23、 項目組織管理機(jī)構(gòu) The Project Administration Organization 5.1項目管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)的組建The set-up of the Project AdministrationOrganization為了提高工程質(zhì)量, 加速施工進(jìn)度及加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場的管理, 并能科學(xué)地安排施工進(jìn)度, 組織和保證各類物資及時供應(yīng), 做好各種協(xié)調(diào)工作, 我公司高度重視本工程, 委派具有豐富現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗的負(fù)責(zé)人組建成項目經(jīng)理部, 項目經(jīng)理部建立崗位責(zé)任制,明確分工職責(zé),落實施工責(zé)任,各崗位各行其職。In order to improve the project quality, spee

26、rganization 6、 施工工藝流程方案Technical Flow Chart6.1地下室、 隧道施工工藝本工程地下室、 隧道底板、 地下室外墻防水為3mm厚SAR耐鹽堿型高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材+4mm厚SBS改性瀝青防水卷材。地下室底板防水施工(1)工藝流程基層清理驗收涂刷冷底子油鋪貼附加層平鋪卷材( 第一層) 熱熔封邊驗收交叉平鋪卷材( 第二層) 熱熔封邊驗收.(2) 基層清理涂刷冷底子油前, 前仔細(xì)將基層表面的垃圾、 塵土等清除干凈, 必要時可采用噴燈局部噴烤, 但噴烤時間不宜過長, 防止爆裂、 起砂。報監(jiān)理驗收合格后, 進(jìn)行下一道工序。(3)涂刷基層處理劑基層含水率不超過9%,

27、 ( 檢驗含水率簡便方法: 剪一塊200200 見方的卷材平鋪于基層表面, 壓緊, 保持2h, 然后揭開卷材觀察其下方基層面, 如有明顯的水珠, 則表明含水率過大, 不宜施工, 如僅有潮氣則可滿足施工條件) 在基層表面滿刷一道冷底子油, 涂刷要均勻、 不透底、 遮蓋率100%。(4)鋪貼附加層外墻管根、 陰陽角部位加鋪一層同質(zhì)卷材附加層, 將卷材裁成相應(yīng)的形狀進(jìn)行熱熔滿貼, 寬度50cm。附加層施工必須粘貼牢固, 施工要細(xì)心。項目質(zhì)檢員對此部位專門做隱蔽工程檢查。(5)確定鋪貼方向、 彈基準(zhǔn)線冷底子油涂刷完畢6h 后, 手摸感覺不黏即可根據(jù)卷材的寬度和搭接的規(guī)定, 在冷底子油上進(jìn)行彈線。按照卷

28、材鋪貼的一般原則: 彈線由排水較集中的部位開始, 遵照由低到高、 先平面后立面的順序彈基準(zhǔn)線。針對現(xiàn)場實際, 彈線由電梯基坑、 集水坑開始; 彈線方向為南北方向, 同時, 根據(jù)選用卷材幅寬及長邊搭接長度要求, 確定彈線間距。(6)做樣板在大面積鋪貼施工前, 施工隊要按照技術(shù)要求及細(xì)部做法做100m2 樣板, 經(jīng)項目驗收合格后, 進(jìn)行大面積施工。(7)大面積鋪貼卷材鋪貼方向: 南北方向。鋪貼順序: 由電梯基坑、 集水坑開始, 向各方向順序鋪貼。卷材鋪帖時要減少陰陽角和大面積的接頭, 卷材根據(jù)墻面尺寸配制, 從邊沿開始, 彈出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線。將改性瀝青防水卷材按鋪貼長度和彈線尺寸裁剪并卷好備用, 操作時將

29、已卷好的卷材, 用1500mm 長30 的管穿入卷心, 卷材端頭比齊開始鋪的起點, 按照彈好的線, 手扶管心兩端向前緩緩滾動向前鋪設(shè), 使卷材平鋪于基層上, 要求用力均勻、 不窩氣, 掌握好鋪設(shè)壓邊寬度。然后點燃汽油噴燈, 掀開卷材, 加熱基層與卷材交接處, 噴燈與加熱面保持300mm 左右的距離, 往返噴烤, 觀察當(dāng)卷材的瀝青剛剛?cè)刍瘯r, 壓合至邊緣擠出瀝青粘牢。對平面與立面相連的卷材, 先鋪貼平面, 然后由下向上滿粘, 并使卷材緊貼陰、 陽角。在永久保護(hù)墻上滿貼卷材, 粘貼牢固, 防水卷材甩頭上砌兩皮磚臨時保護(hù)。(8)四周甩槎的卷材貼于保護(hù)墻上, 保護(hù)墻600mm 高度以上不刷基層處理劑,

