì)彈出提示框1. 8、compress and flash directly.1.6. If choose flash userdata, all user data will be lost, else not, but flash maybe incompletely, so suggest to backup data before flashing.1.7. Flash zip file will decompressed into flash tool folder, so please make sure there is enough space.1.8Please put the latest HW

9、/SW compatibility file into the folder of flash tool.2. Main Function2.1 System UpdateIf the network is connected, when flash tool start, it will check if there is new version on server, if yes, pop up update dialog.2.2 Download HSCT FileThere is GetHSCT menu on menu bar, press this menu, will downl

10、oad HSCT file directly, and backup the local hsct file to HSCTBackup folder, the suffix of the backup file is the time when you back up the file.If the file download failed with network or other issue, there will be a download failed dialog pop up, and copy the file back from HSCTBackup folder.If th

11、e format of the downloaded file is not correct, there will be also a dialog pop up, and copy the file back from HSCTBackup folder also.2.3 Fastboot FlashThe default flash type is fastboot, when select fastboot flash type, press power key and volume down key at the same time, then phone will enter in

12、to fastboot mode. Connect with USB cable, wait for install driver automatically, then press Refresh button, serial No. and device type will show on UI, maybe some phones cant display device type, thats because these phones didnt flash devinfo part, these phones need to upgrade to new version. But be

13、fore upgrade, you can select Force Flash to flash the phone, in this situation, you should check if the software and hardware is matching yourself.Select corresponding flash zip file, the path of zip file should not contain Chinese and special character.Select Flash Userdata or notPress Flash button

14、, then start to unzip flash zip file to current folder, but if there is already a corresponding unzip file existing, Decompression folder already existed, re-decompress or not? dialog will pop up, if select yes, will re-decompress, else not. After unzip finished, start to flash the phone automatical

15、ly, and the progress bar display flashing progress, and at the same time, the flashing log will also be shown on UI.After flash complete or error happened, a notification dialog will pop up.2.4 qfil FlashWhen select qfil flash type, press power key, volume up and volume down key at the same time, th
