27、機具有體積小、控制功能強等特點,故它在控制方面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。 我們所要設(shè)計的多功能轉(zhuǎn)速控制系統(tǒng)就是以單片機為核心來實現(xiàn)智能化儀表。它具有功能多,功耗小、直觀準確,可顯示時間、限速報警系統(tǒng)、打印、瞬間轉(zhuǎn)速等優(yōu)點。在計算機硬件和軟件技術(shù)發(fā)展的推動下,使目前國內(nèi)外這類功能單一、精度低、體積大及價格高的轉(zhuǎn)速表裝備得到更新?lián)Q代。目前轉(zhuǎn)速表作為一種通用測量工具, 已有多種形式面市, 如: 機械式、機電式、電磁式、光電式等。盡管它們大都測量精確、使用安全、操作簡便、但普遍存在的問題是功能單一,在現(xiàn)今的硬件和軟件的精度和功能全面的提高的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)了設(shè)備的更新?lián)Q代,提高了實驗技術(shù)水平。采用新技術(shù)研制開發(fā)的多
28、功能轉(zhuǎn)速表除具有一般轉(zhuǎn)速表的功能外, 還具有另外的特殊功能。從70 年代起,人類在航空航天、交通運輸及兵器工業(yè)上所遇到的問題難以用傳統(tǒng)的理論來解決。生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的需要促使在計算機系統(tǒng)技術(shù)得以發(fā)展。同時伴隨著電子計算機軟件和硬件技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,多功能轉(zhuǎn)速表在集成度、功能、性能、體系結(jié)構(gòu)方面都有了飛速發(fā)展,已能集成一個完整的功能強大、性能優(yōu)良的測速系統(tǒng)?,F(xiàn)在歐美等發(fā)達國家,測速系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)已成功地應(yīng)用于航空航天、交通運輸、兵器工業(yè)、機械設(shè)計等多種領(lǐng)域,已產(chǎn)生巨大的效益,同時也使傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計試驗方法發(fā)生了巨大變化。這與現(xiàn)代市場對產(chǎn)品的需求很不適應(yīng),如何提高初次設(shè)計的成功率是傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法的一個難題。單片機由
29、于其集成度高、體積小、抗干擾能力強和價格低廉、具有獨特的控制功能,它已經(jīng)成為計算機世界中的重要成員。在一個應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中,只用一個單片機,這是目前應(yīng)用最多的方式,主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有:(1).測控系統(tǒng)。用單片機可構(gòu)成各種工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)、自適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)等。(2).智能儀表。用單片機改造原有的測量、控制儀表,能迥數(shù)字化、智能化、多功能化、綜合化、柔性化發(fā)展。(3).機電一體化產(chǎn)品。單片機與傳統(tǒng)的機械產(chǎn)品結(jié)合,使系統(tǒng)機械產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)簡化,控制智能化。(4).智能接口。在計算機控制系統(tǒng)(特別是較大型的工業(yè)測控系統(tǒng))中,普遍采用單片機進行接口的控制與管理,因單片機與主機是并行工作,故大大提高了系統(tǒng)的運行速度。但是單片機應(yīng)用的意義絕不僅限于它的廣闊范圍以及所帶來的經(jīng)濟效益上,更重要的意義還在于:單片機的應(yīng)用正叢根本上改變著傳統(tǒng)的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計思想和設(shè)計方法。從前必須由模擬電路或數(shù)字電路實現(xiàn)的大部分控制功能,現(xiàn)在已能使用單片機通過軟件(編程序)方法實現(xiàn)了。這種以軟件取