30、 刷脫模劑, 卷材上部臨時收頭用低強(qiáng)度等級砂漿壓住, 以免墜落, 同時起保護(hù)作用。(9)卷材施工完畢后, 報監(jiān)理驗收, 合格后方可進(jìn)行下道工序。(10)立面防水卷材施工地下室結(jié)構(gòu)施工完畢并經(jīng)驗收合格后, 開始進(jìn)行地下室外墻防水施工。外墻防水層施工時, 先從外墻0.4m 高度起鋪貼第一層卷材, 再往上錯開500mm 開始鋪貼第二層防水。待立面防水施工完, 再按照搭接長度、 搭接錯開要求等鋪貼底板甩出卷材至墻面高0.4m 范圍的防水卷材。地下室結(jié)構(gòu)施工完畢后, 將墻面凹凸不平、 錯臺部位打磨平整, 局部平整度較差采取刮水泥膩子找平, 陽角犬牙狀突起打磨光滑, 把墻面浮漿、 灰塵等清理干凈?；鶎犹幚?/p>

31、及檢查: 將外墻上氣泡用水泥膩子刮平, 同時將墻面粘連的砂漿、 突出物用小鏟鏟除, 使外墻面達(dá)到規(guī)范規(guī)定的防水基層要求( 基層要求同底板部分) 。拆除臨時保護(hù)墻, 并將卷材甩槎整理好, 對于受損的部位必須先行修理。將冷底子油攪拌均勻后, 均勻涂布在干凈的基層上, 不得漏涂和出現(xiàn)透底現(xiàn)象, 干燥6h, 手感不黏時方可進(jìn)行下道工序。管根、 陰陽角等薄弱部位、 異形部位加附加層施工。附加層要求同底板部分, 管道與卷材連接。然后鋪貼外墻立面防水卷材。防水卷材亦采用熱熔法施工, 其搭接位置、 搭接長度及卷材收頭等要求同底板卷材防水施工要求。地下車庫頂板外防水, 接縫處在平面, 距離轉(zhuǎn)角不得小于60cm。

32、(11)卷材末端收頭接縫處用噴燈熱熔卷材縫邊緣, 待表面熔化后隨即用小鐵抹子將邊縫封好, 再用噴燈均勻細(xì)致地將邊縫烤一遍保證接頭密封, 以免翹邊。收口位置在室外散水下, 詳見圖1。圖1 卷材末端收頭做法為防止卷材末端收頭和搭接縫邊緣剝落而產(chǎn)生滲漏現(xiàn)象, 該部位必須用橡膠改性瀝青冷膠劑密封處理, 使其成為一個完整的防水層。(12)墻體立面接頭墻體立面接頭上層壓下層, 外層壓里層。卷材緊貼陰角不得空鼓、 鋪貼密實, 且留出兩層卷材的甩頭及搭接、 錯縫長度。見圖2。6.2 SBS改性瀝青防水卷材屋面施工方案Construction technique for SBS membrane 6.2.1屋頂

33、花園防水施工工藝 基層處理涂刷基層鋪貼附加層熱熔防水卷材鋪貼( 3mm厚SBS改性瀝青) 熱熔封邊防水卷材鋪貼( 耐根穿刺) 熱熔封邊蓄水試驗保護(hù)層施工質(zhì)量驗收.6.2.2 SBS改性瀝青聚酯胎化學(xué)阻根耐根穿刺防水卷材施工工藝流程根據(jù)編制依據(jù)JGJ155- 種植屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)程設(shè)計應(yīng)為以下幾個部分: 找坡層、 找平層、 普通防水層、 SBS化學(xué)根阻防水層、 排水層、 過濾蓄水層、 種植土層及種植植被層。剖面圖如圖2: In accordance with JGJ155- Technical Specification for Planted Roof (design basis), the d

34、esign shall include the following parts: slope making course, leveling courses, common waterproofing courses, SBS root-resistant waterproofing courses, drainage blanket, water-bearing layer, planting soil layer and vegetable layers. The sectional drawing is as shown in Figure 2. 6.2.3各分項工程施工工藝( 1) 找

35、坡層找平層施工: Construction of slope making course and leveling courses:根據(jù)技術(shù)規(guī)程規(guī)定, 應(yīng)設(shè)置自流排水系統(tǒng), 適度的坡度有利于多余水分的排泄, 使土壤的水分不至于聚集過多而影響植物根系的生長。In accordance with the Technical Specification, a gravity drainage system shall be provided. An appropriate slope will facilitate water drainage and prevent adverse influen

36、ce on root system growth. 找坡層材料配比應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求, 表面應(yīng)平整。The materials for slope-making courses shall be mixed in a ratio specified in the design and the surface shall be flat. 找坡層采用水泥拌合的輕質(zhì)散狀材料時, 施工環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在5以上, 當(dāng)?shù)陀?時應(yīng)采取冬期施工措施。When light bulk materials mixed with cement are used for slope-making courses, the am

37、bient temperature shall be above 5during construction. If the ambient temperature is below 5找平層應(yīng)堅實平整, 無酥松、 起砂、 麻面的凹凸現(xiàn)象。The leveling courses shall be firm, flat and free of looseness, sand streak, pitting, sags and crests. 屋面基層與突出屋面結(jié)構(gòu)的交接處, 以及基層的轉(zhuǎn)角處均應(yīng)做成圓弧。內(nèi)部排水的水落口周圍應(yīng)做凹坑。The intersecting parts between

38、roof base courses and protruding roof surfaces as well as base course corners shall be in arc shape. The areas around drain gullies for internal drainage shall be concave. 找坡層的材料宜選擇輕質(zhì)材料, 推薦使用輕質(zhì)陶?；炷?。Light weight material shall be used for slope-making courses. The use of light weight ceramsite concr

39、ete is recommended. 找平層可用1:2.5水泥砂漿鋪設(shè)厚度為2-2.5cm厚的水泥砂漿找平層, 找平層應(yīng)留設(shè)間距不大于6m的分割縫。Leveling courses shall be constructed with cement mortar (mixed in a 1:2.5 ratio) and be 2 to 2.5cm thick. Separation joints shall be provided at spacing no greater than 6m. ( 2) 耐根穿刺聚酯胎化學(xué)阻根防水材料施工Application of root-resistant

40、 waterproofing materials: 采用熱熔法滿粘施工, 防水卷材防水層的基層應(yīng)干燥、 干凈。The waterproofing membranes shall be applied completely using heat fusion method. The base courses on which waterproofing materials will be applied shall be dry and clean. 防水層施工前, 在陰陽角、 水落口、 突出屋面管道根部、 泛水、 天溝、 檐溝、 變形縫等細(xì)部構(gòu)造處, 加設(shè)防水增強(qiáng)層。Prior to wate

41、rproofing course construction, enhanced waterproofing courses shall be provided in reentrant corners and external corners, drain gullies, pipe roots protruding from roofs, flashing, gutters, deformation joints and other local structures. 當(dāng)頂板坡度小于15%時, 卷材應(yīng)平行屋脊鋪貼; 大于15%時, 卷材應(yīng)垂直面脊鋪貼。When the roof slope

42、is less than 15%, waterproofing membranes shall be applied in parallel with ridges. When the roof slope is greater than 15%, waterproofing membranes shall be applied perpendicular to ridges. 鋪貼卷材時應(yīng)平整順直, 不得扭曲, 長邊搭接不應(yīng)小于80mm; 短邊搭接寬度不小于100mm; 火焰加熱應(yīng)均勻, 卷材表面熱熔后應(yīng)立即滾鋪, 滾鋪時應(yīng)排除卷材下面的空氣, 并輥壓粘貼牢固; 卷材搭接縫應(yīng)以溢出熱熔的改性

43、瀝青為度, 并均勻順直。Waterproofing membranes shall be flattened and straightened without torsion. The length of lap joints shall not be less than 80mm on long sides and not less than 100mm on short sides. Membranes shall be uniformly heated by flame. After membrane surface is molten, immediately lay membrane

44、. Air shall be eliminated from below membrane and membranes shall be firmly pressed. When modified asphalt overflows from lap joints, stop heating.
